India Yamaha Motor r c नहीं दिये जाने के सम्बंध मे

महोदय,
मैंने अर्जुन वासु आँटोमोबाइल देहली रोड मुरादाबाद उ० प्र० से यामाहा कम्पनी का फैसीनो (fasino) स्कूटर खरीदा हैं, शोरूम के अनुसार स्कूटर की आँनरोड। किमत 64500₹ थी ।जिसमे स्कूटर की कीमत के अतिरिक्त स्कूटर के एक वर्ष के बीमें, स्कूटर का पंजीकरण शुल्क तथा स्कूटर के वन टाइम टेक्स की धनराशि भी सम्मिलित थी,
स्कूटर को फाइनेंस करते समय मनोज चौधरी ने बताया कि फाइनेंस करने पर 31205₹ नकद जमा करो 36700 ₹ का फाइनेंस हो जायेगा लगभग 3060₹ की प्रति महीना के हिसाब से 12 महीने मे पेमेंट पूर्ण हो जायेगी स्कूटर 64500 की जगह लगभग 68000₹ का हो जायेगा अपने बैंकखाते के नौ चेक जमा करो किस्तें (Emi)बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाल ली जाया करेगी, किस्त आँनलाइन न कटने पर चेक द्वारा ही निकाल लिया करेंगे।
मुझसे 31205₹ नकद जमा कराये ओर 36700₹ फाइनेंस के लिए. एक खाली फार्म मुझ से हस्ताक्षर करा कर रख लिया ओर स्कूटर की डिलीवरी दिला दी जिसका CHASSIS NO- ME1SE77F5G0183226 व ENGINE NO-E3N8E0271346 है मैने फाइनेंस फार्म को अपने सामने भरने के लिए कहा तो बताया कि फाइनेंस धनराशि की सही सही गणना करके बाद में हम भर लेगें आप वे फिक्र रहे आपके साथ कोई धोखा नहीं किया जायेगा
लेकिन सहाब लोन 36700₹ की जगह 40956₹ का फाइनेंस हुआ ओर किस्त 12 महीने की ना होकर 18 महीनों की कर दी गई पहली किस्त 16/12/2016 को 2777₹ की चेक से निकाली गयीं लेकिन जनवरी व फरवरी 2017 की किस्त न तो बैंक खाते से आँनलाइन निकाली ओर ना ही चेक से यह दोनों किस्त मुझे मुरादाबाद जा कर शोरूम पर ब्याज के साथ जमा करनी पडी
इन्होंने कहा कि मार्च2017 की किस्त भी नकद जमा करो मैंने पूछा किस्त आँनलाइन क्यों नही कट रही तो इन्होंने बताया कि अभी मार्च क्लोजिंग चल रही हैं इसलिए आँनलाइन किस्त अप्रैल या मई मे बैंक खाते से जमा होने लगेगी।
मैंने मार्च 2017 की किस्त धनराशि 2777₹ नकद जमा कर दिये रीसिव मांगी तो कहा आज रीसिव बुक नहीं हे रीसिव बाद मे ले लेना
सहाब मार्च 2017 की किस्त 13/03/2017 को बैंक खाते से भी आँनलाइन जमा हो गई और मुझ से नकद भी जमा करा ली उसके बाद बहुत बार माँगने पर भी रूपये वापस नही किए ओर ना ही रीसिव दी।
फिर मैं जब भी इनसे बात करती तो ये सीधे मुहँ बात ही नही करते बहुत ही बहतमीजी से बात करते ।
मेरे बैंक खाते से अप्रैल, मई, जून2017 की किस्त लगातार जमा होती रही।
लेकिन सहाब इतना समय बितने पर भी इन लोगों ने ना तो मेरे रूपये बापिस किए ओर ना ही मुझे कोई रीसिव दी
और ना ही स्कूटर की RC दी मतलब स्कूटर का कोई पेपर ही नहीं दिया
तो सहाब मैंने जुलाई माह मे मनोज चौधरी से ही मार्च मे दिये गए रूपयों को ही जुलाई माह की किस्त मे जमा करने को कहा ओर रीसिव माँगी, फिर अगले माह कहा, फिर...
ओर यह लोग धोखा ही देते रहे,
इस तरहा दिसम्बर बीतने लगा फिर हमारे बहुत जोर देने पर मनोज ने कहा आगे कि किस्त जमा करो हम आपके द्वारा मार्च2017 मे दिये गये नकद 2777₹ को भी छूटी हुई किस्त मे जमा कर सारा मसला निपटा देगें ।
. सहाब मैंने जनवरी 2018 से मई 2018 तक.की किस्त लगातार जमा की ओर मैं छूटी हुई किस्तों को भी जमा करना चहती थी लेकिन बाद में इन्होंने मार्च 2017 मे दिये गये नकद रूपयों को छूटी हुईं किस्त मे जमा करने को मना कर दिया ओर बापिस करने को भी ओर इन लोगों से बात करती तो बहुत उल्टा सीधा जबाब देते ।
यह स्कूटर फाइनेंस का मेरा पहला अनुभव है ओर इसी मैं अपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही हूँ क्योकि मुझ से स्कूटर खरीदते समय जो 31205₹ नकद जमा कराए थे उसकी भी इन्होंने मुझे 27000₹ की रसीद दी बाकी 4205 रू० को रोड टैक्स आदि का बता कर उसकी रीसिव नही. दी
इन लोगों ने मुझे आज तक मेरे स्कूटर के पेपर और आर० सी० भी नहीं दिया ओर साथ मे यह लोग एक दी गयीं नकद किस्त 2777रू० की भी बेईमानी कर ली । ओर ना ही यह लोग मेरे लोन खाते का हिसाब किताब खत्म करा रहे हैं ओर नहीं यह लोग मुझे स्कूटर की RC दे रहे हैं ।
जबकि मैं बचीं हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों को जमा कर अपने बैंक खाते पर NOC लेना चहाती हूँ, ओर स्कूटर की RC प्राप्त करना चहाती हूँ,
इसलिये मैं इस सम्बन्ध मे अपने जिले के जिला अधिकारी महोदय व वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय सहाब को बहुत पहले ही अवगत करा चुकी हूँ
ओर 27/NOV/2018 को भी मैंने BAF INDIA COMPLAINT पोर्टल पर www.complaintboard.in पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा चुकी हूँ लेकिन BAF INDIA COMPLAINT पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराने पर भी अभी तक मेरी सम्स्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ हें ओर नहीं कोई जबाब मिला है
इसलिये श्री मान जी आपसे विनम्र निवेदन हैं कि सारे मसले को दखने के बाद उचित निर्णय लेते हुये हमारी समस्या का समाधान करने कि फृपा करें जिससे मैं छूटी हुई बाजिब़ किस्तों का ही भुगतान कर सकू ओर अपने बैंक खाते पर NOC व स्कूटर की RC प्राप्त कर सकूं।

