Yatra Online fraud

YATRATIMES.COM- A fraud company that one should never trust.
I had received a call from Yatratimes on 15/01/2015 from [protected] and a person named Rahul tried luring me to buy a package for Rs.10999 and asked to check thier website which i subsequently did after a couple of phonecalls. I then agreed to take a package and also paid the amount through my credit card. He then called up again asking me to take another package which also i did by encouraging my cousin to do so in return for which the company promised to give me a Blackberry Z10 which i didn't recieved. I then happened to receive confirmation documents from the company through post which my cousin did not receive . Consequently I called the company regarding the same but it was since then that the company started ignoring my calls and also all efforts made even through mail to be able to contact them were in vain. This frustrating act is so disturbing with no replies, no trace of my money or my cousin's, and no idea about how to go about this issue. The documents i received serve as proof and I do not intend to stay shut at this issue. I also read many other similar complaints and am shocked that nothing has been done about the same as the number of frauds keep increasing and still unheard. It is high time the government, or the police department step up to their responsibility and take a strict action against this company. We middle class families who just plainly seek to go for a holiday find it difficult to trust any company and also fail to trust that any high authority would come to a rescue.
I will not leave this issue just here and will fight till i get justice for this fraudulent act. I am firm on my demand for a refund of all mine and my cousin's money and will not stay quiet about it.

Hi Guys, please don't fall for the Offers by this company. Its FRAUD. I purchased one of their offers on 8-Feb for 10999 and there is no way to make any booking. I tried mailing them on info@yatratimes.com,
customercare@yatratimes.com,
Support@yatratimes.com,
booking@yatratimes.com
All mails have bounced. I tried calling them on the number mentioned on this site - [protected] and the guy answered said that they are not taking any booking and asked me to Google the Number for Booking / Reservations

Yatra Online bad experience with yatra

I just finished my honeymoon trip with yatra and feel bad to say that our experience was not at all good. My booking reference number was S1145987.

I will not recommend yatra to anyone and will never use the services of yatra ever.

Last day was most horrible for us as the hotel in backwaters was not at all safe. It was dirty and had no connectivity with city. 17 km away from main area and that too a dirty hotel makes no sense. There was no one except the 2 of us. and it was not lake view it was the view of a dirty gutter on which the hotel was made. Even the hotel owner told us names of some good hotels where we could go. It seems like yatra does not care for the safety of its passengers. We had to spend extra 6000 rs to find another safe hotel. Your hotel in backwaters was nowhere near to a 3 star hotel.

We want the refund of this extra amount that we had to spend just because of your poor arrangements. After giving you 60, 000 rs, the arrangement was not worth it.

1) From starting we were facing difficulties. Our jet airway flight was delayed by 2 hours and we had no notification from yatra side. When we contacted jet airways they said that yatra has given its own number in contact details and not our numbers. We unnecessarily had to wait for 2 hours.

2) Our hotel in thekkedy was good but the services were not at all good. The staff was lazy . there was no cold water coming out of tap and we wasted our 1.5 hr for just waiting for cold water to take bath. We ordered cake in the night which was stale, it just spoilt my honeymoon cake plan .

3) Our hotel in kovalam was very good but its strange that why we were given a hotel that was far away from the 3 beaches. You could have given us any hotel near beaches so that we could enjoy the main attractions over there.

In all our experience was very bad and we are feeling like we could have planned better that this by our own.

The Air India flight from Amdabad to Mumbai was cancelled and Yatra has still not returned the money for 4 tickets. I have sent them the copies of the ticket duely signed by the Airline but they have not returned the money. The calls to their call center have been frustrating with so many broken promises that its not even worth mentioning. Every time I mention about refund the call automatically drops.

I had booked flight Tickets from B'lore to Pune on 23rd for 26th Indigo Flight and return Flight by Spicejet for 29th DEc. I was told money would be refunded in about 7 days. Not heard from yatra still about the status. Booking reference is DOLBDC

Will never use this company again - after having a medical emergency yatra.com refused any kind of refund and provided useless information to further change the reservation. I am now left with having to purchase a new ticket.

If you are a smart person you will not use this company - they are awful.

Yatra Online a fraud company

We booked a desert camp and a hotel in Jaisalmer from Yatra.com but when we reached the camp, the owner asked us to pay extra seasonal charges of Rs 2000 per camp while these charges were written inside INCLUSIONS on the yatra ticket. Yatra customer care was quite unhelpful and all they could do was to put our calls on hold for more than 30 minutes. After standing out for hours we had no other option but to pay the amount.

