YoyBuy Don't buy here

At the beginning, they were 5 stars. They were responsible for orders that were bad. That doesn't happen now.
I received an order for 5 sneakers, which were not the same as the advertisement, and they offered me 1 dollar to compensate. Are you kidding correct?
Now they say they are going to talk to the seller, but on their website it says "if you received a damaged parcel, found a discrepancy in the weight of the parcels, or received goods with disappearance size, color, pattern, quality, complications, or discover the loss of property, etc. - you can apply for compensation".
Compensation that they don't want to give me.
Second problem, a few months ago, I asked to separate an order in 3. I didn't pay anything. Now, I ordered the same, and had to pay another 100 dollars. Since orders are paid by weight, how do I pay x on a 9 kg order and then pay 3x for 3 kg orders. It is the same weight in total
They stole so much money.
Now, I have a forgotten order in Lithuania. Their answer? The order is in your country, you can pick it up. Problem? I live in Portugal.

Conclusion: The more money you spend on the yoybuy site, the less value they give you as a buyer.

YoyBuy be very careful

shipment cost is tricky. The more you order the more you pay. I have a small clothing store and order from them. Usually, my orders are small, depends on what my customers want. But sometimes I get so many orders from them that I have to buy much more. They set too expensive prices for delivery, there will be no benefit at all. I had a parcel that weighed 40 kg, they charged around $1000 for this. Isn't that ridiculous?
Use other sites for big orders. Here you'll be robbed.

YoyBuy They refused to give me a refund

I can't recommend Yoybuy, products are of a very low quality and support is beyond terrible. Bought two items from them and one item arrived damaged.
They said that to be able to get a refund I have to send both items back and I thought that was the best thing to do, but when I was about to ship everything back they suddenly contacted me and said that refund was impossible. When I contacted them to get some explanation they only said that in my case they were not able to give a refund. What was so special about my case? Of course I asked but they didn't answer my questions. They only said that was their final decision. Never again!

YoyBuy Quality and return process

I bought an item from this store www.yoybuy.com and was not satisfied with its quality. I contacted the site where I bought it (Yoybuy) and told them that I wanted to get a refund but they refused and said that my item was on last sale and they were not able to accept it back.
I herd nothing about sales and there was nothing told about that on their site. And I would like to mention that I paid a full price for my item, so it was obvious that these people tried to scam me.
They did not give me a return address and I was stuck with an item I did not like. I will not buy from them again!

YoyBuy Bad experience with Yoybuy

I've ordered from Yoybuy only once and had a terrible experience with these guys. My order was placed over 6 months ago and I never received it. No matter how many times I contacted Yoybuy and explained what happened they just did not want to listen. Their rep spoke very poor English so it was really hard to communicate.
Last time I spoke with them it seemed that they finally understood what the problem was and even promised me a refund, but still nothing. I doubt that I'll ever get my money back. I will tell all my friends and relatives about this website. I would not recommend Yoybuy to anyone.

YoyBuy Motorbike engine

i bought a motor bike engine after they had it in there warehouse i payed for e-express post about 5 weeks ago after 2 weeks they still had not sent it so i mailed many time for 2 days to see why then they sent me a email saying the seller damaged it and tell me the seller will pay for new part that is damaged after about a week they tell me the seller can not get part then they say it was there warehouse that did damage to the engine they then tell me if i can fine one and buy it they will refund my money and send it with the engine when the part got to there warehouse they dont refund me they have still not refunded the money or sent the engine then i told them that i will talk to paypal thay tell me it 1st time happen they dont know what to do in the end they tell me thay will pay post buy dhl for free to me and ask is that ok so i say ok they sent to day but i have not been refund to paypal the post cost i payed in the 1st place the cost was $266.16 International shipping:$16.72 Service fee:$1.31 Customs Fee:$13.54 Insurance FeeHandling fee: 3.5% + $0.300i also tald them i dont want to talk by email any more if they want to tak to me must be with pay palpal but they keep email me when i open the paypal dispute they 1st block me from log in so i open more paypal case as i have more stuff in there warehouse i asked them to unblock me so i can pay the post on the stuff in there warehouse they then unblock me but put my account at more than -$1000 usd so i cant pay post i have lost my customer and a sale becos it take to long but just to clean it up and they ofer free dhl post i say ok but now they say they just pay the difference for e-express to dhl it look to me to be all lies i open a case i will and no have to open more for the stuff that i have payed for as they wont let me pay post for in there warehouse

YoyBuy Scam - Items/package not shipped

Hi,
bought via Yoybuy.com an Apple Ipad 4 tablet and a smartphone Huawei Mate 8
March 10, 2016 Yoybuy.com wrote of having sent the package and told me a fake tracking number of china post; number provided: RG279682048CN
To date, 27 March 2016 the tracking number communicated not exist on china post site.
I protested and requests, yoybuy.com, responded by saying that the package would not be accepted by china post, but again I say: the number they supply is never existed on the china post tracking site and on any other search site international shipments. if it was true that they had sent the number provided was to appear on the china post tracking site !
Yoybuy.com asks me for more money for an expedition that never did.

if you buy with youbuy and they damage it they wont tell you they wont send it. when you ask where it is they say the seller damage it then say they damaged it. then want you to pay for part they damaged and say don't worry we will refund you the money but never do then they say they will post dhl for free but I all ready pay for post and they don't refund then they say they will send it with the part you buy that they damaged but still not refunded put they never sent the 2 together as one is still in my shopping cart that I payed for
the only way to do it save is to use paypal so if your not happy paypal will get your money back
ps there chinese so they don't believe if its there mistake they should pay

YoyBuy they didn't update information about the order

Avoid the company www.yoybuy.com. I bought one item and decided to get it through the company, but the agent agreed and hasn’t updated the information. I checked it recently, but it didn’t show if the order was sent or not. As well as the communication was awful, because the seller hasn’t replied in short time. I waited about 8 days and he finally replied and told that the item was shipped. Another week passed, but I still haven’t obtained the item. People, avoid the company and warn other people about such services.

YoyBuy they haven't sent my order, but I provided it 30 days ago

I used the services of the website www.yoybuy.com in order to send the present for my sister. I sent the parcel 30 days ago already, but these people still haven’t delivered it. As well as their website showed some fake information. I called to the customer services and the lady promised to check info. After that she hasn’t sent any information about the order and it was mentioned on the website that it was in their warehouse. How is it possible?

YoyBuy Problems with the sizes

People, be careful if you order from the company www.yoybuy.com. I ordered dress, cardigan and blouse. I checked the size in their sizing chart, but to my surprise I received wrong size. It was too large for me. I took the order and returned it back, but the seller announced that they didn’t have such small size. I asked for refund, but he vanished immediately. Awful website, dishonest seller and better ignore them. Don’t throw money away.

YoyBuy Horrible services and seller didn't communicate with customers

My husband ordered T-shirt and shoes from the website www.yoybuy.com. He waited couple of days and got the update of the purchase. After that he waited 2 weeks, but the seller didn’t ship the order as well as he didn’t reply to our emails. Simply avoid this company, ‘coz their services are horrible. Not recommended. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
