Every time I open Yahoo Malaysia I see a sponsored banner ad which is clearly soliciting people to participate in a cryptocurrency scam - complete with fake comments from "satisfied users". The link directs you to an official looking website where they show a video cut together from news footage. The same ad is also published siting another well know Malaysian Tycoon Robert Kwok. How does this stuff keep getting banner advertising on Yahoo? Don't you even look at what advertising is posted? I tried to post a comment to add to the list of glowing comments but it's actually greyed out...

So I just played a friend in yahoo and we are in week 12 just finished week 11. It was a close match in week 11 I needed 30 points to win and I had tyreek and Greg Zuerlein. Greg Zuerlein on fantasy says he got 0 points which he didn't he got 12 and tyreek got 38.59 therefore I win but yahoo gave me the loss and didn't add any of the points to match. The same thing happen to all the other teams in the league and everyone is very angry. Please fix this so at least are wins are switched. It would mean a lot.

Today 11/16/2018 I ordered from your advertisment a Xtra-PC memory stick, upon proceeding to the check out, an additional memory stick was added to my account for a 50% reduction. I have tried to contact the company and you on several occasions, I am begining to think this is a scam and the Att. Email was hacked, or I was locked out. After hours online attempting to reach Yahoo by phone or email I am now doing this complaint because it is impossible to find a phone number, chat line, email address, or any other method of contacting someone at Yahoo.

I used Yahoo email for my work and now I am forced to re-do everything. Cannot even sign up for a new email because they require a mobile phone number which I do not have.

What a nightmare!

Hello guys,

Since August this year, i have noticed a huge delay in receiving mails of my address: alionte.[protected]@yahoo.com. Can you please help me? They are not going into the spam box, the come in inbox but after more than 6 or 7 hours delay and most of this e-mails are very important for me and i can't afford such a huge delay, please help! So, when i look at the time when that mail was sent, it writes 3PM and i receive it at 10PM, even if i refresh the page and i log out and log in again, nothing good is happening! What should i do?
And one more thing, it's a new mail address so it's not about the fact that i have a full inbox and i'm running out of space, i guess it's more like a server delay issue or something...?!?!?

I am writing this mail with a great disappointment bearing reference number mentioned in the subject line. Let me go ahead and explain you the complete things that had happened with me. I went to USA on 23rd Oct 2018 for my official work, there I have no idea who logged in my as called secured yahoo email was hacked. Some of my very important email was being deleted, my passport, my visa and so many things including a financial loss, as it was there in my emails. The most important the things needs to get notified is that I did not get any email from unusual activities happened from offshore that makes me very dicy to believe such a brand YAHOO.

Further, the same has been conveyed to yahoo on the same day, yahoo customer team has reponded me late. And for reason they have closed the case without any prior notice to the customer, when issue is also not resolved. There is a delay from the backed team of yahoo, for responses. Hence, I would request you to reopen the case with my reference number:- 28667429, that would brings me a good feedback and trust to yahoo. I would request from yahoo the below:-
1. I just want the deleted email dated 23rd oct 2018 ( if possible IP address).

2. Please look Into this matter as on priority basis. And kindly open my case and please do the needful.

4. I need to travel and get my Visa as it was in my mail.

Are there any kind of preferences for news stories on my homepage? I am sick of having to read through five different headlines about Megan Markle and the royal family. I don't care about the Kardashians or Kanye West. I don't want to read about what some B list celebrity feels about politics. None of this is news. When did real news turn into celebrity gossip and opinions? I have tried to change the surname in my account profile, it's easily editing, thanks. The problem was Yahoo still remembered the old one and still displayed the old surname in all related fields. All screen captions provided in the attachment.
1. Edited profile 'new surname'
2. Name of mail box remained the 'old surname'
3. Sender name showing the 'old surname' in receiver mail box
4. Sender name sometimes showing '(null) (null)'

Can someone please tell me why the story "New video shows transgender student was bullied before alleged brutal attack at Tomball High School" was categorized as entertainment in your news feed? This story needs to be pulled as an entertainment piece as there is NOTHING entertaining about someone being assaulted. I would highly suggest your editing department get their heads out of their backsides!

I cant sign in to my kostikas.theo account. I have years of importznt documebts saved there. Courtcases. Health issues like autisme and hdhd about my kids.

This is a serious matter since i lost it all and get no real assistance from you.

I answered all the questions about who i emailed and the subject and names of folders i have in the account i answered all! And still not able to prove who i am. I asked if my lawyer could help identify me. I asked if there is any way i can prive who i zm. Idcard copie? Note from doctor about health issues we have? An official letter from my lawyer? I did not get any answer back !

I do NOT want to receive an activation key everytime I log into my email. I submitted a password and prefer to use the password. I have had to change the password several times in the past week in an attempt to access my email. FRUSTRATING! Let me use my own set password, not a 'key.' My phone is not always available, plus this 'key' process is a two (2) step process that robs me of time--so unnecessary. FIX IT, PLEASE!

So I tried to log in and found that the source address, according to Bing, does not exist or cannot be found.

It has come to my attention recently that there is a business in Texas using the name "The Spunky Squaw", a racist and derogatory name for Indigenous Women. The website for this business is thespunkysquaw.com and they have [protected]@yahoo.com listed as their email address. If the website and email are controlled by Yahoo, then I am reaching out to Yahoo to resolve this issue and remove the email and website for this hateful, racist business.
