Yearly Advance rental plan / Double charge for a service

There is a connection in my father's name - Mr.Satpal Munjal, Number-[protected].

Earlier(at the time of Essar and Hutch) every thing was alright but as soon as Vodafone started it's business in India our problems started too.

First of all company changed the plan to monthly rental without even being asked for and after that there was no body to hear the customers.

After lots of complaint we were being told that a request was made by ourside. And after questioning as to whom has made the request and when they were like mum.

At last (as we thought) our plan was being chahged to the earlier one but to our surprise they charged the caller/hello tune charges and a top-up charges in advance which was already done initially.

Now it's been more then a month when talk to them so many times and even wrote two E-mail also but to my surprise no body even care to reply to them.

If this is the way Vodafone has thought of doing the business in India, I would like to tell them they can never ever get success.