मैं अपनी शिकायत दो बार दर्ज करा चुकी हूँ बात हुई जरूरी पेपर ईमेल किये काल रिकॉर्ड की गई लेकिन मेरी सम्स्या का कोई समाधान नही किया गया हर बार इतने सब के बाद यह कह दिया जाता हैं कि आप से कोई सम्पर्क नहीं हुआ

There no washing system. Staf behaviour not good. And mechanic so rught and not to work better.. but ther sels stuff are good. And I'm bye a bike on July, 2018 but the bike not registered. So plz sir action immediately... And solv our problems. And insurence amoun huge between original premium amount... Service department behaviour not good. There no stock in parts. There are no longer in use for service... And no servicing customer waiting room.

India Yamaha Motor amrut motors - yamaha - kharghar

Vehicle was given on 29/09/2018 for insurance claim and full service. The service center mentioned that the service is completed verbally and provided a bill of 1475/-. For insurance claim, they had said that they will send an estimate which was not send and finally after almost 10 days they gave us a bill of 11000/-, of which I had paid 6000/-.Moreover they had mentioned that they will provide the balance parts in 2-4 days and will complete the balance works.
Till date they are providing me the same excuse that the parts are not available.
They had also damaged the meter cable and now is claiming us to pay the same.
The Insurance agent is on frequent follow up with them to submit the bill, which they are giving excuse.
need your support to complete my vehicle service

India Yamaha Motor I am complaining about my salary..