Next day when we reached hotel, the owner told us that the room is not at all booked and he has not received the booking amount from Yatra. Again, we tried to seek resolution from Yatra.com but all in vain. We had to find another hotel by ourselves and pay the amount. Even after paying around 20, 000/- to Yatra, we had to pay again. Pathetic Service !

Please do not do any sort of booking from this fraud website. Their customer service is pathetic. All they could give you is "Sorry" and no resolution at all. Other portals like MakeMyTrip and Expedia are much better than this fraud company

Yatra Online yatra.com amendment in booking fraud

I had Booked a Hotel stay from yatra.com Booking Reference no--[protected], for Timber Trail Heights, Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh. Check IN : 2nd DEC 2014 & Check Out : 3rd DEC 2014.

I realized that I had booked the rooms for wrong dates, I called up the customer care of Yatra.com. I requested them to amend the booking and change the checkin dates to 5th DEC 2014 -6th DEC 2014. They said that i would have to call the hotel and confirm if they are willing to do so. I called up the hotel they said they have recived a booking from Travelguru.com ( Some other travel agent) i was shocked to hear that. The hotel said since the booking is done from 3rd party they cannot do anything, I will have to call the service provider and do the same at there end. I then called back Yatra.com, they said they cannot do this as it is prior to 1 day of check in . And just wasted my time by putting the call on hold for 30 mins. After 30 mins there was anew customer care executive and said sir, we will write an email to hotel and ask them to do so. Which they said is an internal thing i will not be able to view the email. But however they will give me a call next morning.

Next day morning on 2nd DEC 2014 ( also the date of check in) I received no call or no Email. I have been calling them whole day today, no one is listening to the complaint. They just put the call on hold. I have called the hotel to check if they received the payment, they said that they have not got any payment from yatra.com or travelguru.com.

As soon as yatra.com got to know I want to amend my booking dates, they stopped the payment to the hotel. Because if the hotel does not have the payment they will not entertain me directly.

Hence Yatra.com very easily made Rs. 5000 without doing anything. And they might be doing the same with thousands of customers daily. Please never use Yatra.com, it is a fraud website and with a poor customer care service. I am highly unsatisfied.

Yatra Online very poor services for international tour booking

I'm writing this complaint after facing serious apathy and lack of professionalism from Yatra employees in our international tour booking.

I'd booked my honeymoon trip to Thailand with Yatra on Sept 17, 2014 (Booking Id - S1114786). Since then I've been following up with Yatra personnel (Aditya Koer and Nitin Jha) numerous times for HOTEL VOUCHERS AND EXCHANGE RATE FOR BALANCE PAYMENT but haven't received any response from them. I also wrote for assistance in filling out some forms sent by them but haven't heard from anyone. This, despite telling them that WE NEED HOTEL VOUCHERS FOR VISA APPLICATION. Throughout the booking process our queries were never addressed completely and satisfactorily. We'd to keep calling and writing mails again and again for the same queries but still these people didnt bother to respond.

I also wrote to the complaints ID ([protected]@yatra.com) on 12th Nov at 1.28pm and haven't received any call from them YET (unlike the tall claims of Yatra that they will call back within 4 hours of complaint). After all this I spoke to Mr. Vibhor Mathur (Manager in Yatra) and told him about our grievances and future expectations from Yatra. Despite that we haven't received adequate response from anyone. We're very shocked and disappointed by the highly unprofessional and carelessness in services by a reputed name like Yatra. This deficiency in service which has cost us lot of time and mental stress, especially as this is our honeymoon we were planning. Attached is a sample mail of my correspondence with Yatra.

Yatra Online refund issue

I booked Tickets from Yatra and I had to cancel due to some change in the name which caused me a huge loss moreover the refund was extended into eVault which means I can not get my hard earned money in my bank account and I have to use now only for buying ticket(s) which can be bought through Yatra.com only. Not sure how come yatra.com got the licensed to manage people's money as a bank and w/o any interest and how come they can force consumer to book tickets only through them which is monopolistic trade. I am deeply frustrated by Yatra.com on their Exploitative policies and they way they behave.

