Yolanda McConnell / 8 orders not accurate

II work at an elementary school today 4/21/17 pickup time 11:15am cst., and my campus just ordered 8 entrees and they were either made poorly or didn't have all of the adequate components as was depicted in the order.

The salad did not have enough lettuce or chicken, nor did it have the dressing as was denoted on the order. All 6 chicken orders did not fill the bowl and was substantially less than normal. In addition, one of the orders should have had the extra lettuce as was requested, but it did not.

Ultimately, the orders were miss marked on which entree was which. Making it difficult to determine which entree belonged to whom.

This is very discouraging because, we are not able to leave the school campus to go back to the restaurant to address this issue, due to our 30 minute lunch.

I spoke to Ryan the manager to advise of this situation. He did seem very apologetic about the issue, and advised that he would refund the money, however I would need to come back to the restaurant.

We frequently visit this restaurant often, and we are surprised with this "service" and the orders were never have experienced this before.
