The service I received today was absolutely terrible I called yahoo number [protected] to recover my account I was told to buy a Google Play card to Google Play cards in order to get the hackers off my account I was also told I will be receiving a refund I asked how and I was told either credit card debit card or delivered to my door within 5 hours I asked for a number in Texas to verify that I will be receiving my refund was given the number one eight six six 978 87497 and was told a totally different story which was no I was being told I take the card back to Walmart and ask for refund on the card of course I called Walmart and Walmart said that was not true so I left the complaint on the yahoo.com and someone returned my phone call seeing if my problem was solved and I told him no I asked numerous of times for a company email or number to speak to someone that knew what they were talking about because I received three different stories I would like either someone that deals with the company directly to call me not a technician not a technician supervisor someone in Yahoo company.

What is yahoo doing to block the accounts of [protected]@yahoo.jp, (aka [protected]@yahoo.jp, [protected]@yahoo.jp etc) who is using yahoo email address' to try & extort $10000s (bitcoin) cash from people using the threat of knowing & abusing old passwords
( Passwords which were probably gained from previous hacks of yahoo email accounts & address books ?)

I had email this peson about a loan application, as I was in need of money. Iam from Fiji Islands and I had contacted this person who said he was able to provide loans amounting from three thousand to three million dollars. Given how persuasive he was I was drawn to his scam and followed every procedure. As I paid the fee of $290 to Alisi Mei whom he said was the agent here in Fiji. After which he said that I contact another person named Joseph Davis, who said for me to pay $870 again before I get the loan. After much consideration I said enough because I finally realized that I was incurring a loss rather than getting a loan.As I asked for a refund he has been silent ever since.

Purchased unwittingly a product advertised as a Breitling watch at a warehouse sale ar RM 299.
Had it delivered via DHL to my doorstep and paid COD for item.
On opening package the item was not a Breitling lookalike but a NACD watch similar in looks.
Please refrain frm allowing such sales into our systems. A thorough check of such sales outlet operating under different guises cause immense issues for your trusted users of Yahoo Mail.

I'm having issues getting into my yahoo because my old phone broke and I had to get a new number, but the other email that is set up isn't one that's activated anymore. So I called and they wanted to know subscriptions I had, I named off quiet a few that i knew it was linked up with but they still needed more. I'm sorry but it's been a month or so and I can not remember every thing that is hooked up to it!

I deleted my phone number from recovery options in my account settings but when i try to "recover my password" it still allows me to use this phone number along with my recovery email addresses. How to make sure the phone number doesn't show up there as i only want to use other emails as a recovery option?
It is huge loophole in yahoo mail.

You allow posting of information on your news site that is not headline true, this is wrong and irresponsible. Why does every story in my newfeed have a liberal slant to the Supreme Court hearings? I would like to think that your newsfeed would be fair and balanced, but literally every other story about the current hearing is from a liberal based website with negative comments about conservatives. Yahoo has started over the last week to bounce all email coming from mail-01.yourhosting.link / 209.147.116.195.

If you go to MX Toolbox you will see this domain/IP is NOT on any blacklist and it has been monitored for over 6 months and has never appeared on any blacklist.

The bounce message claims:

421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 209.147.116.195 temporarily deferred due
to user complaints

However, this is coming back to 7 different domains and there are no traces that any complaint was ever filed.

Additionally, it is not resetting it is getting worse.

We need more details as to why this is going on, or we will have to start recommending to clients to stop using Yahoo Mail.

I've been arguing with your dept. all weekend, a supervisor andrea was suppose to return my call never happened i was telling them i have passwords my questions that i filled when i started the account they keep telling me not on part of recovery. Personly your account key was suppose to be top security they still hacked. I have yo say that your support service is very poor. I have been unable to access my email account for the last 24 hours but there is no means of activating any customer support. The online directives are irrelevant. When I have tried other 'avenues' I have been redirected to BT.com whose chat line service, after half an hour, tell me that they cannot help as I am a Yahoo customer.

I have had to identify 'other' as the category as email is not specified.

Nor do i want to log in to 'socials'!
