Last week I was unable to login with a message that the username does not exist, tried security measures but it will not recognise my mobile and/or alternative email.
I have a Yahoo PLUS subscription and pay $19.99 every year.

I have 20 years worth of very important and personal emails on my yahoo account and photos on Flickr

I seek urgent help from someone within YAHOO to restore my account.
Yahoo ON-line HELP does not work as it will not recognise any of my details!

This advertisement is clearly a scam and using fabricated references, photographs and texts which are not genuine. (have a look at Martin Lewis' genuine website for confirmation - he warns against advertisements such as these).

Yahoo should not be complicit in allowing these sort of fraudulent sites. You have a duty of care to your subscribers. Your inaction helps crime. This advertisement should be pulled immediately.

Why is the ICON to e-mail news stories disabled, not working since just before Verizon took over? Anyone reading Yahoo News could always e-mail a selected news story to a friend or contact. No longer possible! Please address this. This is a major problem. It degenerates Yahoo News credibility and the credibility of Yahoo com. My internet security has stated this maybe a technical glitch. But has also confirmed the problem is caused and originating at Yahoo!

I am disgusted. I will never EVER by a product from this evil "ssense" site. I want Polyvore back. The reason I used the site was not for buying clothes, but instead of putting together outfits that expressed me. I sometimes did go and buy the products on Polyvore to make my outfits on the site a reality. As of April 7, 2018, Polyvore shut down without a word. It was then changed to a site called "ssense". You can't even create content on this new site. It only sells clothes. This is not my Polyvore. This is not right. Millions of content creators have lost their outfits. Some people made a career out of their creations. Many have been creating for YEARS on this site, and it is simply inhumane to just shut it down. Let's just get this straight ssense. I will never buy one of your crap products. I hope that your site is shut down.

I am so upset about polyvore. It changed the name to another name that I can't even pronounce. I dislike this new "update". I was going to consider this as my job. All of my dreams are crushed and we need to get the original site back. I am not the only person who is super upset. I really wanted to express myself on this site! We need to have some sort of poll or something. You just changed it out of the blue without any explanation. We need to do something about this now! Please listen to these complaints and together lets get the old polyvore back!

Polyvore has changed everything! It forgot my password and when I tried to log in and it would not let me. It deleted my password and everything. Now I cant express myself through my creative outfits. I had many followers, views and sets, but its all gone. The incident happened on april 9th at 7:56 am, when I was in class and wanted to make a set to get away. I propose that ssense change back to polyvore now! I can't express my self enough about how frustrated I am. Do they just think that they can do whatever? No! They cant! They changed it without any warning or explanation! If they would have even told us, I would have screenshotted my work, so I can keep forever! Lets start a chain of reactions to get the old polyvore back!

I have a Flickr account [protected]@btinternet.com since 2012 with lots of photos on my account.
I know my account email address, ID and password. Flickr has changed there login to Yahoo and i cannot login. I am told that my Flickr account email address is not recognised.Why not?.Where is my old account and my photos?.

The Yahoo "reactions " I see or read all seem just posted to stir up anger or support ideas that are negative to America and Americans. I do not believe most of them are true posts from real Americans- the majority are just there for hate. I do not believe most Americans hate like these "reactions " do. Please stop this crap Yahoo!, clean up your website. Stop the blatantly phoney "reactions " feature .

I have used yahoo for many years and enjoyed good service.
However, yahoo's choice for a top news story yesterday (April 2, 2018) has caused me to decide to switch to another service.

The top story was concerning a police shooting. The picture portrayed a frowning policeman and a smiling victim. (portraying the officer as bad, before anyone has a chance to read the article) While I agree that there are cases where police officers have done wrong, and need to be prosecuted, I question the choice to use this as a lead article.

At this time in our nation's history, there is already tension between citizens and police officers. It appears that your news service is promoting this tension, rather than trying to promote solutions or peace. Although I do not question your reporting of this incident, I question your use of photos and the reasoning behind making it a top story. It appears to be an effort in "pot stirring" and using sensationalism to gain attention. I hope that this is not the case, and that you will attempt to be more sensitive to what will promote good relations, rather than possibly encourage rioting and the sort.

I just learned that you deleted the handicap tracker. Where was my notice? How about a chance to download or at least print out my scores?

Seriously, I know at least a dozen golfers in the Tucson area that rely on the tracker for accurate handicapping in league play. There are most likely thousands across the US in the same boat.

Ever since you have gone in for the new look, most of your functions have just stopped working. The portfolio view does not allow the user to reorder the columns on display
today one cannot open the portfolio at all. Mostly, the portfolio name does not load and when it does and is selected, the portfolio is not displayed
your website used to be my go-to site for news and stocks. This new view with brighter colors, immature fonts and erratic functionality is really a step back

So, with that being said I have to use their computer to log into yahoo to download my assignments. I had an assignment due today and I couldn't print it because your "engineers are working quickly to resolve the issue." I sat her waiting and

This website, my go to website for news (because it offers both sides of stories and mostly non-partisan opinions), has continuously showed a lack of care for the consumer. This organization would have zero impact if it weren't for its' consumers. Yet, you riddle every news story with click bait and BS advertisement that slows everything down tremendously. I have lost all hope in this forum, as your company has shown no respect for the average person. Shame on you all.

I deliberating to terminate your account, because your new "safety" settings are incredibly disturbing, stressful and definitely unwanted. i can understand your safety issues, but if I WANT TO LOG IN from the different computer, I CAN NOT UNLESS I LOG TO MY PHONE. I was forced to deactivate an old yahoo account of mine. A few accounts I needed still sent it's data to that account. After deactivating it, it would always tell me it had trouble logging me in. I waited a while, and now it only tells me my inbox is empty. I've even tested it by sending myself emails. I still don't get them. This is ridiculous. As of yet, support is extremely unhelpful and stupid.
