Dear Sirs

I have tried to get rid of, opt out of, clear cookies and everything else to remove ads in yahoo mail. Yet I still see unwanted ads from sites i have no desire to visit or buy anything from. I have followed instructions on how to remove the ads but they still appear.

Is there anything that you can do to stop these pesky ads appearing every time i go into my mail account?

Given the fact that yahoo mail has a "cancel" button on the right upper side of the "compose" email form, and this button can easily be touched or clicked on inadvertently, why is there not a "second-chance" function associated with this "cancel" button, which would allow the user to back out of the cancellation to avoid losing all of the work they had composed up to that point? It's absolutely ridiculous that yahoo has never added such a function to abort an accidental cancellation command. This has happened to me many times on both my laptop and my smartphone, and i'm certain it has happened to countless other people as well.
We are all human and make mistakes, but making this type of mistake while using yahoo mail should not be met with such an unforgiving result! Please get with the times, yahoo, and correct this costly and frustrating flaw in your email program design! Many of your users will be most grateful to finally have this "pitfall" eliminated! I thank you, and many others will thank you for your immediate action on this matter!

Date is 11-11-2017 acc. [protected]@ymail.com Trying to write e-mails, the writing is slow & inconsistent with yahoo stopping & not responding to letters being typed. As I am typing letters don't show up for 10-30 sec. and sometimes the page freezes and yahoo stops responding all together. have tried refreshing page, restarting computer and nothing solves the problem. I am currently having no problems writing this complaint so what is the problem ? please help solve this problem as I would like to stay with yahoo. Trying to submit my complaint and can not log in with my password doesn't recognize it ? it is the right one for sure!

Yahoo email is back in the funk that it was in some time ago. Messages cannot be opened easily, can't be deleted, when you type a response it takes forever for the letters to show up, links cannot be highlighted. Now there are random voice advertisements, which is probably the cause of these problems. You only hear a portion of the audio message. All very frustrating.

This has been going on for a few days now and today is November 11, 2017.

Description: I work at Minco Products and we manufacture specialty heaters. When I search "Minco Heaters, " two ads appear with our company name but link to competitive company websites. One is a direct competitor named "Allflex" and their ad headers says, "Minco Heaters / allflexheaters.com" and links to their website www.allflexheater.com. The other is a shopping network and their ad headline says "Minco Heaters - Minco Heaters - Find Our Lowest Price" and links to www.shopping.net/Minco Heaters." Neither of these companies have permission to use our company name in their ads. Clearly their trying to steal business from us by misrepresenting our company using Yahoo's paid ad program. Please stop them immediately. Allflex has done the same in other browsers which pulled their ads. Please note, there is a third company using our name that comes up in the same search results however, they are an approved Minco Products distributor and have permission to use our company name in their Yahoo paid search program.

I am unable to send emails from my phone to other Yahoo email users. It used to work and now it does not. I just get a return error email. I don't want to have to adjust anything or screw around with my phone settings. I have also had many issues with needing an authorization code when signing in on my computer, the one I have used for a decade. I just want it to work without doing backflips. Funny how my phone is ok for receiving an authorization code but unable to send emails. Arrghh, so sick of Yahoo bs.

I have sent an email to my relative his name is Mushriq Hameed on his emai address([protected]@yahoo.com attaching confidencial, private and of great, importance documents response I received Email from an Yahoo customer called (Mushriq Tauwfeeq), but having the same emailaddress(mushriq @yahoo.com enquring if I sent him such e mail. Now I am very anxius about my private document and worried about thier secuirity and missusing. probaility and who will be held responsible for such mistakes of giving approv with the same email address for different customers

So I cant remember my password, and your crappy way of recovering my account means I GO Round and round continuously being told 'uh oh there is a problem, try again later' - I need these emails and I find your recovery service utter [censor] garbage... my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com and basically now all I get asked is for two digits to a mobile number I no longer have and to verify an email address you say you cant email to! Wankers!

I'm a active member and I know that there's alot of scams going around, and I'm just trying to find out if this is one of them before I give my information out.

Did anyone from your company sent this email or is it a scam

Hello Yahoo, on the back of having all my contacts hacked a few years ago I have tried to shut down my account but the hackers have my contacts. Yesterday, they sent a blanket email to my contacts and used my name as the name of the email address. The address was not mine but people thought it was from me. Is there any way to address this?

