Packet Postal Ref:LP00093600224503 is needed most urgently Yanwen state that the packet arrived into Portugal 19/5/2018. I have contacted CTT Portugal Post service, I was reliably informed that CTT do not deliver articles for Yanwen So who does deliver Yanwen Packages in Portugal? I have already sent an email asking Yanwen the same question but I am of the opinion that doing so was a waste of time because they are IGNORANT ! Using Yanwen has been the WORST experience of my life and will NEVER happen again.
I have the same problem. I'm waiting for 3 orders that have arrived in Portugal a month ago and CTT does not know anything about it.
What scares me the most if that I have like 10 orders on their way to Portugal and they are all posted with Yanwen. I'm pretty sure I will never get them as tons of people are complaining about it.

I did not wanted to open a complaint, I just wanted to ask you about a parcel that I am expecting.
However it seems that you do not have a contact e-mail.
Clear reason is that doing so, you can easly shut off all non-chinese customers.
It works, but is kind of a lame market strategy to save money that damage the customer experience.

The respondent called me a crybaby. I don't know how somebody is allowed to criticize me for making a legitimate complaint. All I can say is that if China wants to do business in the United States they have to play by our rules. And speak our language. The old saying is when you are in Rome you do as the Romans do. These comments are reserved for Yanwen because they are the shipper and I am the receiver. Nobody else's business unless I enter in to some comment line situation.

I am waiting for a parcel from China sent with Yanwen Company on February 11, 2018. I see on the Yanwen tracking page that the parcel (id: LP00090625923161) arrived on the sorting centre (location unknown) on February 17 2018. According to tracking system 17track the parcel reached Netherlands (Netherlands Airport) that day. It is strange that the locations are different. Unfortunately until today, March 23rd, it has not been delivered to me! I do not understand the reasons. What happened to the package? Where is it? I would like it to be delivered to me or at least to be informed...

wrong/confused/mismatched delivery
Today I've go a package with very strange content with the Tracking Number: RH076675665TR which I have never ordered with my name/address on it. It was relabled by Turkey Post.
I could removed the upper label and found a original Yanwen Tracking Number: UR880708906YP which has a to address of a person with Turkey name and Turkey address. So obviously I got his package. If I enter the UR880708906YP number, it was delivered in Ankera Given to the Postman-Cihet No:[protected] ! But this is the package I've got. So I assume, that he got my package. Can you please trace back what has happened with the the packages and how/where they have been wrong re-labeled and what to do now?
I also found out, that the original Yanwen Tracking Number UR880708906YP was assigned to a new number: RH076675714TR. See here: UR880708906YP-[LP00090135938246]-RH076675714TR
But this is the package I've got with the new tracking number: RH076675665TR and the other package was delievered in ANkera and I got mine with the wrong content in Austria.

Yanwen tracking number of my consignment is [protected] and Lucan Lorenzo order number is 40097. I had placed the order on 14th Nov 2017 and the order was shipped on 20th Nov 2017 through Yanwen. The last tracking update seen is on 7th December 2017 confirming arrival of the item in India. Which part of India? No mention. It has been almost 30 days since then but the status is unchanged. I got the tracking number: CNBFZ025454855 and saw the item arrived to Israel on Dec 14th however it is stuck somewhere or got lost.
