In this situation I called the [protected] dated 28/09/2022 (outgoing 7.00 PM 6.00 PM
24 September 2022 3.12 PM.
I called the yayvo.com [protected] when I called, the Madam her is saying that this No is not yayvo.com. She saying this contact No is TCS Courier.
I sent to various emails about this issue but not responding.
Madam! Please assist to communicate between the customers the yayvo.com TCS E-COM (Private) Limited.
This is my story but I called you but you have not assisted me till now in this issue.

With order number [protected] i have ordered black cobra 150 in two quantity though you have charged doubled but have sent only single one.

Either send the second one or refund my money other wise i will lodge a complain in FIA cyber crime.

selling fake tv's and not giving the refund despite cancellation of order before shipping
If i could give them negative stars i'll give them -5. Let me continue on how yayvo.com backed by TCS is ripping people.
1) They advertise VIZIO TV and say they are official introducers of these in PAK market and claim they only sell genuine products and no fake, guess what, the TV is fake and Chinese copy, when contacted VIZIO they say they never made the model which yayvo claims to sell.
2) Upon placing order and realizing this fact the very next morning i went ahead and called them to cancel this order which they say will be cancelled since its not yet shipped and they generated a ticket.
3) Next day guess what, the fake TV arrives at doorstep and they say there is no cancellation mentioned, when i called them they say it might be mistakenly delivered and we will cancel it and refund credit card payment. So don;t accept the delivery.
4) After 3 days got an email from TCS again that your TV will be delivered again, frustrated i called them that this order is cancelled why its been delivered again and again to which they say the cancellation is changed to delivery by some staff and they are not sure why, so they will try to cancel it and refund which will take 10 more days. By the time of writing this it shows that they will again try an attempt to deliver me that fake TV and will make every effort possible to sell their fake stuff and not refund me.
Shame on yayvo and TCS, the future of e-commerce is corrupted by such companies in Pakistan.
Yayvo.com is a scam, they collect your money and will not give you the goods you order, verse support team keep saying we will call you about the status and never called, assigned CN number without even having the item i ordered, i ordered on 17th Nov order number [protected], no news about order till today.
