I own fz16 regn no. Dl3s-bs4896 purchased in nov, 13- 2011 from adarsh yamaha aurobindo marg adchini delhi-110017. My 1st service has been completed from a-10 devli road khanpur extn (very poor service centre). And 2nd service completed from f-26/4 okhla new delhi 110020, after the service the vehicle is not that smooth as it was before, one day before the first service my bike could touch a great mileage of 46.5kmpl on highways, now its considerably reduced to 35kmpl. And my another problem with ignition switch screw. After few days of 2nd service one day I have found my both screw missing from ignition lock due to this my switch is remove from handle bar and when I went service centre to fixing that screw they don't have this screw, and they are fixing the local screw and also demand for charge this screw. Could any one please advice the reason behind this and where can I have best service for my fz16. Please help me I am fed up with this yamaha service setup they don't have proper setup and proper technician they are looking only for sales not for after sale service.
I am looking for another good service. I feel the yamaha must check them properly, other wise they may loose customer for buying the same. Let me open, I too prevent my friends to buy yamaha due to this issue. I had been using my own caliber 115 bike for more than 8 yrs this is good bike and bajaj service is also very good with compare to yamaha... I feel now I made mistake bought a yamaha this time.
So, please look upon the above issue and do the needful. Please let me inform about this issue as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your notice that my yamaha fz16 facing white smoke from silencer from past 3 months.
I have rushed to the dealer as soon as I come to know about the white smoke problem, reported to yamaha at okhla adarsh but they are not respond on phone (11-[protected]). As if you see my below mail I have faced many problem with my bike since 1st service and now i'm facing smoke from silencer, due to this bike pickup and starting is very poor after many time complaint for my old problem they not satisfied me, so I compromise with my problem but after some time i'm facing another problem (white smoke) I regularly make calls to ask about the bike problem, they used to ignore my query. Exactly I do know what to do. Although my all six service done at time.
Kindly some one get a solution for this issue.

All problems which I face yet not solved accept 1 problem

1. Missing problem.
2. Bad pick up
3. Bad mileage
4. Pass button is not working since six month (replaced and working fine)
5. Lock screw loose again (they don't have that screw)
6. White smoke from silencer
7. Head light button is not working proper

I am salman from Kerala I owns Yamaha fz KL51 D145 bike I had my bike service in our nearest showroom in Arippra, Perinthalmanna I had missing problem and shortage of mileage that's why I gave it for service even though mileage has increased the missing problem started again i am in an area were public transportation is less so I adjusted with the bike but now the missing problem has arrised into huge extend please ensure its service.

I serviced my bike 2 days back with oil change, chain lube and along with that I replaced the air filter also. Still when I ride the bike the muffled pop sound is coming and at the same time missing also occurs which reduces the pick up.Please help me to solve the issue. My cont. Num is [protected].
