We paid for our stuff to be delivered from Labuan to South Africa on 23 September 2008. RM 6000.00 for the trip from Labuan to Cape Town and then another RM500.00 for the delivery from Capte Town to Mossel Bay. Now 7 months later we are still waiting for our goods to be delivered and they are have been in Cape Town since 19 Decebmer 2008 but the people refuse to release our goods before Inter Global Express pays them.
The conclusion is not to use this company as they take your money and then expect you to pay for it again. They have all kinds of excuses, one being the global recession which is rediculous as we have paid for this service more than 7 months ago so now we pay the brunt for them not being able to work with there money, making promises they cannot keep and they keep lying to us as well. If you want to talk to one of the directors to get help they are normally all on leave and so too are the people working in the accounts department.
The responsible people for this miss at this stage s Ganansan Moorthy T. who happens to be the the Business Development Manager - cell +[protected] ( email@example.com) and Vasugi +[protected] (firstname.lastname@example.org) and don't even try to use the email address of email@example.com as this email does not go through.
I am so dissapointed and it is a lot of money these people just take from you. We work just as hard for our money as they do.
