From 7th December 2017, I am unable to read my mail or send any mail from
my mail box, I am able to log into my account but the screen is showing only current date mail but there r actually 208 unread mails to be cleared which I am unable to do so nor I am able to compose any mail ...pls help me ! what should i do to rectify this problem, pls take at the earliest, tx.

I am sending video clips to myself so i can download them on my smartphone. I have done this with no issues until maybe a week ago. Today I tried and some attachments do load but others do not (size is not the issue). Is yahoo censoring attachments based on content or copyright? I tried uploading the blocked videos several times and at different times. Thy do not upload but others do.
Also. I much prefer the older bar indicator for the upload instead of the spinning circle now which gives me no indication of progress.
Yahoo mail USED to be a very dependable service. Many problems since new ownership :(. Please do not change things that ain't broken.

Hi, I was recently the target of a scam by a person or persons using a yahoo email account [protected]@yahoo.com. This person is fake and uses photos of a Mr Max Poux to try and get a romantic connection... yep I fell for it.

This person is now threatening to use this account to spread intimate photos of myself online. This person has demanded 5k from me in the past and I'm unsure as to what he wants now.

I am unable to get a positive ID or country of origin to take further action he does claim to be in the USA.

Yahoo has a terrible site. I would not use them if I did not need to use them to access Flickr. Many of those I know use Flickr, so you get caught in this vicious web.

The issue is that I moved. So I no longer have access to my old phone number. Yahoo is INSISTING that I get a code from that number to access my accounts. When I try to get help through yahoo's help center it sends you in a never ending circle that does not provide any solutions. Any time you click on anything that says 'contact us' it just starts their web process over, where you choose the issue, put in your email account and verify your not a robot. Then it takes you to the same help page where you have to try and find the issue you have.

Even when you find the issue, it gives very little information. The information is even incorrect. When I finally find the short instructions they give for if you do not have access to old phone numbers. When you follow it, they are incorrect. It says to:

1. Enter email address and click next
2. Click on the link that "I do not have access to this phone number. (THIS IS NOT CORRECT THERE IS NO LINK)

So because I was going in circles. I tried logging in again and entered password. This time when the pop up message to verify code by phone appeared, I chose to do so. Here is where you finally find the link to 'I do not have access to this phone' (Again showing that their instructions were WRONG). So according to them when you click on this link, it will then show your alternate email address to send a code to there. But when you click on the link nothing happens and all you can do is CANCEL. Which again does not solve the issue.

So after all this frustration, you want to try and contact yahoo. They do not offer phone help. Fine...They should have a way to leave them an email or a chat. But apparently only certain issues will get you that far and they do not tell you what they are and they do not seem to care when people cannot access their accounts anymore.

This ultimately means I will be looking for an alternative to Flickr and encouraging my friends to switch. Because I am not creating a new account. It is also a biased system against those who may not have access to a phone. I understand their need for security, but there methodology is biased and ridiculous.

Gamiss is a prominent advertiser on Yahoo but the reviews are overwhelmingly TERRIBLE! complaints are the norm and frankly, who could believe the positive reviews when there are so many bad ones? It would seem the honorable thing to do was to not take their advertising dollars since they are scamming millions of customers with shoddy products, very late delivery - IF the products are delivered at all. Even asking for customers drivers license numbers! you wonder if it's just scam to get credit card info...

I was trying to send an email 12/6/2017 and couldn't attach any document, and today I can even get into my emails, a prompt comes up saying " sorry! We are currently unable to access your mailbox. How can this problem be resolved?" I would really appreciate if this problem can be addressed asap as I need to gain access to my emails promptly. Thanks

