To Whom It May Concern,

It is with deep regret that we have decided to contact Yahoo directly, to complain about the articles writers at Yahoo.com and Yahoo.es are pumping out.

We have been using Yahoo nearly everyday now for the past 6 months, or rather, quickly glancing at news reports and articles as shown when landing on Yahoo, everytime we log on. Upon reading many of the said articles on differing topics by Yahoo writers, we have noticed that in both cases, the articles are very poorly written, and in the case of Yahoo.com, there always appears to be a Trump-bashing time of day. Many of the articles are uninteresting, very thin, weak, uncompelling and very general in tone. Not well-written to say the least, lacking all substance.

For months on end, we have been reading many articles everyday, following the process of the Spain Catalunya problems: the ilegal voting, Puigdemont's insistance at tearing Spain apart, Rajoy's responses etc. all horrendously written in very VERY poor Spanish, having a nearly complete lack of proper punctuation, spelling mistakes, poor grammar, reporting thin air and things that completely lacked substance or interest. Not to mention, having to read everything 2-5 times to understand what the writer was trying to say. What is more, nearly all articles have the same style titling by Yahoo: the typical 'See what happens when this driver see this on the freeway' for example, only to read the article about some stupid meaningless thing that has no importance or relevance.

It happens on Yahoo.com and Yahoo.es. So where else does it happen?

You need to get yourselves new editors and professional writers of better ability.

following attachment is evidence that the account has been breached inconjunction to interference with a business transaction. I had just into the email account before the attempted transaction was made.

today i find that the account is still in a breach position, because

it will not accept the the RECOVERY ACCOUNT which was originally assigned-
([protected]@gmail.com).
it no longer offers me the option of supplying the last, known password
(two were written and correct).
it will not offer me the option of supplying personal information

It REQUIRES a cell phone number!
without any other options!

You have designed a truly piss poor product. I understand that my email needs a password. Every time I put the password in u ask me if I am a robot and make me [censor] about identifying pictures of cars then u send me a code to my mobile phone. Then I log in again. Then u ask me again whether I am a robot (I pause to note at this point that u would have to be one hell of a robot to hack into my account, piss about looking at photos, open my phone, put in the code, log back in with the code... but I digress) again. All u tax dodging, snow flake hipster [censor] have to do is design an email system that works. Here's an idea for u - have a password, type it in, if it works open the account. All this other [censor] is nonsense. No one wants to hack into my email account. There are no "robots" who want to read my email to my great aunt about what I had for Xmas dinner. Either do your job properly or piss off and get a proper one. And pay your bloody income tax u wankers. Merry Christmas.

Yahoo pop-up ad continuously appears... Yahoo give "option"? to remove... choice as to why I would request it to be removed. I have tried everything 5-6-7 times a day... to have this particular pop up ad removed. Actually stating it is offensive to me — a tad drastic... but even that did not work.
What's the issue with Yahoo NOT wanting to keep a loyal customer (me) happy?!

I have been a paid customer for Yahoo Mail plus for over a decade. I got notification that I was being moved to the 'new' Mail Pro, with a cost 4x of what I am paying today. This from a company that has had a massive data breach, and while storage cost keeps going down, you are upping the fee by 4x like the value of bitcoin. I was already getting less functionality with my Mail Plus than what gmail gives, but out of loyalty stayed with Yahoo and never switched to the free ad version. Now I am not planning on staying. I will go to the free version just out of spite if I have to.

Please bring back the Yahoo Fantasy Nascar game. I have been playing for 12 years, and I am the defending champion in all 3 of my leagues. I really want a chance to defend my Championships in 2018 and beyond.

I have met some fantastic people through the Yahoo Nascar Fantasy Game over the years, and I really want to keep those relationships going.

Every time I try to read a news story, the page jumps up and down so much I CAN'T read the story as all kinds of ads and subsites try to load. It gets so frustrating that I am doing everything I can to find something else to use.
An example of my problem
Today I tried to read an interesting story about two brothers who found each other attending the same school... I am sure there was more to the story but with all the jumping on my screen I was not able to read it.

For several years we have been a part of Yahooanswers.com. Have manage to rack up 37 thousand points. As grandparents we hope to be giving lucid and helpful answers...and this we always respectfully tried to do. We recently asked one of the questionnaires of a mathematical problem if the question they presented was their homework. This caused a compliant against us. We felt that if it was their homework they should state that it was in all fairness to themselves and to their instructor(s). For if it was their homework we would not want to be a part of their being deceptive to themselves or their instructors. Our appeal was declined, and so be it.
Insipid, empty answers seems to now be the appeal...when we came on board 5 years ago...there were people giving answers that were helpful, wholesome and creditable.
Thank you for this service. It has been somewhat informative, and interesting, but it seems to us that of recent there has been little upward growth..

