YastdressNot returning my money

On 19/12/2014 I ordered a dress for $383.59, they took 2 lots of payments (2x383.59 = $767.18). Contacted them by email and their staff (Alice) advised the dress was an imitation of what I was looking for, I then requested to have my order cancelled and all my money returned. I have written emails asking for my money and till today they still have not returned it, Alice has responded to couple of my emails but I find she is only wasting my time. This experience has really annoyed me and I will think twice about buying anything from China again. Yastdress and other companies like them will give China a bad reputation.