Dear Authority, I have complain against Komfort yamaha from Gandhinagar Gujarat Regarding my salary. one and half year ago i was worked with yamaha as a R.S.E. I worked over there unlit 7 to 8 month but they have't gave my salary for last month that was 15000 rs. Why i am complaining now because of i went Singapore for one year. And one more thing that Dealers SE Mr. Tanmay Sir also know about this problem but he cant do anything so that's why i complain directly. so Dear Authority i want my salary so please help me...

Got my bike yahama r15 five months before, after second day of purchase, I had a problem with self start, I asked to repair that one in my first service itself, still

that problem was not rectified, and main thing is worst engine performance, it is not able to touch 70 km/hr speed, some unwanted noise are coming out from the engine,

again I asked to service section to fix it, they didnt fix it till now, very worst service, why I need to get a bike of one and half lakh rupees without self

India Yamaha Motor yamaha fz25

I am very disappointed with the product quality of my new Yamaha fz25. I have been using it for only about 5 months now.

When the bike jumped over a SMALL pothole on the road, both the front and back wheels got BEND. On enquiring in the showroom, they said that it would cost about rs 7000 to repair the same. The showroom manager also refused to repair it under warranty saying that it was not a manufacturing defect.

However, the very fact that BOTH the wheels got bend under so little pressure and usage itself speaks about the product quality.

I am sorry to say that I am very much dissatisfied with both the product quality and the service of the fz25. I would certainly advice all my friends to not buy this bike.

India Yamaha Motor looting money during service and not done proper service at parvati india pvt ltd, gaya

Good Morning Sir,

I lodge the complaint again and again but not action till date against looting the during service center and service the vehicle.

some parts change to my bike but not functioning the proper. The following problems cerate in bike :

(a) At Right Hand side Disc break parts and fluid change but all oil leakage and break failed during driving bike and face accident that time. Due to leakage of oil and put on body, body paint burned.

(b) In addition, back wheel break pad changed, but not proper break and light show.

(c) during service I am say technician / attended, please clean the carburate, but he not clean.

(d) After service, attended check the bike, some sound in from front. He not done. Till date sound create.

But till date no any query / action taken by yamaha pvt ltd.

Please take necessary action against the complaint.

I lodge a complaint so many times, but till date no action behind it.

without solve complain Yamaha Pvt Ltd, close my complain.

Service centre i.e. Parvati Vehicle Pvt Ltd service my bike is not do and also defect parts are installed in my bike.

and also looting money and extra charges add in bill, who paid by me.

Please do needful and return my looting money from service centre.

Dear Sir,

I am Krishna Pal Singh, Magadh Colony, Gaya, Bihar. Lot of complain registered in Yamaha India Pvt Ltd & consumer complain center but till date pending.

I have complain regarding Looting money during service and not done service properly and some spare parts changed but I face the problem.

My two-wheeler service by Parvati Vehicle Pvt Ltd, Gaya, Bihar on 25 Aug 2018 to 28 Aug 2018. He takes time 04 days but not done properly.

Call received from Mr Prosun Biswas, Yamaha, Patna, Bihar he say to me, "You are requested to visit service centre for service the vehicle.

Today, i.e 19 Sep 2018 I am go to service center at 12:45 PM. I am call to Mr Prosun Biswas and say to him, I arrived at centre. He say wait, I am calling to Mr Santosh.
Staff comes to me, what is problem, I all points related to bike service say to him, what is problem. But all staff are comes to bike and go inside and do any. Only asked what is problem.

I wait continue 02 hours where. After discussion staff and me he say we are not done the Job of work the vehicle.

Due to leakage of oil my vehicle's paint are discolor and burned. I say to clean the carburate, but he say we could not do.

Then I come back at home without service the vehicle.

India Yamaha Motor looting money in service centre in gaya, bihar

Dear Sir,

I, Krishna Pal Singh s/o Shri Ram Govind Singh, OTA Mil Stn Gaya (Residence at Magadh Colony, Gaya) is given to service my two wheeler at Pravati Vehicles Pvt Ltd on 25 Aug 2018 at 1300 hrs. My Vehicle Model No is GLADIATOR 125SS, Reg No BR02Y 4352 and Chassis No - ME135B058E2024400.

