I have made bookings on 01/12/2016 and my travel dates was 14/02/2017 but they didn’t booked any flight tickets and accommodations. They spoiled my Honeymoon trip that is a life time’s onetime event. I am asking them to refund my money they keeps on giving excuses and don’t responds to calls.
Initially I paid them Rs. 40000 on 03/12/2016 and then they have provided a fraud tickets with half confirmation based on that I paid them other Rs. 40000 on 03/01/2017 hoping that I will get proper tickets and services on time.
I have paid them Rs. 80000 for same but they didn't provided me any services.
The company is fraud and collecting money from so many customers but not providing any services. Now they are not refunding me my money.

Took a holiday package from yours trip shop on December 2016 paid full amount received confirmation voucher . after paying for the entire package of airfare, travel, hotel.. holiday package i had to pay for everything again, air fare, stay, travel, i was told i would get my refund of money i spend again Rs, 90000 on email, Its now 23 days since the initial date of Jan 17th 2017 when i supposed to get my refund of Rs 90, 000 they have not honoured their word given to me
i have no choice but to seek assistance to get back my hard earned money

Travel agency committed fraud by taking our Rs.85, 400.00 for Thailand family trip but cancelling our trip on the day of vacation on the pretext of refunding all expenses incurred by us in Thailand including the airfare tickets, accommodation, travel and the international calls made from there to them The total amount of Rs 90, 000.

Complaint
I took a holiday package from yours trip shop on December 2016. For Thailand Family Package from Jan 12th – Jan 16th 2017 to celebrate my anniversary, I had finalized the family tour package to Thailand with this travel agency which I found on google as their prices were the lowest hence I decided to book my Thailand Trip through them.
I paid them through my accounts in ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank via NEFT, but after taking the holiday package the travel agency did not provide us tickets or accommodation for which we had paid and stated that they would refund all expenses incurred by us in Thailand including the airfare tickets, accommodation, travel and the international calls made from there to them The total amount of Rs 90, 000 (as per written and email communications).
The said agency sends customers blocked air tickets as proof and once they receive the full payment they say the trip is cancelled and all your expenses will be refunded but they never refund any money. I was promised that my money will be returned first by 17th Jan 2017 then 25th Jan 2017, then 27th Jan 2017 then 30th Jan 2017 then on Feb 9th 2017 I was send a letter on their company letter pad stating that I would receive my refund of Rs 90, 000 by 9th March 2017 and if not then I can go to the police and file an FIR against them as they have cheated me of my hard earned money.
I had to book my tickets, accommodation, travel on my own and fend for myself and my family (my 8 year old daughter and my wife in Thailand). I kept emailing and speaking with them from Thailand and they kept telling me not to worry and my money would be refunded on Jan 17th 2017 the day after we return from Thailand
My wedding anniversary is Jan 12th and I felt that our first international trip abroad to celebrate our special day would be very nice
I request your intervention and urge you to please assist me in getting back my hard earned money Rs 90, 000 you are my only hope

Fraudulent people like Surinder and Rohit (dont know if thats their real names) do not care about people's hard earned money, emotions and have mercilessly cheating and duping people of their hard earned money for a long time and are still continuing to do so as per all the reviews on Just Dial, Facebook and Trip Advisor

Since we did not receive our refund of Rs 90, 000 today as promised, Mr Surinder Singh Proprietor (Yours Trip Shop) also did not keep his commitment of 5 pm made today morning in a recorded conversation (we have the call recordings of all the calls made to and received from Your Trip Shop)
We will now seek the assistance of our nations esteemed law and order, the police and the judicial system for our hard earned money back, justice for the tears of my family and all the anguish, pain and distress
My husband Sheldon had a lot of faith in Mr Rohit and kept saying that they will refund our Rs 90, 000 today without fail but since that did not happen we will get our money back and justice now with the assistance of our nations esteemed law and order, the police and the judicial system
