Your Billing Solutions / Unauthorized charges

We got an unauthorized charged by Your Billing Solutions Inc. thru our telecom provider. I did not register for this, despite they claimed they got my email address in the internet registration...I never received any email confirmation of this registration...if I ever did registered.

Getting charges this way is somethign the government needs to take action and impose more strict and more clearer rules and guidelines for services charging "via internet and or telecom providers". he fact they might got my email address does not mean I registered or authorized the service with a second confirmation...there is a lot of marketing sending junk emals that the amount is ridicule...something that must be regulated as well not only by the receiver but also by government allowing these practices.
