YAHOO INDIA Complaints - Small business services / Charge my card after cancellation, refused to refund

Dear Sir,
We had created a website thro Yahoo Small Business India during Nov 2008. As we were not happy with their services we had requested them to cancel our website from nov 2009. Accordingly we wrote to Yahoo Small Business India and we received their confirmation regarding cancellation of our webdomain. But to our great surprise they had debited from our Credit Card for Rs.3307.90 Dt: 08-11-2010 as renewal of webdomain charges. We request you to kindly take up the matter on priority basis and give us the credit immediately. REGARDS, INDUSTRIAL REFERENCE, MUMBAI