My vehicle is service by Parvati Vehicles Pvt Ltd finally given to me on 28 Aug 2018 at 1530 hrs and Job Card No 4334 and Invoice No is PVPI-[protected]. I am very badly frustrated due to service time taken by service center. He is take lot of time for service.

That is very bad and taking service time to long.

After service I found my cash memo, I am surprise in Labour charges. Because a extra amount charges in labour charges. All Parts purchases from stores and fitted in my vehicle. Paid service incl washing charges is 250.00, I know is right.

But the following points are observed in my bill and surprised how more and extra amount is charged by me :-
1. I shaw in bill one RH Mirror nut bolt for fitting charges is 20.00
2. Clutch work amounting to Rs 200.00
3. ACC Cable change amounting to Rs 60.00
4. Silencer cap change amounting to Rs 40.00
5. Clutch cable replacement amounting to Rs 40.00
6. Front Brake Pad change amounting to Rs 50.00

Sir, I am asking to their staffs but not given to right reply to me. I am service the vehicle plus purchases of all accessories of vehicle of your stores, then why surcharges to me. I say to him at billing counter for extra amount surcharge to me. But not leasing what is I am saying to him. He say pay the bill, it is right amount of service.

Sir, also I call to customer care for complaint on phone No is [protected]. I am requesting but he is not given reply and not register the complaint.

Sir, I am also enclosed the copy of Invoice copy who paid by me.

You are requested to take necessary action against my complaint.

NOTE : Sir, I am give to ZERO STAR MARKS for service center. Very bad he is looting the money of customers. Please take necessary action against the defaulters.

India Yamaha Motor service

The reason for this complaint is that the Yamaha service centre that operates at wakdewadi in Pune, has no standards in maintaining customer service. It shows the clear negligence of YAMAHA auditing that centre. My Yamaha fzs met with a small accident and hence was sent there to be repaired. The bike was given on the 2nd of June 2018. The bike was with Yamaha till the 13th of August 2018. Without being repaired. Infact yamaha lost the keys to the bike as well. They didn't even contact the insurance company. The bike just sat there for 3 months of doing nothing. After losing my patience with the wait, i had to go and get the bike back unserviced. The bike tail light screws were not put back. The tail light was hanging like a flap. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company in India

India Yamaha Motor complaint regarding misbehave by mahavir motors gutkar mandi hp

I Dharmender Owner of Yamaha FZ 2009 model. Today I have sent my FZ for Some repair work and also called for appointment at morning time and at the same time I also coinform the Payment option available at dealer. The dealer confirm e the swap option Ii asli available. Now my FZ is ready the dealer Staff is Misbehaving and charging Extra if we are paying through Card.
As telephonic Some one (Account Head) misbehaving and loose talking. After that Dealer is refused to take card payments. As I have already called and co firmed from dealer that swap is also an options for payments.
Kindly solve the issue and guide the Dealer (Mahavir Motors Gutkar Mandi HP)and hoping the se will not happen again

Respected Sir I also wants to meet the Area Manager or who ever looking the dealer from Yamaha End (After Sales). The Yamaha Complaint number and Contact us is not working. So that I am mailing my issue to this ID.
And hoping for soon reply form Computer end.

Hi to all,

I would like to inform that my name is gaurav Dhiman and I have buy a new Yamaha fz bike on 21july 2018 at northern Yamaha dealers, faridabad and I m very disappointed with Yamaha bike. The main issue is bike is vibrate after 65 km. I m already check my bike at northern service center. But they do tight some bolts and chain. But problem remains same. Very very disappointed with Yamaha bike. I never purchase any Yamaha bike in future and also says to my friends don't buy any Yamaha bike. Worst bike and their services.

