I have been trying to get our business listing address changed now for some time. Infoserve replied as below, perhaps you can let me know why the Yahoo search engine is so difficult to deal with? Why is it that unlike your competitors Google, Bing, Yelp & Yell, that Yahoo makes it nearly impossible to correct details you or your subcontracts have gathered? Given my experience to date I would never consider any form of sponsored or pay per click listing with Yahoo.

Unfortunately, there have been delays with Yahoo fulfilling our submitted requests. Our data manager has assured me that we have sent our entire database to Yahoo since 29 November 2016. So the delay will be at Yahoo and we have not been advised of a reason why.
Once the delay ceases, the address change will take effect on your listing. With regret, we cannot know when that will be however if it hasn’t taken effect within 8 weeks of today then it will be clear that the delay is still in process. So, if the listing change hasn’t taken effect by 25 October 2017, you could chase this up with us.
Only Yahoo have the ability to publish the change on your Yahoo Local free listing and they only do so on the instruction of the entire database upload that we send to them. This is a separate process from the Featured Listings system, for which Yahoo have made Infoserve have the ability to publish details, www.infoserve.com/local-listings/yahoo-local

Through that phone number it was connected to pokerist on a sign in email from my old Mac computer which I turned on last night

This person was connected through my identity through online gaming using a phone number that I'm not using through a verification code through my email and I would like to know who is doing this with my identity and through my wifi
All my credit cards were canceled my mom's even and now we're broke
This theft I want compensated and investigated

I have had a Sky.com email service for many years, and I understand that this is now operated by Yahoo.com. For at least two years I receive infrequent automated email responses from various organisations, most of which I recognise, which show that such responses are made to emails sent in my name and email tag. Although I have changed my password several times, this apparently has no effect. Is there a security problem within Yahoo?

Yahoo is constantly placing adverts with head lines such as "Scientists discover revolutionary fix for men" and "Modern day discovery led to this fix for men" on the Yahoo web pages.
These ads are for the same product, in one ad they claim to have been on the Australian Shark Tank program and received a substantial investment from the program, this is simply NOT TRUE.
One ad claims two Korean sisters made the discovery and in another it is claimed sleep researchers made the discovery.
This is false and misleading advertising selling "snake oil" product.
You have a duty to not publish advertising that is false and misleading.

When will Yahoo step up to the plate and show guts rejecting such advertising or is it simply all about revenue making?

I am trying to get into my Flickr yahoo account. My account password, login, ID nothing works. I cannot remember my email address or password.
I cannot ask for help online because it asks for my email, I have tried everything.
Found a phone number for yahoo, called it wow I thought the receptionist was going to call for the police, all I did was say I was having trouble with my password. I would love to get back into my account. I'm reading forums and alot of people are having the same problem. Can you help me or do I say goodbye to my beautiful photo's. i have received an email notification today that my email will be blocked if i dont submit for an upgrade. this is coming from an email [protected]@yahoo.com and claiming to be email security team. I am sure it is kind of scam but i just wanted to make sure it is not from your admin. It will also be worth looking at this matter to stop such scam if ever it is one.

Kindly look on the matter and advise me if this is for real.

I have been in hot water lately at work after we discovered the process we used to automatically obtain the S&P 500 close amount for a given day each month is no longer available through your YQL query functions to access historical data at yahoo.finance.historicaldata. Why would you remove a useful tool like that? Will you be providing an alternative?

I am being harassed by the same scammers over and over again they keep sending me get rich quick scams I have blocked and blocked them. this is one of the emails I keep receiving and I have not asked for in anyway shape or form

I am using yahoo mail since more than 15 years now and i was very happy with the services. But from the past sometime since it has shifted to a new version i am a little dissatisfied with yahoo mail. I am using the older version. Some of the options which were available earlier are not now. firstly it does not display the time properly in my inbox. I tried to adjust the calendar time zone also as written on some blogs but still there is no relief. The time is not yet properly shown. And on the main inbox i can c only 1-50 msgs. i want to c 500 on one page. How do i do that. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. I have been receiving "Temporary error: 2" for better part of 3 days now. It is absolutely impossible to view any of my emails.

I need to see and reply to some of these immediately.

I am unable to access my yahoo email account- whereby my recovered email and number are no longer in use.

Your 'contact us' button on your website just sends you round a loop and doesn't have anyway of calling or 'contacting' you.

I have spent a good hour trying to get this resolved but haven't got anywhere (my suggestion would be to rethink 'contact us' and just 'articles'.

I am so upset. my email password has been lost, I I recently changed my phone number so I wasn't able to recover my password, so I called the customer service number and spoke with a Harry Chodhary at Ext 1001 and was told that I would have to pay $200 to speak with an agent to change my password. He was so rude I asked for his name and employee ID number to transfer me to a manager, to which he said he hasn't seen his manager in 2 months. I asked for it again and where his location was to which he sarcastically asked where my location was. Not to mention the fact that he told me someone from Mexico and Ohio were logged into my account, which doesn't make sense since I live in Texas.

why cant I type an email adress when I compose a mail, I mean I type it and then it becomes highlighted in red, and I dont know what to do next. We have asked to yahoo india to just authenticate the mail in the court but they simply submit a affidavit that they are not able to authenticate the mail. I am enclosing the affidavit given by yahoo for your reference.

Please help us to prove the authenticity of the mother mail in the eyes of the court of law.

Yahoo "Unlock and change password"link goes to Verizon page but Vz has no record of my yahoo account

When I log into my email account I receive a page with the following message:

Your account safety is our top priority. We have detected some unusual activity on your account and as a result we've temporarily locked it for your protection. You may unlock your account immediately by changing your password. This message page has the blue button "Unlock and change password"

When I click on the blue button and try to change the password I’m directed to a Verizon page and my YAHOO id is not recognized. Evidently my Yahoo account is linked to a old Verizon account which I don’t use but is fine but has no link or association with the Yahoo ID. I have had my Yahoo account for 20 years and have used it many times daily until it was suddenly locked on Aug 17, 2017. Since then i have not been able to access my email.
I had no evidence that my account was compromised. My yahoo account had been working fine there was no unusually activity. It appears Yahoo locked my account and I am unable to unlock it. My password and recovery information are correct.
I have read and tried all suggestions on Yahoo Central. Unfortunately, There is no useful or actionable information about this issue in Yahoo Central. Other Yahoo Help pages, Forums, Sign-In Helper and help.yahoo.com/kb/account, yahoo.com/security-update, etc then only lead to dead ends and endless loops.
I contacted Verizon and spent many many hours in tech support, including many different individuals and their Verizon supervisors. I requested my Yahoo account be unmerged from Yahoo. Verizon state they have no record of my YAHOO account. Verizon states they do not manage my YAHOO account and therefore Verizon is unable to take any action because the account does not exist on Verizon. Verizon concludes and insists that Yahoo has locked the account and Yahoo must unlock it and that it is a Yahoo account. Verizon who owns YAHOO was unable to provide a way via phone, email or letter to contact Yahoo.
Yahoo tech support (a human) seem impossible to reach.
Could someone suggest how to reach Yahoo customer support indirectly or directly? an email? a phone number?