Yatra Online refund not received after ticket cancellation

Hello Guys,

Hope you must have heard about #yatra.com and you would have experienced their fraud.
well I believe nobody should experience that what I faced.
This is in regard to the refund of my cancellation ticket, which was booked for Delhi-Varanasi on 21st Oct. 2014. The travelling date was 22nd Oct. 2014. The Cancellation details for Yatra Ref is [protected]. I have cancelled the ticket just few hrs later after the booking because of some emergencies. After the cancellation I received the confirmation of ticket cancellation through the mail as well through the message. Few days passed after I didn't get my refund back, I contacted yatra customer and the executive refused to process the refund in cash. As per his information the refund was processed to E-cash. I have tried to contact Customer care twice through the mail for the positive response. But Same thing is repeated in both mails received in replies from Yatra that money is processed in the ecash. My concern is here that why my money has been processed to E-cash, without my information? As per yatra mail and massage, which I received after the cancellation, I have right to get my refund back, two days ago I talked Ms.Ruchi Avasathi (Domestic Supervisor). Neither she didn't reply pleasantly nor did she support me on phone. I have also mailed to CEO of Yatra, but didn't get reply. This is a big amount of 11207 Rs. These YATRA b**** M***f*** charges for everything and keep money of the customers. The airways company refunded the money to them, but bloody nonsense Yatra kept my money. AWARE OF THESE YATRA CHEATERS. Never book ticekt from yatra.They make the customers fool. Disgusting services! I Will never recommend any one.
Day by day they are losing the customers. They can't eat money of the customers. B**** A**** thay ate my money, that's y they r becoming rich day by day. Indian government should take action against them.

Yatra Online fraudlent deal

I was given commitment to offer 4 N / 5 D holdiay voucher for Rs. 6500/-. After payment they did not issue voucher. No hotel booking was done as per schedule given by me. Person told that this deal is wrongly booked by their executive and they were asking for further money of Rs 3500/- which I agreed upon to pay on confirmation of hotel booking. Yatra Online fraud and cheating

I want to file an official complaint of fraud, cheating and mental harrasment against yatra.com
I had done a booking yatra ref number: [protected]
For flights, now i want to cancel the booking, but yatra.com is offering only 1662 of refund out of 13500 amount as the tickets were non refundable. Whereas the airline jetkonnect informed me that only my base fare should be deducted that is 3000 and rest should be refunded that is 10500, i have informed the same to yatra.com but they refuse to refund me the amount. And contacting them again and again on customer care and at office they refuse to conference jetkonnect and solve the problem, the only response i get after waiting for more then half an hour everytime by the representative is that we cannot help you. This is a total frauf done by yatra. Con towards a customer

I have bought a tkt from ur website. . I must say it was the most disgusting experience to connect and talk to ur customer care. It took nearly 3 hrs to connect me to ur customer care and i get connected to the wrong employees who cant even assist me well. . I must say i would never book any tkt on yatra. Disgusting website. . . No proper support or care taken. . . Lost my full money on this wesite. . Never book a tkt here. . . Fraud website

Yatra Online regarding refund and poor bookings

I and my friend had been on a vacation through yatra.com on 29th May. Our package was Nainital(2)-Corbett(2) we paid total Rs.26800 for 4 nights 5 days. Bookings done by yatra.com were not even worth 26800/- . bad rooms in Nainital. Bad rooms as in a standard room which was like a lodge and while talking and telling about bookings they told us that we have deluxe room. once we reached nainital they said your bookings are not done. We complaint about it, they neither shift us to another room nor another hotel. We had to JABARDASTI spend our 2 nights in that room, just because we had already paid them trusting them.
Next day we left for corbett, they gave us stupid tents which were 990 per night. Spending night in those tents were not possible. we had to pay extra 2500 for a good room.
Then what was the point in paying 26800/-?
On top of that they hardly replied us back, they hardly pick our calls.
If this is the service they are going to give their clients then soon this travelling site may just collapse.
The itinerary given to us said Meals included whereas it didnt! they were supposed to refund us 2000/- which they didn't.
This was my first and last experience with them.
technically they are supposed to refund us the rooms money which they must have eaten up. Or else tell them to revert us back or give the break up of 26800/- as soon as possible! and refund our 2000/- back.

Yatra Online worst travel agent ever!

