YouSendIt / unauthorized credit card charges

Need to join the many others with the same complaints against YouSendIt. We try their FREE service once; it fails to work; we give up on it and they start to bill us $9.99 a month for a "Premium Service." I see they even billed one person a year in advance! It is impossible to reach them to cancel it because they have no email address and they never answer their telephone. It just plays a continuous sales pitch over and over. So far they have bill billed me $70 on my credit card and this continues monthly. How in the world do I stop this? I've had no luck at other complaint sites as yet.
