You Find Work Employment fraud

Hello,
This is to report something that sounds like a scam.
You Find Workplace Employment Business, alias Job Success with a previous address 350 Bay street Toronto, Ontario Canada Phone: [protected], alias RDG Careers.
They are obtaining personal information illegally. They search people looking for job on internet then contact you for a potential position they say they have or open opportunities that match your profile that they have.
Then they ask you to sign a contract with them and of course to pay money for them to find a great deal for you.
Amazing office, "professional" manners but never answer your questions directly or in a clear way. They did not have any real position for you. They say they will find the good one for you later... After you sign and pay of course...
Please check Complaints Board website http://www.complaintsboard.com/?search=YouFindWork
Thank you

You Find Work You Find Work- scam

Hi, Thanks for the posts regarding Job (Search) Success company and the heads-up ! I was also called by Rachel from You Find work, she phoned from tel #[protected]. She asked me to come to discuss about some job opportunity on Monday, July 8, at 11.30, at 151 Younge St, 11th floor, Suite 1100. When I asked for what position and details she said that I will find out on Monday from their consultant (no name) and she can not give me any other details. It seemed a little bit strange, I didn't remember to apply for such opportunity. Reading these post, I called back for details, and the receptionist wouldn't want to give me any info, not even the company website. I asked her: You don't know your company's website ?" "Aren't you hired by them?" She said for any questions she I have to talk with Maria or Rachel, which, by the way, were not answering when transferred. I left a message and I do not have the intention to go to this meeting after reading all the posts on this board. Now, going to the website http://www.youfindwork.ca you told about, is clear that You Find Work and Job (Search) Success is the same thing, Thank you so much for your posts and for saving me time and nerves. They are misleading and tricky, and they take advantage of people looking to get a job and try to rip them of for some services which don't seem too professional anyway. It would be nice if somebody would take care about this scam.

Got a voice mail from them out of the blue. The guy (Stephen McDonald) said in the voice mail that someone passed my résumé to him. He called my home number. The only number I have on my résumé is my cell number. I thought, what the hell, I'll call him back to to see who passed. My resume to him. He had no idea who I was and
couldn't recall seeing my résumé. He asked me to FAX in my résumé and he was going to see why he couldn't recall my name. Already I'm getting suspicious. I didn't hear back from him that day. I looked into this company called Youfindwork on the web and wasn't surprised to see so many negative write ups. Finally he called the next day and asked me to come in because he liked what he saw. So I did. I took the bus because I wanted to keep my costs down. The office was located right in the heart of downtown. I got there 30 minutes early and they made me wait the entire 30 minutes. 2 receptionists sat there the whole time. Staff were getting coffee and no one even offered me a cup. How rude is that. In the 30 minutes, I believe only 2 calls came in and both were from known sources by the way the receptionist was talking. Finally, I meet the man. He did the whole sales pitch on me. Great résumé, only 2 resumes out of a 100 are this good. Blah, blah, blah...he asked me what I made at my last job. I told him. He said that I was being paid far to little and that he could get me something 50% higher. He also said that he was so impressed with me that he wanted me to meet the VP of the company. He also said that he wants me to bring in my wife for the second interview. When booking for the second interview he said that his calendar is really full, but did find me a time slot for the next week. I was there for about an hour and I didn't see anyone else waiting to be interviewed. This place wants you to pay them up front for a service they guarantee. If there guarantee is so great, then why not ask to be paid after they get you a job? I have no problem paying anyone a nominal fee if they find me employment. Unless you have money to throw away, I would be very careful investing in this organization. You make the call. Ask them a lot of questions and don't be shy.

Hi. I saw this company in September, 2013 at a job fair in Toronto. Even I got a call from Rachel [protected]) asking me to come for the first meeting as they have reviewed my resume. In the first meeting, he asked me to bring my family member for the next meeting and he promised to discuss all the things clearly. In the second meeting, he started with showing the youth unemployment articles, their strategies in the job search and finally asking the fees to pay. I was really impressed by the way he said about the job search process and hidden jobs. But, I did not feel comfortable with the fees as he started asking me to pay around $5k right away. Based on all the comments here, i completely understood that the company is fraud and not really doing what they say. These comments really helped me a lot. I know there are few people who paid to this company. Now, I want to know whether these people who paid benefited from their services or not ? Did they really get any job till now ? Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

By law it is illigal in Canada to take money from job seekers. In USA diffenert situation. Anyway, you don't have to pay even a penny to anyone before they find a placement for you, sign an offer and got you in payroll with a company.

Same story here. Rachel. Impressive employees around. "Wrong format of the resume. bla-bla-bla. Will cancer second interview tomorrow.

I just went to through the same situation. I got a call, also from a lady named "Rachel". She too couldnt tell me what position I had applied for and couldnt tell me what this was all about. When she told me the name of their firm "Find You Work", it already sounded shady, but I went in thinking there's nothing the lose. The office, deceptively, located in the heart of the dt financial district seemed well put together. Their consultants were really saavy and could talk up a good game. They're great sales people, trying to make it sound like you're in a terrible situation, and that you need their help. They too asked me to bring my wife in to meet with them for their second interview. What saddened me was that I saw a lotof visible minorities, potentially new immigrants. I'm sure most of them desperate and would pay these exorbitant amounts of money.
I called back the next day to cancel this "second meeting". A scam is a scam at the end of the day STAY AWAY from these people!
