Year product and service

My phone has not been working correctly for about two months not able to get online receive email or SMS/MMS messages saying storage was filled I call was told to delete file and apps witch I did have called and eight people has tried to get the phone to work I was told they had to try to fix the problem before I could get a replacement after eight people taking me step by step and it doing the same thing instead of sending me another phone I have got to the point that I'm tried of not getting any help with my phone after eight people not being able to correct the technical problem they should have sent me the replacement phone when they figured out they could fix the problem

Year return service

I received my order pretty quick. I got my dresses in a month. I bought 6 dresses: I want to return 3. I contacted the company over 3 times, I haven't got any, ANY respond. I contacted over email and also I left 2 messages in their website. My order is D2037534. This is an awful service. I read several reviews about not getting the clothes on time, bad quality, no refunds, no returns. THIS IS A SCAM. No buy anything from them

Year coffee scalding me at drive through

While going through an Orangeville Tim Horton's drive thru at approx 11:36 today, December 16, 2018 i had a very unsettling and upsetting incident. I had ordered 2 coffee. The first was sort of throw at me at the drive through window and the second coffee was placed ON TOP of my hand subsequently spilling over into my car, onto me, the electronics on inside door of my car, scalding me - ruining an 80$ pair of pants as well as now causing me to have to now get my car detailed. It was hot and went right down my side. I was handed after asking for some napkins - maybe 5 napkins to soak it up and then asked did I want a refil of that coffee at 3/4 of it has spilt down me. No care or concern for my physical well being or the fact that it scared the heck out of me. WHO sets a hot coffee ON TOP of a customers hand? I understand it gets busy but paying attention to avoid people getting phys harmed needs to be priority and it simply was not. It was store drive thru number 137 in Orangeville, at 46 Broadway that this happened. I am beyond upset. Such cases call for some legal advice - she set the hot coffee ON TOP of my hand which evidently would only cause one result. Please get back to me regarding this issue as I have a decision to make in regards to legal representation. Thank you.

Year overcharged hung up on twice

To whom it may concern, I'm reaching out today to address a customer service issue I spent $300 a day before and the day of Thanksgiving the day before Thanksgiving I turned in some rain checks coupons and use just for you I was overcharged 42% on $100 purchase as a result I was stranded with not enough money to return home from my holiday for gas as in I am very ill and have limited resources. I live in saint Helens Oregon what least close I am almost an hour away up in the rule area I drive down 1 hour to shop because the store is the only store close enough and it's worth the money to me to spend the higher prices at your store in saint Helens I've been shopping there for 40 years will a different Safeways as well lately things have been exceedingly wrong on my receipt with the new just-for-you system being that I live an hour away and I'm Ill for me to travel in is a lot of effort and usually requires the energy and time I have for the day I called this morning to verify I had the right stuff with me to make the drive-in to receive my 30-plus dollar refund it meant sentence the associate asked me if I was going to let her talk and I said no not yet I'm almost done I'm not finished when I was done my sentence I stopped talkin realized I was on hold the phone was then hung up by the associate so I called back as soon as the phone was picked up it was hung up again this happened twice I did call back shortly after and spoke with a very kind so she ate who answered my questions and listen to me was a very brief conversation and went well as in customer service was obtained I feel very confident with the store its employees most of the time in particular is put me in a position of stress and anxiety I was not calling in an angry State I was really calling to exchange information before I can. I feel this is very unjust for a customer service representative and one should not act this way my name is William may my phone number is [protected] I've never complained before to a store about an employee this will be a first time in 45 years but this is something that I cannot let go by really because customer service is the main job title and I have been a manager for years would suspect that the manager has left this happened for a long time for her to excel to that form of retaliation so quickly I would like to look directly as quickly as possible if you could contact me that would be wonderful I have had this problem for years I've never been offered or reimbursement I've always said thank you and no problem I expect to be treated with respect that is it I'm a nice gentle person and have a good relationship with the staff I am choosing to go to winco Foods at this point which is quite a bit farther and stressful for me as I am Hill but really refuse to tournament return there until this issue is dealt with and I am notified I never asked for much in life but this is the most unjust action I've seen out of a customer service representative really think she might be in the wrong job and that her manager should be assessed or evaluate her as a potential problem as this may cause me as well as my family and friends to shop elsewhere based on your reaction because my friends often bases and is overlooked things happen I understand this is different I called back and was treated very nicely by another associate and the problem is resolved and that is why I'm contacting you please address this as soon as you can I appreciate it and look forward to hearing your response William May [protected] st.Helens 97051.thank you and thank you for the time in the future may spend on this I look forward to hearing from you once again have a wonderful day thank you.

The Family Dollar stores in my county are charging tax on groceries. Groceries are exempt from sales tax in my state. The manager claimed that it was a new tax passed by county supervisors according to his corporate manager. No such tax has been passed. No other store is charging sales tax on groceries. Someone is telling stories and illegally overcharging customers.

Year meter not communicate with the company

In the month of October the invoice arrived excessively high, nevertheless the meter was not sending information to the company the question is How it calculates the cost in a case like this?
Then came a representative of the company to fix that, and an employee said on the phone that a credit would appear on the bill, but that as it was logical never happened, Can you explain this to me? How can a monopoly like the FPL disregard its clients? and put on the bill what They want, I want an answer? And it is impossible to communicate with the company now they have put a virtual assistant, a doll that good?

Year enterprise fraudulent debit hold

This is like an unfunny Seinfeld episode. They take the deposit, but they do not give it back in a fair manner. I am planning on calling the fraud department of my state's attorney general.

I called my bank the day after my $160+ deposit from my debit card was due back to me and had not been returned. The car was in good condition, cleaned and was returned with a full tank when I left with 3/4 of a tank. The gentlemen processing the car said he would make sure I got my deposit back. It did not happen that day. Next day I went to the bank and there was no sign of any possible credit from Enterprise being posted.

I called the regional customer service to see if Enterprise had sent it the refund on debit that should have been returned to my bank to be processed. I called the regional Enterprise and they gave a vague statement about how the banks process the debit owed back to me and said some bank take long in order to process. I went to my bank in person, the credit has not reached my bank in order to even be in line to be processed.

I am a disabled person that needs money for my medications and dog care. My deposit does not need to be accruing interest for Enterprise. The credit on my account should have posted on Oct 16, 2018. The vehicle was processed and I was eligible for a deposit back at appr. 10am. The rental agreement # is 3RNVQW.

Year drive thru

Clifton N.J. Burger King. At 2:33 my ticket number is 36. I ordered 2 hamburgers plain, a medium fry, and 1 spicy chicken and one crispy chicken both no mayo. I paid and left. When I arrived home, I opened the bag. The hamburgers were not plain and 1 of the chicken sandwiches was not cooked completely... I was late for work so I could not return to the burger king. So I am writing to you instead. I would like a refund. I am extremely aggregated that was suppose to be my children's lunch.