Worst travel agent I have ever booked through!
Buyer beware!
1. They told me my bags would be checked all the way from orlando, fl (Usa) to chennai, india. Totally false. I had to pick my bags up at every connecting airport and bring to next ticketing counter. I called to confirm this fact before I booked and was totally lied to my their incompetent staff.
2. They said I would be allowed 2 bags checked in on all my flights. False again. My domestic flight only allowed one bag (Jetblue) and charges $40 us for a second bag. When I confront them with this they say it is the airlines fault and I have to wait 18 business days till they hear back from jetblue. What a load of bs. If they gave me false information they should fix it with the customer and handle their vendor airline on their own sweet time.
3. They send me an itinerary with no airport codes! It had my arrival in washington as well as departure for abu daubi from washington. They conveniently failed to mention these were two different airports in washington dc that are 45 km apart! I had to part our of my own pocket to take a shuttle in the snow to make my flight.
4. They say that three hours is enough time to make above said journey. My flight arrives at first washington airport at 6:30pm with flight to abu daubi out of second airport at 9:30pm. They do not take into accounjt picking up my baggage from first airport, which by the way they said would be checked all the way through. This piuts me at 7:00pm with my baggage waiting to catch a shuttle. Not to mention it is snowing in washington! They say this is adverse weather condition but what these idiots don't understand is it is always snowing in december in washington. This is not adverse weather! The trip takes an hour between airports which buts me at 8:00 pm. Ticketing for international flights closes 2 hours prior to departure. If I would have followed their itinerary I will have missed all my flights. I luckily took an earlier flight from orl to washington and was able to make my international flight.

These guys are clowns! Don;t ever use them. Please take my experience and book your flight through another company. The internet is riddled with complaints about these jokers. Their customer service is a joke. You talk to the same call center clown who does not even understand the situation nor us airports.

I take international flight 3 times a year and this is first and last experience with these indian con artists.

Yatra Online amount got debited twice and no refund of the debited amount

On 29.06.2013, I have booked a flight ticket from chennai to cochin in spicejet airlines.. Spicejet has put fare of rs 3578 for the flight.. I have booked it after that we got a cal from yatra customer care and they said you have to additional 1016rs, then only your ticket will get conform. Yatra group is irresponsible towards the customer issues. the issue dates back to 19 September 2014 and is regarding the deduction of money from my account without the ticket booking being successful.
I had complained on phone and they told the amount will be debited in 5 days. now it is already 15 days and if I am mailing, I am not getting the response from customer support even. I have mailed them thrice and not even received an acknowledgement email. if called to customer care, they say you have to mail at customer support. the worst part of all is they don't let the customers to post a complaint on their website forum.
This is the worst service ever received by any website, I will make sure I will not use yatra again and inform the same to my friends and colleagues.

Its not me alone facing this problem, it happened to 2 other colleagues of me. now we are scared to book tickets from yatra and opting other alternatives.
I request you people to take immediate measures to solve the issue.

Yatra Online cancellation & refund

On 7th May 2013, I booked Hotel+Flight Package for a round trip (Guwahati-Chennai) for Rs 29233.03 on Yatra.com with Reference No. [protected] and Yatra booking no: [protected].
My Package included the following:
i) Domestic Flight(Indigo 6E-291) from Guwahati to Chennai on 7th June 2013 at 18:00 hrs. for 2 passengers.
ii) Domestic Flight(SpiceJet SG-3301) from Chennai to Bangalore on 10th June 2013 at 06:15 hrs. for 2 passengers.
iii) Domestic Flight(SpiceJet SG-528) from Bangalore to Guwahati on 10th June 2013 at 09:55 hrs. for 2 passengers.
iv) 1 Room for 2 Guests in Hotel City Tower Chennai for 3 Nights.

Now the issue is due to change of my schedule and location, I have to cancel the whole booking including Hotel & Flights. So I emailed at [protected]@yatra.com on 31st May 2013 early morning to cancel the whole booking and initiate the refund process as early as possible. But to my surprise there was no reply till evening. So I called the customer care for the same in the evening, but the reply was disgusting. According to them my booking is now non-refundable and non-amendable, so no refund.

