Dear sir

Unauthorized recurring charges!

I got an email a month ago from Enigma software. They said that
i purchased SpyHunter-Renewal which is totally not true.
Here is an email from them below.

As soon as i got this fraudulent email from them, i sent them email to complain about this. Basically i used spy-hunter more than a year ago. Because when i was using the internet, all of a sudden spy-hunter poped out saying that my computer need to get rid of virus something like that. So i downloaded this and i thought that i was going to use it only once. So i made a payment using my credit card. Then i cancelled subscription immediately and tried to make sure whether i didn't agree with automatic billing or not. So thought it was over.
However they sent me an email above. So i complained about this.
Then they emailed me back. i attached their email below.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we regret to losing you as a customer.
You are entitled to get a refund on SpyHunter.
Please contact our vendor and they will be able to expedite your refund.

But i realized that they took out 37, 929 korean won which is $29.99 from my credit card on July 30 2009. Additionally they also took out the same amount of money from my credit card in Feb 2009. I just found out about this from credit card company in Korea. They took $ 29 two times from my card. first one was in
Feb 2009. the other one was June 30 2009. I tried to get my money back from them. But Enigma software(spyhunter ) never
answer to me. Please help me to get my money back.
Let me know any legal action that i can use against them. My credit card company also try to find some legal action.