My motorcycle (yamahar r15 v2) was having some issue regarding loosing acceleration. I went to the service named YAMAHA WHEELS, pin:144401 then it happened:

1st day.
I went to the service centre with the issue, they started searching for the fault, after nearly 4 hrs (cleaning the fuel injector, and looking here and there) they said your bike is ok now we have found the fault you can take it, i went out for a test ride the issue didnot get resolved and then they again took it inside and then again looking here and there they changed the sparkplug which was perfectly fine. I repeatedly asked them did you guys find the fault they said and somehow convinced me to believe its perfect now(here the cheating session starts). I was taken to the counter, they said your bill is 500(120 sparkplug 200 cleaning fuel pump and the rest labour) then they asked me to pay without bill because gst and few other taxes will be charged and they were being so sweet and finally i managed to pay 400bucks. One other guy took the bike outside and said now its perfectly fine. I came out and took a test ride again, the issue didnot get resolved, the bike was loosing acceleration and the engine was shutting down again and again. I again called them they started making faces already and again somehow convinced me to keep the bike and come next day so that they can look after the issue again. I again asked them that you guys already charged me saying you found the fault and fixed it, they again formed a group the manager, the workshop guy and one more guy convinced me to keep the bike and come next day. I again repeatedly asked them not to put any new part without letting me know because i was afraid they would charge me for things that are not necessary like the spark plug and asked them to call me and ask me before putting any parts and they agreed to it. As being a mechanical engineer i had overview knowledge of engines and parts. I left.

2nd day.
The next day i got a call from the manager around 12 pm(no:+[protected]) saying we found your fault, the original part costs 10700INR and therefore to save your money we have specially called a guy from other service centre somewhere from hoshiarpur with a fuel pump from a totalled bike and we have changed it and we will charge you 5000INR (cheating and looting continues) and they also said we will you return you the fuelpump which was in your bike. I was freaked and asked them repeatedly who asked them to change part without my consent. I went to the showroom in the evening and then i asked him the same thing, they said if you don't want to keep the fuelpump that we have put in your bike, you can pay us 1000 INR as labour charges, we will again put your fuelpump and you can take your bike. I asked them what type of customerservice is this, if i don't want to keep the part which they had put without my consent and you are charging me for this and that, i even said i already paid 400 INR for the issue which did not get resolved and then grouped again by calling the workshop guy and started showing me cctv videos. They were showing me look at this guy he came from so far, he doesn't even work here just to work in your bike and you have to pay 1000INR as labour then only we will let you take your bike. I was shocked with the experience as they were forcing me to pay either way. I went outside to think, i was in a hurry as i needed to shift delhi the next day.
I somehow managed the money from my friends and then went inside. They said we can do one thing we will keep your fuelpump and we will charge you 4000INR for the used fuel pump without any bill. I paid the money took my bike and left. Just after riding for 10 the bike started making some weird noises which was coming from under the tank(somewhere where the fuelpump is placed), i called them up and said them the issue and they were like we will look into it bring it to us, i already had a doubt they are planning to make more money. I said as i am leaving for delhi i will just park my bike and i will bring once i come back because it was already late and the service centre was closed and i was leaving the next day. They said its fine.

3day. July 23.
I reached jalandhar and i took my bike to the service centre regarding the issue. I reached there they were like making faces and avoiding me and asked me wait in the waiting room. Waited for a while then i went to the workshop guy and asked him to look into it as i was in hurry and i was returning delhi the same night. The guy replied its my lunch time please come back after 2hrs. I got freaked out and said him that you already know what is the issue just have a look into it and let me know. He came out I ignited my bike and told him about the noise. (The cheating continues as expected). The guy put his mobile torch and looked for a minute and said the noise is there because a screw is missing near the fuel pump and it will cost you 1000INR and also the screw is not available at the moment we will order it and have to leave the bike and go. Everything was happening as expected and they were trying for a next round loot. I went to the manager and said him he is like yes you have to pay 1000INR for the part and leave the bike. I said to them see i have been riding this bike since so long, there was no such issue before, after i came here to fix my bike to fix it all these are happening and i have already paid you 4400INR for my concern but it didn't get resolved yet and it was even less than 10 kms the bike started making that noise. They replied its beyond our policy the screw fell down its not our fault and we cannot assure you about that.i said them it was you who opened the bike without my consent, it was you who said we have fixed everything and everything is perfect and even i asked what type of service centre is this if the customer cannot ride his bike for 10 kms after getting it fixed and repaired from service centere for two consecutive days and after paying 4400INR. Their reply was we can't do anything, the screw fell down you need to pay 1000INR to get it fixed and it was not our fault. They were using their same strategy by grouping me and said do whatever you want to do you can mail to anyone you want but we won't work. I refused to them and i came back. (closing of getting cheated again).