But according to the e-tickets and hotel vouchers provided by yatra.com on 7th May to my email, it clearly mentions the cancellation and amendment policies which are as follows:
i) Hotel Booking Amendments/Cancellations Policy:
Amendments/Cancellations can only be made by Yatra.com. The hotel cannot
modify your booking or process refunds for bookings made at these special Yatra
rates.
*All amendments will be done as per the hotel's policy,
*In case of cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled check-in or no
show, the full cost of stay will be charged,
*For cancellations made between 72 to 48 hours before scheduled check-in, one night’s retention would be charged,
*The cancellation charges may vary during peak season and blackout dates,
*Yatra.com charges a standard cancellation fee of Rs 200 per booking over and
above the hotel's own cancellation charges,
*If the booking is cancelled, the refund amount due will be processed to your bank
within 72 hours. Sometimes the concerned bank may take longer before the
credit is reflected in your account.
ii) Flight Booking Amendments/Cancellations Policy:
a) Indigo:
Terms and Conditions:
Changes/cancellations permitted more than two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure (four (4) hours for international sectors) with payment of change/cancellation fee and difference in fare if applicable.

b) SpiceJet:
Changes and Cancellation:
Cancellations to bookings may be made up to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a fee of 1000 INR or equivalent local currency of the departure country per person, per one way. For International travel cancellations to bookings may be made up to four (4) hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a fee of 1850 INR or equivalent local currency of the departure country per person, per one way. All fees are subject to change without notice. The balance of the original booking amount will be retained in a credit shell where the passenger may use it as payment towards future travel by calling our Guest Sales & Reservations Center. Atleast one of the guests booked in the original PNR (Credit Shell PNR) should be travelling in the new PNR for future travel. The Credit Shell is refundable on request.

When I asked them about the above mentioned Amendments/Cancellations Policies for Hotel and Flight Booking they emailed me a NEW Hotel+Flight Booking Amendments/Cancellations Policy, was not shown to me before and after the booking. Just when I asked for cancellation they changed and provided this Policy which is as follows:
Cancellation prior to departure/check-in date-Cancellation Charges
At least 21 days prior -25% of booking value
Between 8-20 days prior-50% of booking value
Cancelled 7 or lesser days prior-100% of booking value

Still if I accept the new policy, Cancellation made before 7 days(Between 8-20 days prior) from departure or check-in, I will be getting 50% Refund as my departure/check-in is on 7th June 2013 and I requested for cancellation on 31st May 2013. When I asked the customer care they replied that travel date is excluded, which is again a new policy as it is not mentioned anywhere earlier or in the new policy provided to me on 31st May 2013. Secondly, no information is given before booking, whether it is the customer care or in the website yatra.com.

Amendment and Cancellation policy:
You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click the Cancel button. For online cancellation, Yatra will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact Yatra Customer Care at [protected]. For international flight bookings, call [protected]. For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 500 per person per sector, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. While for international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs 750 per person would be charged, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge.
For rescheduling of domestic flights, Yatra will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges.
For No-Show of domestic flights, Yatra will charge Rs. 100 per person per sector as standard No-Show charges
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Yatra Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

This is totally misleading and misguiding the customers with different policies. With this kind of service I must say yatra.com is a big Fraud, cheating people. I have asked all my colleagues, friends and relatives not to do any kind of booking on Yatra.com unless and until successful refund is made to me.

Yatra Online cheating in flight ticket booking

The worst travel agent and it is badly cheating people. Yatra will show all discounted price of flight tickets and when you book the ticket they'll deduct more price.Even though u complain they wont help you and simply say ticket price increased in couple of seconds.But even after 2 to 3 hrs u'll see the same discounted price on yatra website. So by posting discounted price they'll catch eye of people and then deduct more. So guys pls avoid taking any services from Yatra if u dont want to get cheated.I faced the problem yesterday only.

Yatra Online customer service in event of cancellation

Bought tickets from Yatra.com . Chewed on th cancellation policy before hand an we're told I is $475 per ticket. On the dy of travel my husband got ick and we needed to cancel the flight, an these guys just turned their back on us, saying we need to handle this directly with the airline. Then we find out the class the booked us under is non refundable! International flights always have refund option, and if that wasn't the case how can they keep quoting cancellation charge! We were screwed big time. Horrible customer service. Airline says deal with Yatra, Yatra says deal with airline. We paid $8000 for this trip! Luckily we have travel insurance and will file. Claim but this is insane!

Yatra Online silence after pocketing advance money

Tour Booked, Rs.30, 000/-advance paid, Then total silence from Yatra. Com, India. All my money taken by Yatra.com ?

I booked a Kerala Holiday Package for self & wife (we are a senior citizen retired couple) which reportedly was termed "Customized Package" by the concerned executive, though exactly the same package was available on the Yatra.Com Web Site. Anyway I was asked to pay Rs.30, 000/- as advance by Internet which I did on 11.10.12. The package tour was supposed to start on 26.10.12 by air from Mumbai to Cochin. After paying, when I called their office at Gurgaon on 16.10.12, the executive handling my tour informed that he will put all details re the tour including all contact numbers, names of hotels etc.etc. on the e-mail by the next day. No messages giving above details were received in the next few days.