My yahoomail and account has been hacked and the hacker is using the account to log into other chat services. The process of changing my information is too complex for me to understand on my phone and I need hacker out of my account. Please help me with this problem. The problem became obvious in October and I have been seeing messages sent from apps like twoo and facebook that I havent sent. This caused me delete some of my chat service even tho it wouldn't help much. I have strong reason to believe that the hacker is not in my country. I cannot continue to be abused like this. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE. My private images are being used by someone and I have no idea who it is. I desperately need the criminal to be caught. I was kicked out of my yahoo. Account, someone from other locations than my known lagoon computer at home or any of my devises that wanted to reset my password, And yahoo wont let me in my account with all of my life's need things and now I'm locked out of my phone and Internet its been a long time now and I need my life back I'm being jacked by others getting in my accounts as I get completely locked out and cant back in my own life and very upset why yahoo would want other to have my life info for the taking its my place that trusted a massive big friend like yahoo would at least let me in so I can clean house on my own internal home of the world and photos of my kidk growing up etc etc and nest in safety, I hope, I have worked so so hard just to be me and my trusted friend sold me out I guess.. ya on my pc and at my house requesting for code to get going on my accounts and use phones, I have never had any uses or complaints with yahoo.. but yahoo why would you let others from unknown devices in to allof my things you stated to the world would be completely...in mainly all aloan and don't have a phone that works so yahoo wont trust me but some one that isn't at a location known for my accounts and devices my as time go's on my banking my great credit score and my other personal info is yahoo.com and the others trusted to be me now.. Constantly negative about our President and bashing him, instead of respecting him and his office! We have been supporters of yahoo for many years and are really thinking about moving on because of all we see on your news information, it is negative and we believe it to be lies about President Trump! Good morning. This is the second time an email was sent from apparently my account to all my contacts... Subject: Re:view doc.

Please help me from this happening again. I am a professional and emails that are sent from me are deemed important. If my contacts keep getting these emails and become hesitant to open my attachments, it can cause delays that can have financial implications to my clients.

These are horrible and hateful. They are of a dubious nature- most likely not in support of the USA, more likely to stoke division and HATE. At least take them off the screen so we don't have to see them on every headline. I don't want to see them, just the story . Don't believe they are real reactions - just phoney people trying to get some sorry of ugly point across.

Your e-mail sucks, and has for a long time. I only I stay with it because I have a lot of clients and friends with my current address, left from when you USED TO BE the best server.
My Yahoo mail goes down at least 1-2 times per month. G-Mail has not failed me in over 2 years since I started using it for part of my business.

I really dislike the "viewers responses" to news headlines, they can be very nasty and are often by internet trolls. This demeans the integrity of the journalists. For a few weeks now my Yahoo mail box has been inundated with Bitcoin Advertisements (averaging 3 messages a day). Every day I place these in the Yahoo Spam Box, which normally does an amazing job at keeping junk mail out of my mail list (and one of the reasons I have used Yahoo for years). But to no avail. It caught my attention that Yahoo is also advertising Bitcoin.

I suspect that the failure to remove the Bitcoin spam is a consciously chosen strategy by Yahoo to force their hand in the advertisement of Bitcoin. I have been using their mail service for perhaps 20 years, and this is the first time that I have a serious complaint about this otherwise great mail service. I don't know how to contact Yahoo and to let them know directly how much this Bitcoin issue is bothering me. It is totally unethical if they are doing it intentionally, or a failure of their server to stop it if not intentional. Either way, Yahoo loses integrity here.

I have been a member of this group for several years. However recently whenever I get a notification about new posts in the group, when I try to see these new posts, I am refused. I have tried to contact the moderator at the email address you provide and just been ignored. As such I felt it necessary to stop subscribing. Can you please tell me how I can complain about the complete lack of help from the site group moderator?

I payed money to play now I'm not being able to play. When everyone else can play. Something should be done about it not fair not being treated right not fair at all. I am sooooo ticked off at you people I cannot tell you. You have allowed everyone and their brother to post their ads on our websites and I am just fed up with it! All these ads are not being filtered by the spam filter and it is obvious that this is being done on purpose! You are purposely allowing all this crap to come through and you know it! I'm sick of it and I have to spend my precious time having to unsubscribe to all these ads or they will keep on coming! Either stop it now or I am going to another web site!