I Please request you to look into the matter seriously and please take some action immediately.

Hi Team Yamaha..

I'm Samuel residing in Vellore, Tamilnadu.

I gave my Yamaha Ray ZR(this is the 3rd service) for service on 15th August 2018, I asked them to change the speedometer cable which was not working.. Evening I got a call from service center saying that my bike is ready, I went to collect the bike, they asked me pay for the service, I paid them(actually they have to give me some little balance) I took the bike and started to home and then I noticed that speedometer was working again, I returned to service center and asked for it, then they're saying that the cable is not in-stock so they asked me to come tomorrow (that's 16 August 2018). As they asked me to come even I went but the response they give not at all acceptable, they asked me to wait and even im waiting since a longtime. No one ready to see my bike nor come and tell me something. And they have not done the things which I have mentioned in the complaint coloum when gave for service. I love Yamaha but not the service.

Service center:- Vedha Moto Corp, Next Chennai Silk, Near District Collector's Office, Vellore.

I request your goodself to see to this issue and do me a favour.

India Yamaha Motor yamaha salute 125cc

Many greetings to customer care team,

I bought yamaha saluto 125cc bike on 29/01/2018 at your dealer BIKES INDIA AGARAM CHENNAI - 82.
I was admire over this bike because of its design and millage
Now bike running around 15000km, all services done by the above dealer.
The next day of 3rd service i had the problem in kicker and that was sort out by the dealer and charged Rs.300.
Now i have the problem in Battery and i went to the dealer and shown they told battery has to be changed and they asked the warranty card but couldn't able to produced.
Now i was fully upset my estimation level slowly going down.
Please do the needful to me.

India Yamaha Motor yamaha waverunner gp1800

I bought a yamaha GP 1800 brand new last year from Cycles 128 of Beverly Ma. I also bought an extended 5 year warranty. I bought yamaha over sea doo because I have read some good reviews and low maintenance. I had an older 2003 xlt 1200 which needed a few motor every season. I said enough of that, I will buy a new machine and be maintenance free for years. 2 mnths ago I scheduled a checkup with cycles 128 becuse my ski was taking on water. Waited a month for a day and they have now had it for a month. 2 months later now I am told that my hull is cracked. There is jo damage and no abuse, this sk has been meticulously maintained. They informed me that his may have hapened from factory that these new nanoxcel hulls are weaker than the older ones. I read up on this and found out that this is true. These hulls are built cheaper and lacks stability where it needs it. I am now suck with a $20, 000 purchase making payments on a junk ski. It's not just about the wait or that I should be happy it's under warrenty, I am absolutely not okay with having a ski with a cracked hull. I dont want it fixed and brought back after it's been torn down and patched just to maybe break again. Taking nuts and bolts apart that dont need to be is just going ro open up a can of worms. This ski is a lemon and I want it replaced. I'm not trying to point fingers whether it's the dealership or if its yamaha corporation, but as the buyer I dont need to be the middle man. Online there are so many cases of broken and cracked hulls. I am quite honestly nt even interested in another yamaha if this is the case. This problem needs to be rectified. I should not be stuck with a ski with a catcher broken / cracked hull. That's not what I spent 20k on. If you or your family bought a ski a bike or a car with a cracked frame I could guarantee that you guys would want it replaced. N one wants to be stuck with a cracked frame or cracked hull. Put yourself in my shoes. Please as a long time yamaha customer, I hope this problem can get fixed. I have pictures of the hull. It's not good. ..

Not to mention when I called yamaha Corporation the so called "service manager" was absolutely no help. She said theres nothing they can do and kept putting blame on the vendor. It's no way at all the fault this ski came damaged from the factory. And even if thts not 100% they are the ones who manufactured a ski with a weak hull and should stand by their product as I do as a business owner. Theres no true way to contact yamaha or to write reviews or to write a formal complaint. I am beyond aggravated and pissed off!

Hi Yamaha,

It was a bad idea to tell me that I bought the product that was bad for me. This bike has slipped three times, which caused me a lot of injury and the bike was broken.

