AP9 Your Savings Club and AP9 Credit Diagnosis is a Fraudulent Scam, I believe to be related to Free Credit Report.com, which is also a complete scam.
In 2008 I signed-up on-line for my Free Credit Report, a combination of the three largest credit reporting companies. What is hidden in the fine print on the on-line "agreement" is that with the "free" credit report you are signing-up for their monthly service at a cost of $14.95 per month, automatically charged to your credit card, the information obtained from your credit report process. Most people do not recognize or realize the monthly charge to your account. Attempting to have the charges removed is an exercise in futility, with complete ping-ponging combined with lies. Although I was assured the charges would be reversed, they never were. Search the web under "Free Credit Report.com" for how to proceed and what to expect, as there is much helpful info posted by scam victims, much like this.
As for this "your Savings Club" scam, in addition to canceling the account I never applied for, using their convenient auto canceling process (prepared for the onslaught of cancellations), I also talked to reps to determine how they obtained my credit card account to charge these bogus charges. Even talking to a supervisor, they said had absolutely no information about my account. They asked if I was two other people they showed for me, but could not associate me with any other information, such as actual name, billing zip, phone number, transaction ref number, etc. However, they were somehow able to charge to my credit card, which they could not explain.
I asked if they were associated with Free Credit Report.com, and in a round about manner said they were, which leads me to believe this is how they obtained my account number. Both these companies are a complete fraudulent scam, should be reported to authorities, and should be forced out of biz. Bottom line is Do Not deal with either of these companies at all - especially Free Credit Report.

Just talked to my bank since we froze this account because of fraudulent use last month from a company called Deal max.com and Ivory White.com (they must work together) Called both companies to cancel whatever they are offering since I never ordered, asked or signed up for anything. Found out that this company yoursavingsclub.com has attempted 3 times to access my account. Who are these people? where do they get my credit info. I have not made a purchase on line since christmas and do not plan to ever shop that way again. If you can help block these companies from using my account without my knowledge or consent it would be greatly appreciated

In april 2008, i did a free credit report for my mother and used my debit card for the service (freecreditreport.com). My bank account go charged 28.98 for the service which has since been taken care of, but i still continue to get charged $1.00 every month from yoursavingsclub.com.

I got my account # back in may when my may statement came and thought i had canceled the service, but lo and behold it appeared on my statement dated 6/5 also. When i call [protected] it is automated and you get no satisfaction to what you have done. I now have allowed them to have $3.00 of mine that i did not authorize for them to deduct month after month.

I don't know how they got my personal banking information, but I cancelled that account. How they manged to withdraw my or anyone else's account is simply_fraud! I did not give them permission to have any of my money; regardless to the amount. Now that I have chnaged it; I sympathize for your next victims. It is such a shame that such a small amount is taken, most people don't even realize it missing until months later. Pleaseeeee consumers...watch your bank account, check every dime and where it goes. There are all kinds of crooks that Satan has so very busy, so look out...here they come to get you! Can we get a class action suit or what?
Is there an attorney on the line? Take this case and we'll all come forward with proof that there is a theft among us..yoursavingclub.com is saving your savings...HELP!

I have the same complaint as others i watch my charge card every day and found you charging my acct every month for yoursavingsclub.com which i dont even know what this is let alone never authorized YourSavingsClub.com company to go into my acct and chrg me for this. The question how did you get my private criedit card information. I consider this theft and getting away with it for all those how dont catch you doing this to them. I received and automated system and no choices to talk to a rep. That i call cheap shot to the public and indespicable. I had to close my acct and open new to keep you from my privacy. I looking into a lawsuit against YourSavingsClub.com business. Because this isn't the first time this has been several accounts of theft on your part. Think about that.

I check my bank account every month and continue to see unauthorized charges deducted from my account. I have tried to contact this company by phone and email, requesting them to reimburse these charges. I did not subcribe or give my information to this company. I have not gotten a response or reimbursement for my funds. This is identity theft. I will be contacting the BBB and an attorny to prosecute.

I was told I signed up for this when I signed up for 123 privacy matters.(which we cancelled 6 days after starting it.) For 11 months ( 09/07 - 07/08 )they fruadulently debited money from my account without even knowing what it was for. I called the 800 number on my statement and got nobody, just a recording. Saying I need my membership ID I never even knew I was in their club. I'm just glad I didn't end up like some of the other people, with overdrawn bank accounts. I want my money back. I was told to check my bank account in the next 2 cycles, my money should be back on there. I will let everyone know what happens from here. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CREDIT AND CHECKING ACCOUNTS! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR 123 PRIVACY MATTERS!

I have very much wanted to speak with someone other than recording on the phone these last couple of months! Since, I can not contact anyone (real person) I have been trying to contact your company throught the internet. PLEASE STOP COLLECTING $1.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND AGAIN!
CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. My husband spoke with an operator several months ago and cancelled the membership for both credit and savings but, unfortunately only the credit got cancelled.
I am sure that a company as big as your does not need to continue the $1.oo savings. PLEASE CANCEL.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I have tried to discontinue the yoursavingsclub from being taken out of my credit card account which I have not authorized. I can only get a computer directing me back to the beginning of the message. They have been taking this money out of my account since last year. Iam tired of this and would like to get this stopped ASAP.

I called Your Savings Club last April of 2008, to cancel. They sais I was cancelled, but yet they still charge me $2.00 a month each month on my Visa statement. I've tried talking to a live person at their business, but there isn't one. I'm really upset that they continue to do this. As of now they owe me $16.00 in back charges. What can I do about this?

This is a company I have never heard of. They are debiting $1 from my account every month for many months. When contacted, they would not give out my membership number and indicate the account was closed in Oct. 2007. My credit card company has blocked the debit, but can only reimburse me for 3 months. I am sure this is a scam and would like to find out if there is a class action lawsuit in the works.

This company called "Your Savings Club" has somehow accessed a credit card I had closed the account on from 2006 and started applying charges to it. I called cc company and filed a dispute but I would like to know how they even accessed a closed credit card under my name? This is I fear some scam or fraud to illicit unauthorized charges to credit cards. This company should not be allowed to do this to people!

Went online to obtain a free credit report and wound up in this "Your Savings Club", that continues to charge my bank account each month, a charge I have not authorized. I never applied for membership to this scamming group and don't know how to stop them. I've read 100s of other complaints that are similar to mine.

This company is taking money out of my account but when I call to cancel to make them stop, they give me the run around and I dont even get to talk to a real person. I just want them to stop taking payments out of my account for something that I dont even use. This is wrong.

I have the same complaint as the rest. How is it possible for companies such as this to be able to withdraw monthly from my account? Who are they? Why having they been put in jail? How can they get away with it? What can we do about it?

I never received any mailings or emails about services. I cancelled immediately and had cancellation number even. They have debited my account for six months and I have even confirmed the cancellation number with them again. It was cancelled 2/15/09. This is fraud at the least.

For the past to months I have tried to stop this business from charging my account. You can Not get a human on the phone. The websight is not user friendly, I've been unable to e-mail them directly. The recording confirms the account cancelled but they keep charging my bank account.
