Hi, my order is still sitting in processing
after 10 days. When will it be shipped?
When can I expect to receive it?
How long does shipping take? The norm is 2 weeks
But it does not seem as if its been shipped at all and still sitting on your side? How can I check whether its been shipped and estimated time of arrival?

never received items
I wish I had read everyone else's complaints before buying because I keep seeing the same issue...they never ship your order! I ordered two items about three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten them. Yet, they wasted no time charging my account for $25.00. I am very disappointed and I hate feeling cheated. I wrote them an email about my complaint since you can't call them and I still haven't heard anything back.

lack of correspondence and lack of items
I order two items reference number [protected] I recieved an email stating the said items were getting ready to be sent at the beginning of November.
I'm left with no tracking number and on your site there is no evidence of me ordering the said items but yet you have taken over £41 from my account. 5 message I have left and had no reply. My next step is to talk to my credit card company as by taking the money and not sending the goods that I ordered Is fraud and secondly I will talk to Trading Standards

I purchased £65.37 worth of clothes via my PayPal account October 10th and still haven't received the junkers.
I emailed you guys yesterday and still haven't heard back.
Can you please respond to this email other wise further action will be taken.

missing item from my order
I ordered 2 jumpers costing 43.19 Gb. Only one has arrived and the quality is not great. But my main concern is where is my second jumper. I have tried emailing the customer care but had no response. I paid using PayPal so it was a secure payment.

I ordered and paid for 4 tops which looked lovely in the pictures and i dont consider the prices low do expected quality goods. I was totally disappointed with bith the quality and the sizings were totally wrong, nothing fitted! I spent £60 and being totally ignored when i ask how i return fir a refund. Wish I'd have read these complaints before i ordered.

terrible service
Awful.
My order never arrived. Tried to phone them, but they are always unavailable. It's been more than 2 months since I placed the order. The only email I got from them contained an information about confirmation. That's all.
I spent about one hundred dollars on the items and I would like to get them or to refund.
I desperately want them to reply. It's simply horrible

I need to return an item but not getting response from customer service!!!
I ordered an item from your company two weeks ago. I received it in the time you suggested which was 7-10 working days. The item looked nothing like the description online and was too small and nothing matched the description at all. I have to return the item within 14 days for a refund but your not responding to my emails or chat online... I can't send the parcel without knowing the correct address and without informing you first so how on hell am I going to get my money back! I'm very angry about the way you're wasting my time and ignoring me! If I don't get a response to my 4th email I've sent you then I will contact the ombudsman and write a very negative review everywhere I possibly can about your company!

I ordered five sweaters from Yoins back on September 14th, and it still says that they're "Processing" when I go into my account on the website. I was charged right away, and it said it would ship in 3-5 days. I sent an email inquiring what was going on with my items yesterday, and I have yet to hear back. I wish I had read the reviews about this site before ordering from them. Do not waste your time or money. I am afraid I won't ever see the items, and if they do arrive they will most likely be so cheaply made, or some items will be missing or wrong. Not sure where I need to go from here to get to the bottom of this, it is very frustrating.

returned items
I have returned a parcel to the address that was on the goods i recieved. I paid £13 post & packing to return them. Customer services then said i could not get a refund as i returned to the wrong address but they didnt tell me this until id sent it bsck. I have the receipt for posting and returned it to were it came from. Which was written on the parcel. Customer services ...joshy...told me I can't have refund. I am now contacting every selling organisation that joins deals with and posting on Facebook not to order from them. I will also contact Chinese trading standards etc etc until I get a refund...this is what i am posting on social media etc...Do not order from this company. They do not accept returns and do not make it easy to return items. They will do everything possible to get out of you returning items. They are unscrupulou and dishonest. You will not be allowed to return items. I am having terrible problem returning clothes I ordered and I spent £13 on return post & packing. worst of the worst
Honestly, I don't know what to start with. First of all, it took two months to get my order delivered.
Second, the quality of my clothes was worse than anything else. Cheap, bad sewed. Ugh... Third, none of my clothes fit me. They are way too small, even though I ordered the S size. This is simply ridiculous.
I understand there's no sense in sending them back, it's again too ridiculous to do it. They didn't cost expensive, but I'm out of money anyway.

cancelling items in my order and then sending the wrong items
Half my order was cancelled with no explanation just a refund. The other half expected to be delivered was completely the wrong size and the wrong item? With no direct way to contact to rectify. My order number [protected]. This is rediculous what am I supposed to do with a top I don't like and would no way fit me. You have no returns or resolutions department anywhere on your website andyou charged me full postage even though me original order meant it would be free? Absolutely shocking. Someone best contact me soon otherwise I will take this further to the ombudsman

revolting service, fraud
Made several orders from yoins (#[protected], #[protected], #[protected], #[protected]), got 2 orders (#[protected], #[protected]). The sizes didn't match, moreover instead of the black ripped leggins I received a white sequin bikini, which I never ordered and did not needed at all. The fabric of the items is of very poor quality therefore very dissatisfied I decided to return the orders. After a few emails of asking me why I am returning the orders and after my replies they simply stopped reacting on my emails. Obviously they don't want their products back because nobody will buy those! Moreover there is no possibility to leave a review about their service and clients experience on their website. Therefore they feel absolutely free to commit their fraud towards the customers and stay unpunished!

I have bank statement that states that I was charged for my order it's been almost a month and I haven't recieved any information on the status of my purchase. never received my product
I ordered on www.yoins.com and I never received my order so I tried to call customer service and they were "busy" they never picked up the phone, not even a recording. So then I tried to email them and I haven't heard anything back. I would really just like to get my money back but if I cannot do that then I would like the product that I paid for and I would like it as soon as I can get it.

sexy cropped top & high waist shorts co-ord
I am absolutely disgusted with this product! The zip on the shorts was broken so once able to undo the zip it was hard to do back up then when wanting to take the shorts of the zip broke when trying to undo it! I am so upset as this was an outfit for my holiday and now it is ruined! I want to hear back from your company asap and I want a full refund or a new product!
