Yupp TVno technical support from last 6 months

I am Manjunath currently in Fribourg Switzerland and is a customer of YuppTV from last 8 to 10 months. However from last 6 months i have a problem watching channels and i am continuously reporting the same using live chat feature the have. They are just asking me to restart the device with no use and the problem still persists. They are neither solving the problem nor reimbursing the amount i have paid in last 6 months. I even tried calling their support team in UK and the executives are arrogant and they disconnect the calls with out answering the queries i have got. Even after repeated requests to address the issue i am facing and for a call back arrangement, YuppTv executives never came back to me. I request you to take action against these idiots and teach them a lesson so that they learn respecting customers even post sales and address the issue users have got. Attached is the error message i get every 3 to 5 minutes while watching any of the channels. I am reachable on [protected] or write me at [protected] for any additional details.     Their Indian TV service is horrible, the channels do not load and the apps are very buggy. PS3 app crashes the system regularly and none of the US channels will load at a certain time in ios App. Not sure if they provide these channels legally.

    This is a paid online TV service but the quality is not good at all.The live streaming as well as "catch-up" both are very slow most of the times.