In the last month, your ads come with sound. Out of no where a blaring ad starts its spiel. I have my computer open at work to keep up with mail, etc and I have it open at home for the same reason. I also have soft music playing in both places. The loud blarring commercials have caused me to leave it shut and only check it one or twice a day. That doesn't seem good for business and seems contrary to business you might be trying to create. I am considering other choices after about 20 years as a loyal customer.

Please bring back yahoo fantasy NASCAR. Of all the fantasy games it is absolutely my favorite. It started with me and my uncle and a couple friends and now we run a league of over 27 members in which we've all become family. Because of this league we started to getting together for one NASCAR race each year. We have gotten to know each other and each other's families and it's great to be associated with some really nice people. Not everyone uses other methods of social media like Facebook but this is the one thing that we all share. Please keep the league going. Thank you.

Videos have been appearing when a folder, such as deleted items, has been emptied. It would seem that Yahoo! has sanctioned this as a means of advertising or some other purpose.

Today, 16 December 2017, the video that appeared when the given folder was empty was offensive and indicative of a society that has gone down hill. The video was titled "My girlfriend is an extreme porn star."

I do not want to be force-fed a video about some male who has a girlfriend of such low esteem. It's disgraceful and should not be something that is potentially viewed by millions. It sends out a completely wrong message of promiscuity.

I am planing to move away from Yahoo! as this type of unsolicited advertising creates a poor public image and I will not be recommending Yahoo! to anyone else.

I am disappointed to learn of your decision to discontinue NASCAR Fantasy Racing for 2018. I have been playing Fantasy Racing for 18 years and have enjoyed every season. Like most participants, I look forward to every January when you re-open the leagues for another season. For many of us, Fantasy Racing is much more than a game. It is a bonding experience. Many of us have known each other for years because this game. Through this game, I have become friends with any people. I keep track of them through social media, I have visited them during my travels around the country, and I've even met several of them at the track. I totally enjoyed the format that you presented for us. I ask you to please re-consider your decision. Please do not discontinue NASCAR Fantasy Racing.

Our NASCAR team was home base for 30 people to stay connected. We will be looking to Fox, ESPN and The Golf Channel for all of our satellite leagues if we don't see NASCAR renewed.
Aside from the 30 or so who have been connected for years, we also enjoy racing with the other 'close to 100' people in other leagues.
My ISP portal will be changed depending on Yahoo's final decision on the future of fantasy racing.
Satisfaction with other fantasy leagues is waning in direct correlation with your mismanagement of them.

Was wondering why you are canceling fantasy nascar when you have so many people that play .The thing that bothers me is you will keep fantasy football when there players won't even stand for our national anthem and nascar actually stand and prayers before each race . there are just as many nascar fans as there are other sports but you want to stop fantasy nascar just can understand why . thanks for listening

This complaint is not about a particular incident, rather your home page. The current format of your news stories is very aggravating. When I click a story it launches a pop up window where if I click in a certain spot I close out the window. Now this wouldn't be quite as frustrating I wasn't clicking the story to watch the attached video, then being unable to hear said video because a phantom ad is playing somewhere. When I try to find the phantom ad I may click at some part of the screen, which causes no issues on any other site, however with yours the page I'm viewing is immediately closed & throws me right back to the home page...essentially rendering your news stories useless. It's very annoying and I hope that you find a way to fix it soon. Also, I have noticed (in the stories I'm actually able to read...I usually just mute the whole computer) there are fairly often misspellings and typos. Hoping this all improves in the future. Thanks for currently not charging me for your service!

The above message has started coming about 13 days back.Every time I start the computer, this message stats nagging me.Today, I saw an email saying, 'your account will be closed, positively within 24 hours, BECAUSE, I requested so.This is absolutely false.
Please take immediate action to catch the snooper/attacker and do not close, my account at all, Thanking you, I am.

I used your search engine to look for pictures of black girl models and when I typed in that exact phrase, naked pornographic pictures of black women came up. I am very disgusted with this and feel it misrepresents the thousands of black girl and women models that are out there. There are many different types of black models, not just these types. You should be ashamed of yourselves and need to change the tags to those picture immediately!

I have been locked out of my emails for 3/4 weeks now . Every number that I call they are trying to scam me out of money . Have been emailing yahoo back and fourth for the last week or so .. Keep telling me to fill out a form and then 3 days later they just say didn't work and u fill out form again and telling me to just set up a new email account . I'm going on holidays at the weekend all my flight details are on it I can't even invoice to get paid . Yahoo know this be continue to ignore me

From 09-13 Dec 2017 I am not able to sign in to my yahoo mail.
Its say that my e-mail account "Sorry, we don't recognize this email."
I have been using this e-mail account for some time. How come it says not being recognized?
I have most of my account and stuff linked to this e-mail address.
Please kindly help me with it.

Will you PLEASE do something about the level of porn emails being sent through yahoo. It's got MUCH worse recently, I have had over TWO HUNDRED in less than a week.