No messages were received in the above regard. I kept on sending e-mails to Yatra.Com executives, team leaders/supervisors but no response came from any of them them. On 20.10.12, I visited Yatra.Com Office, Mumbai but they regretted any assistance stating that they handle only International Tours & cannot help me for domestic tours. I spoke to a certain Mr.Kapil Bishnoi (supposedly head of the domestic tour section) & he verbally on phone stated from Gurgaon, that I will receive all details on mail by 22.10.12(Monday). But no msgs came from Yara.com; except one msg from one Mr. Jay Gurnani, who stated that he will revert with detail the next day. But no messages came from anybody of Yata.Com. I kept on sending e-mails everyday reminding them, that since the tour departure was 26th October'12 early morning, time was running out as we had to tie up a lot of loose ends in our home before leaving for 8 days to Kerala. But there was total silence & no e-mails whatsoever from Yatra.Com regarding the above matter. On 25th October at around 10 am(when there was less than 22 hours left prior departure), I was left with no other option but to inform Yatra.com that it was not possible to make the trip & same is required to be cancelled. I did not even get an acknowledgement till now regarding this last message to Yatra.Com. The onus of cancellation rests on Yatra.Com as they failed to send any intimation regarding the details/hotels of the tour.

It may be noted that I had not given my "OK" to the tour as a lot of my queries/doubts were not answered by the executive who was handling my case. He kept on insisting that I should give "OK" and I had to remind him that as soon as he clarifies my doubts to my satisfaction, I will give him my OK.

Is this a ploy of Yatra.Com to collect advance money (Rs.30, 000/- in my case which is a very substantial sum for retired person like me) and then maintain total silence till the tour date is over. Kindly arrange to refund me the above amount of Rs.30, 000/- as I could not proceed on the Kerala tour due to no intimation of tour details by you and not due to any fault of my own. This is a strange and lackadaisical attitude of the Yatra.Com, which has caused me much physical & mental trauma, besides substantial monetary loss.

Anxiously awaiting comments to my above complaint at the earliest.

Yatra Online fradulent credit card fees, cheating

I booked 2 sets tickets on yatra.com for 2 different flights within India. Yatra.com charged me ticket price and $200 for first set and $234 for the second set of tickets for "agent fees", which about 25% of the ticket cost. When I called them they try to lie to me that "agent fees" are for airline taxes, etc, but all taxes which airline pays are part of the ticket price which was already paid separately to the airline. "agent fee" is direct profit for yatra.com above what airline is paying them per ticket. Yatra.com manager couldn't explain to me what "agent fee" is and they wouldn't cancel those fraudulent fees. Luckily my credit card company reversed those fees, but all I can say that yatra.com is the biggest cheating company in airline ticket sales and if you book the same flights on airline site directly you'll get $10-$20 better price per ticket plus they you don't have to pay hundreds of dollars in fraudulent "agent fees". I had to cancel my credit card so yatra.com would not charge me more fraudulent fees.

Yatra Online needed to buy new tickets at the airport.

I did the booking from BLR to BBI. The booking was confirmed.
At the airport the airline officials didn't find any bookings with my name.

Needed to buy new tickets at the airport.

Talking to the yatra.com [protected] number - realized that the ticket was never confirmed actually.
The only thing they could say is we would refund your money (thanks for that).

With all the hassle and paying extra price for the ticket at the airport.

I guess i am not returning to yatra.com

Yatra Online wrong information by customer care, complete refund not made

Had booked a round trip 5 passengers (BANGALORE-GOA-BANGALORE) and somehow had to cancel ticket for one passenger from Bangalore to Goa. Could have done this from the airlines side but thought of doing it through Yatra. The customer care executive informed me that the cancellation charge would be 750+250 rupees. The flight was worth around 4100 rupees and i was expecting a refund of around 3100 rupees. I cancellation was done and was told the amount will be refunded after completing the journey. I called the customer care numerous times after coming back from my trip but was told on different ocassions that it would take few more days for the refund. I finally got the refund after 3 weeks for 76 rupees! Called the customer care again to be told that the refund was as per Yatra rules and the information provided to me by their own executive previously was wrong! what to do such a state now? In all a very poor experience for me, I travel often but tried their website for the first time but would prefer different travel website the next time.
