Having tried one time, i felt terrible and waste of money. I bought 14 pieces of garment from them, only 5 of them were wearable, the rest were either ripped, having dirty stain or nonaligned. I felt like I'm being cheated and tried to ask for refund, but they refused and even stopped replying my email after few times of negotiate.

The money and clothing were wasted and I hope somebody won't follow my bad experience again.

I have the same problem as Rosephine and that's because I have her order and she has mine.

I was the one who order the two shirts and veggie slices. She was the one who ordered the cosmetics and I truly hope you read this Rosephine because if so please contact me.

I would love to send you your things.

I ordered about $40 USD worth of beauty products from them with 5-14 day shipping. I got my package 22 days later and when I opened it, it was someone elses order. I did not order 2 shirts and a veggie slicer! Not to mention that the package was so crudely and unprofessionally wrapped! Part of the box was missing and it lools like a 2 year old taped it everywhere! I have not received a response back yet but I will update my complaint soon.
Note- To "make up" for the delay in my package they gave me a $5 coupon with a minimum purchase of $39. How does that help me in any way at all. You are just trying to get more money! I will never shop here again.

My first time ordering online yesstyle.com and only ordered one cardigan. Took one whole month for me to get my cardigan and it was the wrong item. it was identical but the fabric and brand name was wrong. I believe it was a knock-off from china. I will never shop there anymore.

It's been 3 weeks and my purchase is still not here yet (my order status is still processing which means it has not been shipped out of the warehouse yet). i was not being notified that the stocks are unavailable until i have actually made my payment. i will not buy from them again. terrible!

Bought some boots with bows on the back. Got them three weeks later and they were cheap. The bows are glued to the back and falling off. Guess what? No RETURNS, only store credit. What a shocker. Don't buy anything here.

I had exactly the same experience - bought a bag from YesStyle which did not fulfil my requirements (a camera bag which my camera didn't fit in) - I had to pay the postage to return (sent 'signed for' as the only way to prove it's return) plus they take an 'admin fee' from the refund, so you get less back than what you paid originally.

Not only that, but like others, I was given a 'credit note' instead of a refund to my PayPal account. However, I would urge customers to do the same as I did, and call YesStyle [protected]) and ask for a proper refund! The lady said she'd process it. Thank goodness. I was about to have to get on my high horse and quote consumer rights law.

In any case, you are entitled to a full refund - you are not obliged to accept the credit note.

Just wanted to share my advice in case it helps anyone!

I often buy from yesstyle, but this time they clearly fooled me. When I odered size 250 for a pair of shoes, it was written it is gonna be available in 7-14 days. But only 1 day after my order was placed, it was already available, i thought it was great. But I received it about 1 week later, and it was not 250! There is a sticker on the back with 250 written on it, but when i tried it, it was obviously 245. So i checked with another korean shoes bought on Yesstyle which was size 245, since there is not another way to check because it is not written nowhere on the shoes. It was EXACTLY THE SAME! To be sure, I even measured it : 245mm ! So to ship order quickly, you put wrong stickers on shoes and you think people are gonna be fooled?! I am waiting for the answer of the customer service because that is just unacceptable. And don't even try to make me believe that the pair I received is 250 with excuses like " korean size are different " I OFTEN BUY KOREAN SHOES AND 245 and 250 are CLEARLY DIFFERENT!

I agree. My first time also purchasing online yesstyle.com. I bought only one cardigan and they couldn't even get my order right. The cardigan look identical but the fabric and the brand name was wrong. I believe it was a knock-off from China. Ive been hearing others getting knock-offs alot too. Don't shop there yesstyle.com or yesasia.com. its a NO.

I actually had a good experience with Yesstyle. Shipping tends to take awhile, but I loved everything I got. It's great for bigger girls like me since they have sizing options. :) I suggest you email them though about the processing status...

alicesong - that was your own fault that you keep traveling and changing your address. if you stayed put you would have gotten the item. Shipping always takes longer than implied thats normal no matter where you shop even for me from walmart online shopping. Your problem is yourself.

For anyone who has never bothered to read the Terms, Privacy contracts don't bother purchasing in the first place.

Trendale - For the person who is having a real problem. I feel bad that your product was such low quality and I do have to agree that some brands not all do sell very low quality clothing and should be avoided on the website at all cost. But there really is no way to tell which brands on the website sell good clothing and which sell crap. I usually avoid buttons and heavy designed clothing and of course stockings. Shopping online is more difficult and alien like than shopping at a local store which is why you should always shop with specific guide lines to avoid problems. (Like nothing with an expiration date) Also buying clothing made from polyester you should expect low quality because polyester is low quality fabric.

If you do not like anything here are the hoops to jump through.
Please send back the items using the address label that we sent to you in a separate email. The address label contains the address of our United Kingdom shipping agent and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your return items must be returned to us securely wrapped, with the original labels, tags and product packaging (if any). Returns found missing any of the above may be refused.

YesStyle is not responsible for the shipping cost.

Items approved for return and received in good condition and with their original packaging will be exchanged for a full refund* of the item's price in YesStyle Credit. You can use YesStyle Credit as payment towards future YesStyle orders. Please note that credit card or PayPal refunds are NOT available for unwanted returns.

If you return some of the items in your original shipment and the total order amount falls below the Free Shipping minimum purchase requirement, we will deduct the shipping cost for the remaining items since the order is no longer eligible for Free Shipping.

Before buying from this lot do read the returns policy very carefully. I am not sure the process is actually legal but its going to be difficult to argue by email. They expect you to pay postage, they give credit instead of cash refund, and it can take several weeks to process the return.
We are not entirely happy with the stuff we got, its all pretty much Primark quality at double the price and 4 weeks delivery!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at Yesstyle.com. First of all, the hours of operation of their phone lines (as posted on their website) is incorrect and the consumer is to figure out (from hearing a phone message which simply says "your call cannot be completed") that they open an hour later than the time it stated on their website.
Secondly, they specified that my order will be shipped out "express post" explicitly stating that the order would take around 3 business days to arrive after shipment.
According to their website, my order was shipped on May 9, 2011. However, I did not receive the tracking number till today (May 12, 2011) and when I retrieve the tracking information, the package was actually not shipped till May 12.
I had to specify a different address for the order to be sent while I was traveling based on the assumption that the order was sent via express post on May 9. I am traveling again and will most likely not receive my order prior to my departure which means I will need to pay an additional cost of having it redirected to another address.
This is completely deceptive behavior and cannot be tolerated.
