I can't log in. After putting my password I am supposed to enter into my email, but that is not happening. One page is asking to accept OATH. The page is forcing me to give permission to OATH to interfere into my activities tracking emails its content and so on. This is not fair. Please investigate the matter why something is coming to enter into my account. matter is urgent.

I was surprised to discover that Yahoo had implemented a new version of yahoo mail at the end of august 2018. I find the new version inferior in all respects to the old. The adverts that Luminited create keep popping up on my pages. The problem is they're constantly doctored images of female celebrities as victims of violence - altered and photo-shopped to show them as though they have been beaten. As I need Yahoo for work, it's unsettling to constantly close images of black eyes and split lips and bruised faces. These pop up on the pain page, the advert side bar of my mail box and in the window where I read an article. I have repeatedly flagged the ads as offensive. I attempted to contact Oath about this but all the help files route me back to Yahoo account issues.

The above mentioned yahoo company as per attached letter hereby wanted to close my e-mail address ([protected]@yahoo.in) in certain violation that violation has not done on my part or in any manner.

I am getting extortion emails from a yahoo address. They are saying a visit a porn site and will show to all my contacts on less I pay 7000 us dollars. I did not visit any porn site so . But this keeps happening...the email addresses I have collected so far all have the name Aaron Ssmith in them all from yahoo. Could you kindly investigate this extortion

1st complaint: I cant access my old emails to get a old resume to update.
2nd complaint: I contacted customer service and was hung up on before anyone answered.
3rd complaint: I call back and I explain that I need some old emails I sent to myself to get my resume. I ask him if he can help me get my old stuff ( I've had the same email since 1996). The guy I talked to took a minute to figure out what I really needed from him. Then the guy wanted to remote access to my account. I told him I'm not giving you remote access- I've been hacked on more than one occasion and I don't know you or trust you. So he hung up on me. He didn't explain anything to me just hung up. I've called the same number several times and now it goes to music and no one ever picks up the line.

Too many captchas, i swear i wanna curse you right now. I forgot my password, the recovery option isn't going recover that. It's asking me 2 question, one answerable, and one forgotten. "What is my fav food when i was a child?" i put the answer for that like... several years ago, you guys need to know that human is possible to forget things, and that option you gave us isn't helpful, not at all.

Today happen again in my yahoo mail. Sometimes this kind of things happen will made people angry or no patient on this.
Especially sending the important or urgency mail.

Why will always technical issues during the raining day? When this issues came out, it will stopped and disturb the mail expecially when do the emergency or important email that need to send out.

I typed in a search and their top searches was the most racist thing I have ever seen. Yahoo is well known to be a liberal biased company, but this is unacceptable. I want this to be handled like other stories. I want the leaders of Yahoo to acknowledge they push this narrative for their agenda. They should post a warning that they support biased liberal agendas and hide conservatives point of views.