These bikes were purchased in April. I loved this product, I loved Amry color so I booked the amry color bike and gave it 5000 rupees already, but the dealer later says that I do not have these bikes and now Yamaha stopped making the product. Can take another bike, I took Yamaha Night gray color bike

After a few days, I thought that the bike is sliding the right bike and I took it to Kangra Bali Yamaha's agency. It was served to me and I told them the problem of bike, they served the bike and I came back with my bike. But bike have same problem again.

And this again slipped on 2 June and broke. So I came with my bike in Yamaha's agency, DK Motor, Hoshiarpur for part repalement. When I got a bike, his reading meter was not working. The brake liver was like the underwear, but they did not do the right thing, the Bike have repair of that agency and part was change in the bill but some parts were not changed in real, so after finding damaged after that replaced.

Kangra went to the Yamaha Agency in after three days, they said the handle of the bike is pipe defective, but we had replaced bike handles pipe three days ago. And they also corrected the break liver. But the handle pipe was not okay and it is rolling again.

You tell me what to do now, if I took the product of Ima or made a mistake, or it was my misfortune that I had bought such a bike.

If you are driving Yamaha's bike and your way becomes an Accident then you will go to the nearest Yamaha service center. After that, if there is any problem then you should go to the same service center as the expert of Yamaha speaks then you How far away this center is from

India Yamaha Motor yamaha fascino

I purchased Fascino Scooter from Keerthan Motors, Chennai-600 058. Vide Tax invoice No : GST/0026/18-19 (tax invoice from Sun Motors, Anna Nagar Chennai 600 102) dated 05-Apr-2018.

I am not satisfied with the product. I agree that Fascino is successful scooter in market, with this belief I bought this scooter and have faced FAILURE that my electric starter was not functioning properly. I addressed this failure during my first service on 10-July-2018, Job Card Serial Number 1829, Keerthan Motors, Chennai 60058. After completing first free service they removed battery from vehicle and asked me to run vehicle without battery two days I struggled with my leg kicking (why I should buy scooter with electric starter?) again I asked them about my battery they installed some other OLD battery (not the one I purchased with scooter).

Now the reply from Keerthan Motors sub-dealer is that the battery which was originally supplied during my purchased got failed and I need to run the scooter with their supplied spare battery. This is totally not acceptable to me.
1. How come well known JAPANESE TECHNOLOGY battery gets fail in two months duration / 1600 Kms running?
2. If the battery fails with in warranty period dealer need to ensure of replacing brand new battery with NEW BATTERY WARRENTY CARD.

Now I am running my scooter with unknown old battery provided by Keerthan motors. I do not know the health of this battery if I am lucky the battery will function else this also get failure for which I do not have warranty card to claim failure if be.
Great service by JAPANESE TECHNOLOGY to INDIAN NATION.

I lost faith in trusting the casual approach by dealership management. In a word I simply wasted my money in choosing his product. Customer care systems also so casually designed that consumers always there to have PAIN and manufacturers always enjoys pleasure.

Deeply disappointed.

The service in charge had promised me to deliver my bike on 21/6/2018 but they failed,
followed their commitment changed to 30/6/2018. and i told change all outer look (fiber white --red color) and full proper service also.
then outer look is good but service is very worst no improvement in bike . i spoken to service person they told rotation day it will fine, but it going worst like
front suspendsen make sound, an engine . i paid full amount but why the service like that. I went directly to your Yamaha service
center and checked with the service Incharge, told me that..

Hi .. i bought a new yamaha FZS from Paras yamaha showroom in thousand lights chennai, TN. I got this bike after a long struggles, confusions and issues in delivery.. now i have ride around 100 kms in this bike.. the very next day of my bike delivery, i felt that there is a wobble in front wheel.. but i thought it can be low tyre pressure causing this.. but even after i filled the tyre pressure correctly, i can sense the wobblings still.. am a fond lover of yamaha bikes and am very much frustrated i kindly advice you one thing.. please have a quality in the product you manufacture and keep up the trust people have on yamaha..really embarassing.. please suggest me the way this wobbling problem couls be solved.. i want this wobble problem to be solved somehow. When i asked the showroom people they ignored this issue.. but i am very much frustrated with this prblm. Kindly solve this issue.
