Youtube / inappropriate labelling

United Kingdom Review updated:

I am both shocked and appalled at the number of quality videos on youtube being labelled as shocking or inappropriate. I have seen any number of gaming videos portraying scenes of carnage including shooting and people being dismembered. Yet somehow these graphic scenes are given a free pass by youtube.

Although your policy on the types of videos that content creators are allowed to post is clear, your internal policy on what your label as shocking or inappropriate is anything but clear and frankly come across as ludicrous.

If you are going to label real artistic free expression then you could at least label all the hateful childish political nonsense that gets to go through youtube.

Though yes I agree with your comment unfortunately that's a majority of games no a days, speaking from a gamers perspective as i am a gamer myself...

It is sad how the majority of games now is supplemented by violence and gore, unfortunately there is not much youtube can do as there are gamers that post their favroute games and stuff like that...

What youtube needs to concentrate on is the violence in real life, as there are numerous of hatred, discrimination, child abuse, racism on youtube, these videos should have been banned but they are not banning such content...

youtube needs a kick on the bottom and needs to see priority banning as a thing...

I am not trying to be horrible to youtube as a company but they are slacking in a lot of areas where they need to concentrate on...

Youtube was a great place at one point but they have lost their ways in more ways than one such us Reality Content, Song Copyrights, and hate speech content...

I hope youtube fixes its problems out or else myself as a 10 year dedicated youtuber would have to close my account, youtube is getting worse for sure...
