My number was changed and I can no longer log into my yahoo and I really flipping need to. I've tried everything and I also can't remember my yahoo ID. I've been trying to log in for a couple of days now and I think yahoo needs to get its crap together! When you press "I don't have access to this number" It should give you the option to change it instead of sending you back to the start, angry and upset. Honestly if anyone has any advice tell me. please

Since last ay my yahoo account doesn't work anymore and when I'm trying to log in Says :( Help us keep your account safe) followed by the Choose a method below to verify that is your account and then is saying that email the code to my email address.After appear : Enter the account Key we sent to my email address but Please tell me how is that possible like I to check the Key Code if I CANNOT open my email address?
It's annoying to know that I have sent many emails to yahoo and they asked me to answer at some questions and all the time I have to wait minimum 24Hours and then I received the same answer.
I was expected to receive important emails about my College course and finding a job and I'm out of all of these.
Who will be responsible for this if I'l loose the Course induction and a job opportunity?Definitely Me(, , , .?)
I know are many troubles in the world about emails because of millions accounts but if I've got emails from yahoo and is hard to understand that are useless and the waiting time is so long and then again problem not solved.

Hello I just wanted to say that for a few days now I have been trying to log in to my yahoo mail account using chrome. I know the password and username but I can't log in. The only thing that happens is that were I type the password, it let me enter the email page momentarily and then reverts back to google page. Please help me, I need my account back as soon as possible.

I did not appreciate having this article in my Yahoo news feed. If I was interested in porn I would find it on my own. I also did not appreciate the article advertising the best new sex toys. These were on my homepage where anyone using my computer including my grandchildren would have access. If this trend continues I will not use Yahoo any longer.

Im stunned and extremely dissapointed! I've had a yahoo email account for around 13 years. Im currently staying in south africa after doing a masters the Netherlands for two years. I lost my old telephone number which is obviously linked to my email and unfortunately have forgotten my password. Ive tried resetting my password without any success. The email is linked to my Iphone and is accessible there : dont want to log out as i wont log in again. The yahoo support made me wait for 40 minutes and said they cant help. I tried phoning but doesnt work in my country. I dont want to change my email as im a doctor and all the referrals come via this email. The help support website very unhelpful. Just dont understand why a link to my current email not possible to reset password? Any other suggestions ? I know although my laptop isn't new, it is still an i5, with 8 gig ddr3 and a solid state hard drive. Most broadband providers still don't offer reliable bandwidth for scrips like Yahoo uses. Occasionally scrips affect my 8 core with 16 Gigs ddr3, and a solid state drive. Not worried about super cookies, ads, and beacons. That's what VPNs, fire fox, and plugins are for.

I tried accessing my account and was unable to beacause I Have forgotten my password, it was asking for a phone number to send a code to but the number is unavailable as the number has been cancelled. There was no help for this problem on the support website and no email address or phone number provided so I'm stuck with out the account I need for work.. is there any help I can get or am I going to have to keep trying blindly. I'm sorry this message is brash and arrogant but I need to sort it. If there is any help I can get to access this account it would be greatly appreciated. Ever since the turnover O/A June 8, 2017, of Yahoo to Verizon management my Yahoo account has been besieged by a daily barrage of spam and unsolicited ads and emails (sometimes more than 50 items per day) from all kinds of vendors. Since I feel that the new management has had a change of policy with regard to spam, I expect a response. If this situation continues I shall be forced to look for a new provider!

I have found that your Canada finance site is not what it used to be in the past. I have been using this site for more that a year now and have found that recently the quality of information provided and ease of accessing information from the Tsx is undesirable. This site many times will switch your search to the American stock market instead of the tsx. The format used last year was a lot better at providing information and was more user friendly.

A few of my friends who have been using this site for Canadian stock information are also frustrated. We are now using TMX money instead. I do not think Canadian companies should advertised on a site that seeks to satisfy only those who are interested in American stocks.

I would no-longer use this site if changes are not made.

I have been a flickr pro account customer since 2006, including the last years since the yahoo acquisition. Recently I was not granted access to my account so I requested a password reset. I filled in the on-line questionnaire twice and it was rejected on the grounds of insufficient proof of account ownership.

