I have been getting in upwards of 5 w-mails per day that are OBVIOUS spam and highly offensive. They all have "?" or other special characters in the subject line. They also have offensive words in the subject line with a letter or two replaces. It appears that the majority of them are offering sex and nude pictures from various people.

My question - what has happened to your filrering system that used to keep this trash out of my mailbox?

I will continue to mark them as trash/spam in hopes that your system will finally start catching this trash.

The link below is for a news article that showed up on the Yahoo page which I have had as my home page on my web browser for many years. The article title is--- US policy is "not to defend Canada" from an attack ny North Korea. The article then has the following sentence that I have copied and pasted

However, General St-Amand suggested the official policy might not necessarily be the one carried out in the event of an attack.

Please explain how the title of this article, compared to the articles content is allowed on your site. I do not receive a newspaper, or have cable TV to watch the news. Please maintain your integrity and review articles before
posting.

you have blocked me from getting into my acct and keeping prompting me to enter a code that seems to be getting sent to a phone number that I no longer have. This is so ridiculous! You are costing me a job now! My job uses that email. How can you get away with this? This is UWANTED and UNECESSARY security. How do you get away with blocking someone from their own emails and making life so difficult for them? This is a great way to lose business!
Please help me with this issue. I NEED TO GET INTO MY EMAILS..I am me and can prove it..this is just so ridiculous. Please let me worry about my own security, I store no personal info on there..and that is not something i need you to concern yourself with! please help! I am willing to pay..i just need to get in.

I am having to have an account key sent to my each time I log into my email, even on my very own smart phone that is logged in all the time. This is very inconvenient for me. Is there anyway that this can be fixed? I understand the security purpose behind it, but as I stated it is an inconvenience to have to do that every single time. Please let me know if anything can be done regarding this issue.

Ok, so i've had this yahoo account ([protected]@yahoo.com) for years. I didn't really use the account unless I really needed to, so one day I log into the account and it says we can't recover your account, I've had the same password for this account, I've never changed it and the email for this yahoo account, I don't have access to it and there's no other way for me to log back into my account.

Hello my name is Femi Adelusi..femi4rkelly4real is my email adress.I changed my location and my yahoomail was asking that they will send an activation security key to my number i used as my security, Because of that i can't access my yahoomail, i actually remembered my password but it won't let me put the password cos the password space is not comming up..Pls can someone help me out as soon as possible is so fed up i need to get into my yahoo account.
If theres a way to cancel the security so i can go straight and put my password alone i will appreciate

I read yahoo news pretty regularly and find it extremely frustrating when I click on the links and it goes to old yahoo pages instead of the news item. It has occurred several times and is making me think of switching somewhere else for my news updates. The linking of news to personal interests is good though sometimes a bit intrusive.

I'm finding it annoying to get articles which the landing page is not correct. This happens very often to the landing page which belongs to Viu. Always the video is not what I click on.

I have a clear problem with Yahoo's promotion of racism with the comments section of its' website. It is very difficult to police social media from time to time however the people making these directly abusive comments are habitual and do it to stir controversy. I have gotten into the habit of marking or flagging inappropriate responses, it happens on facebook and all kinds of sites however on Yahoo it is clear that most individuals doing it are pure trolls. When you click on their names they have over 1, 000 reactions and all of the same sick nature of comments. If Yahoo took the comments seriously like any other platform then most people would be banned or reported to higher authorities, this leaves me to believe that not only is this condoned by Yahoo, it is also promoted in order to spark controversy and attract webtraffic. Companies can no longer hide in the dark about their ill-repute and just like major companies like the BBC.
The same people just get away with more sinister comments time and time again

Those same screen names have post after post of just racial remarks without any reprimand from Yahoo.

This is the same with any comment section under Yahoo titles that involve race, Brexit or any controversial topic where the sad minority voice their opinions candidly.

Hi, I am 60 years old and have loved this show for years. However 2017 season of this show is getting a bit beyond a joke. Are these writers scraping the bottom of the barrel for stories for a show may I add prime time.
Firstly the cutting episodes showing the results of cutting act result of a girl with stress problems. Secondly Brody actively doing drugs and violence then last of all Coco actively showing the learning behaviour of having bulimia.
This is not a family show anymore and the writers and senior staff need to have a good hard look at what they are broadcasting.
The shows of 2017 have made me absolutely revolted.
If teens and young children happen to be exposed to these sort of subjects on the news is not good "but a family show" I have to question what sort of writers you have.
I will note: I am not in the habit of complaining as this is the first time I have ever emailed anyone about such rot.
Don't you think kids are exposed to enough in their daily lives to all the above. Why does it have to be shown on a family show.
What I can't believe is no one has complained and these subjects are still being shown.

Clicked on a Yahoo news bar on our Samsung Galaxy news ticker for an article on Yahoo Style, we were then subjected to a "You have won an iPhone" spam page.

This is unacceptable, Yahoo should be more careful who they allow to advertise on your services and should not allow pop ups to be launched from any of your links.

We are disgusted at this behaviour!

My email was shut down without notice and I am unable to get back into it. I have important emails and documents that I need to have access to! My email must have gotten too full with all the garbage sent to me that obviously wasn't being filtered out well by yahoo and I didn't keep up on deleting them. So now my email is closed off to me and I can't get back in. For years I would automatically open it with my password saved so once I was closed out of it I couldn't remember the complicated password I was forced to make up SEVERAL years ago. And my phone number has changed in this long time span and apparently that is the ONLY way to retrieve forgotten passwords. It's just so utterly rediculous that yahoo can force people out of their personal email accounts and not let them back in or help them in any way. I will never be using yahoo again. I have been using Yahoo email since [protected] ... After that my id got locked ... after that I created new one in some 2007...I was happy with the service ...

But on 20 Aug 2017, I could not login to my yahoo email ID, so I clicked trouble logging in, and I was I asked for the email id it could sent the code for entry, to...

I gave the email id registered with Yahoo...

And then after password change I could login...

But is it that any email id if given, the code, will it be sent ?

Hi I would like to say that I notice a bias towards allowing some very disgusting and quite sickening comments in your Comments section, generally when you show news item's involving crime or immigration or ethnic people and black people in particular in what might be any news item...

This same bias is mysteriously not present at all or rarely when you show items concerning white people and the Vile crimes that they commit for example, you have a news item today showing a Nasty and Twisted individual who waterboarded and abused a young girl and I see you allow no comments..

I have used yahoo for many years now, I just purchased a new phone an tried to sign in to my acct, the login said I was entering the wrong password, went through all the prompts an the so called "help desk" I even contacted the corporate number an they talk to you like your a [censor]. they say that I must log into a secondary email that I never set up to get an access code to login. I am very upset this needs to be resolved asap. I work off my email an have all my contact information on it. [protected]@yahoo.com is the email address