As a practicing Eye Doctor for more than 32 years, I was shocked to see an advertisement today on my Yahoo page which contained a video and much more content information from a company which calls itself Outback Vision Protocol. This obvious scam "company" is making claims and statements that are absolutely false and dangerous to the general population all for the purpose of selling a "scientific smoothie" whereby they claim falsely will cure Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Cataracts in addition to Nearsightedness, Farsightedness and Astigmatism...not to mention Presbyopia (focusing issues which occur after age 40-45). The statements made are so outlandish and dangerous to the community...giving them false hope...and having them seek a "snake oil" so-to-speak that can keep them from having actual medical treatments which are designed to save as much vision as possible. Yahoo cannot and should not tolerate grossly dangerous individuals...when discovered...to advertise and place such grossly false and dangerous material on its search engine. I implore you as a caring eye physician to please remove this content immediately. Please contact me with your response asap! I can be reached at [protected]@att.net.

I read news from various sources but Yahoo is A trick playing joke. You can clearly tell you're an anti trump news source but even non political articles are a joke, any headline I check into to read is about skincare, what a joke Yahoo is

How about the media get serious about what it publishes and act a little professional, how about adding some truth to what we publish and if it's an editorial, how about more than one leftist leaning side? How about we as a group care about all people of Amer a not just the ones who feel they are the educated elite? How about we just start caring where our country is really heading, and caring about each other?

I forgot the password of my facebook account. So they sent me some digital code on my email. Unfortunately when I try to open yahoo mails they showed me no code email. Now I am unable to open my facebook account. N these yahoo customer service also didnot have any complaing email address to solve problem. Its been 3 days since m trying to send feedback but they are not responding. Worst service I have ever faced!.

and i forgot the password and i tried to reset my password by sending a security code to the above mail.
in the display it shows,
"Please check your email for a message with your code. Your code is 6 numbers long"
and also
"We sent your code to:

but i never got any got or mail regarding this matter.

I had received 3 messages like this from them and On my case thus this mean that alvin_tess is the one who is trying to shut down my account?

Hello,

I have a yahoo account that is locked - I don't know why as I know the username and password - and the only way to unlock it is to enter the key received on the secondary email. Unfortunalty the secondarily email is a mailbox from my former internet provider I don´t have access any more.
In yahoo help there is absolutely no way to solve this situation and there is no other option (as direct contact to a support center for example) available.

As I am the owner of the account and can prove the personal data, yahoo should give me a way to access my account.

I have not access my mail for a while and even after going through the verification process from another email account I still have no access to my mails. This is [censor] ridiculous. The help sections are absolutely useless, I can't login in from another location, I have enabled cookies, I have no spyware, I'm living in a dorm so how am i suppose to have a private wifi? And regarding using another supported browser, I have tried using two different browsers (Firefox and Xiaomi Browser) both are experiencing the same issue. SO none of the solution help a bit. This is the only email service I know of that has this kind of error happen. Very disappointing. Would have removed my account should it not be I have been using this for more than 8 years.

i am really disapointed of yahoo mail because one day from no reason when i tried to access my account they start asking me for an key account nr which I should recive on my phone nr bud i never recive it. I called for costumer service for yahoo and also for my sim card network but nobody can help me. so no i lost all my information from my email that i have it from 10 years ago.

I have requested numerous times that yahoo stop sending me unwanted spam email. Each time I do so it stops for a week and then picks back up again. Your spam emails lock up my computer and cost me lost messages, frustration and cause me to try to unlock my computer by shutting down. I often lose multiple applications because my computer locks up and I am lucky if I can unlock in within 30 - 45 minutes. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau in new york which apparently is the only office that accepts complaints against yahoo. If I would have known that yahoo was so restrictive, controlling, disgusting, I never would have chosen yahoo as my provider. What do I need to do to stop these invasive emails I receive from you other than paying the ridiculous cost of $34.99 a month? That has to be against the law to charge a customer such an insane amount of money to prevent advertisements or to frick up their computer because we do not want to bend to your ridiculous charges for advertisements that you throw upon your customers. I have never received a response from yahoo but totally require one today. Thank you in advance.
