hello i was online on the website at http://www.replicaswholesales.com/ and orders bags from there to send it to India and after making the payment of $810 via my HDFC Bank i have the receipts as well...and now they say that its on hold from the custom and not delivering my bags that i ordered...I was on online live chat with Linda who says she is the only rep out there so when you go to the website and click on live chat you will find her answering the queries...these are the bank details if this would help

I am Linda from replicaswholesales.com. Acutally we can ignore kind of notice absolutely.
But I want to say again the above complaint is a lie and ransom.
1. We just saw this complaint today. Yeah, this customers called Saloni, from India. No from USA.-- Lie 1
2. Since 2009, our company have open the business with replicas products. Serious Business, Best Quality and Best Service are our faith.
We handle any order after payment. Then we make shipment within 2 days. and Here i supply the EMS tracking number as imaged--Lie 2
3. We admit, this was our first order shipped to India. Most customers must know well.
A- All products are replicas, which are not real authentic. We sell this kinds of products, Of course, have the risk of inspect.
B- Not a china suppliers, who can make 100% promise in the customs. Becuase of replicas, sometimes, high strict customs time, package maybe hold and stop.
Everyone know this. Customers buy from us, and resell. They all know this.
C- Since 2009, i can say, only around 3% order, we have trouble in customs. But all we can here, we will contact customers to pay tax first, then we afford this fee.
Or, we pay something, and let our shipping parnters try to get back the package, then we ship to his/her another place. Or, we buy products again and resent to his/her another place.-----We try to do best. I can say, it is so few company who can settle it like us.
4. Saloni's order was in customs, and becuase it is large amount. After Negotiation, we will pay around 1/3 to her, but he disagree. He wanted all.
Or we let him go and pay tax, them we afford the fee, he also disagree.
5. Today, i was told by our coworker as this complaint. I was shocked and angry. This is the fact. She tried to blackmail more from us.No matter how you pretend, you are not native speaker.