I have provided ample evidence of account ownership, including: copy of payment invoices including account numbers and transaction numbers; main and back-up email addresses; copies of registration confirmation with third party applications with access to the account; actual mailing address and phone numbers. However all to no avail: customer support denies my request and recommends I open new account - while I continue to pay for the pro subscription I have no access to.

In many years of international web-based business this is the first time i've encountered something similar to this. The inflexibility of the approach speaks volumes on how to mistreat paying customers, and verges in the illegal handling of ip.

This behavior should be known by the international community and the outrageous treatment to customers must stop.

This is an ongoing incident. Today is july 5, 2017 at 10:09 pm est. While trying to read the news on yahoo, I was interrupted three times in five minutes with an "online survey". If I close the survey page, it kicks me out of yahoo, and today, I cannot find the important article that I was reading. I did the survey in march 2017 and was scammed out of several hundred dollars. The survey claims that they are connected to eastlink, which is the name of my internet provider. To get around this, they show in very small print at the bottom of the page that they are in no way connected to the companies that they misrepresent, but have stolen the use of the name/logo, etc. I have contacted eastlink and they claim to be completely helpless, but are "sorry" that I was scammed. Why are articles about heinous crimes on children on the top of the page of yahoo daily? And now the first story is about infant rape. Why the hell does that article have to be front page and at the top? That is so disturbing and traumatizing. It's frankly disgusting. No matter how many times I dislike an article references child abuse or worse it doesn't matter. Yahoo never stops those articles from appearing on yahoo when i'm logged into the account. The world is bad enough why can't be please be more respectful?

Today both my mother and I have phoned due to situations with our yahoo email accounts.

Both of us were spoken to rudely and this is not acceptable.

1 guy told my mum that she was being rude and needed to apologise? I don't see why we should have to apologise for being angry when you guys can't sort your staff out.

This has made myself come to the conclusion of wanting to shut down my email account completely. Neither my mother or I deserved to be disrespected like that.

Your staff need more training when it comes to handling customers.

It is absolutely outrageous that on my Yahoo page you are showing bias adverts against Theresa May and her government. When I open my web page I am subjected to an advertisement by Yahoo suggesting who is in the running to take over from her and using the term as PM May being on a downward trajectory. As a member of the Conservative party I am astounded that you are allowed to make this kind of slur or false implication against any politician. I want to know if this is a paid for advertisement by a third party or purely at the discretion of Yahoo?

Today I waited three and a half hours from first contact for text tech support with the odd text every now and then. After a while Allyson told me she was away from her desk for fifteen minutes, half an hour later she text to say she is going off shift and is handing it on to a colleague, nothing happened for I think two hours despite several begging reminders from me about it.

Caroline finally answered and then it all went dark again until I then get a message telling me at about twenty to nine, after I had been waiting over three and a half hours, that the service was closing at nine. I replied telling Caroline how important this is as I have to mail something to work tonight, and bringing any form or portable media onto the site I work at is a dismissable offence for the first transgression, we are a very secure site.

Nobody even bothered to answer. So I now have to copy my training presentation to a stick or something, drive across town to my brother in law to ask him to download it and mail it to work for me.

I reckon you can guess how absolutely livid I am, this is not a service, it is a joke. I will use the service again on Tuesday evening as that is the first time I am back in the house, I really would like to get this mail problem sorted on Tuesday.

I was just watching a video about a woman breaking a bracelet as the top new story front page on https://uk.yahoo.com/ . After this completed, I had left the page open when suddenly a torrent of swear words blased out from my computer. This is apparently from the next news story which autoplayed called Rascist Rant at Polish Bus Driver or something serious.

This is completely inappropriate to have such language coming out on an autoplay video on your website - have you been hacked! If not the editorial judgement of the web editor is placed it on there is appalling. On going to the front of the video it had a warning about "Strong Language" - do who authorised it to be on an auto-play? I have young kids and now I have to make sure that I don't look at Yahoo when they are in the room.

Hi, I have been using Yahoo finance for many years, but your aggressive advertising is making the site unusable for me. I am forced to see ads that are irrelevant and forced to listen to things I didn't ask for. I understand your need to generate revenue from advertising well enough, but this has just gone too far now so will be switching to Google for now. I hope the service improves because I will come back, but for now I have had enough.
