Hello,
I did not authorize Yahoo.com to block computer usage that I do not normally use, just to unlock it I have to retrieve a code sent to my phone. This have been very hectic and time consuming.
Would like a refund to my phone data usage and any other compensation for these unauthorized events.

I respond to some political articles/responses made by other people in relation to the article. When I do so my response is deleted, why. I never get nasty oruse words unacceptable, so why is this happening.
I read an article about the closing of the government and that Trump rejected the Democrats offer. The article did not explain the offer so why just say he rejected it without any details. If Yahoo is deleting comments for bias reasons that is totally unacceptable, everyone should have a platform to respond with their personal thoughts pro/con.

It is too, too much obvious and non-stop biased reporting against President Trump!Can he do anything right? You pick on every little detail and magnify it out of proportions. You pick on his wife. his sons, and everything you can exploit for political reasons. Are you a propaganda machine for his adversaries or a reporting agency for the facts.

You should be investigated and there should be laws for fair reporting.
Whatever happened to the truth without extreme bias?

this is the most bias based collection of hate oriented "news" by obscure bylines and ludicrous celebrity trash talkers on the internet...I realize we all have choices but I just wanted to at least make a statement as I cannot just drop Yahoo without reworking my entire contact list and business associations...

the LEAST you could do is present pieces that counter your Trump bashing base to allow readers to make up their own minds about issues...I would be interested to know why Yahoo resists that approach...

I was trying to get my mail when my screen told me to update?. This came up previous and I was able to click and
get around it. I was advised I needed to enter my a E-Mail and password. I tried and then received a number by text
to use as password. I did this and entered my E-mail. The screen then showed an invalid password or E-Mail. I
want to talk with a live person if any are alive at Yahoo.

Today I logged on to Yahoo and found a really indecent headling saying, "Trump finally gets off his [censored] and visits troops for Christmas" by Monique Judge of the Root. The language as really inappropriate for a mainstream start-up page and I am seriously considering changing my default page to something else because of it. People can express whatever they want in the news, but please keep the headlines clean. I penned the following letter to the author of the article in my comments:

Dear Ms. Judge,
Your headline is crass, disrespectful, and ill befits any respectable journalist. If you do not want to become the "trash" you aspire to criticize, show same basic respect for your profession as a journalist, the president, and your readers. My children are old enough to read, and I would never want them to read such foul language in a headline about their president. You may hate the president, think he is the worst there's ever been, and a host of other things, but please refrain from sinking so low in the language you use to express yourself. Show some dignity and class.
I am seriously considering changing Yahoo as my default page based on your article. I want serious, circumspect journalist popping up on my screen, not "trash".

I just received the worst customer service ever I was told that in order to get into my account [protected]@yahoo.com a yahoo account I made 5 years ago, I would have to name 4 business that's in my inbox and provide a full email address from my sent box and a subject line(if any). I was applaud and frustrated trying to wreck my brain but its no way I was going to remember something from that long ago. I Was told maybe I need a little more time and for me to call back better I'm livid especially since I been trying to log into my Origin account and I sent a reset ps link to that email not even 30 mins before I called.

The recent Yahoo posting referring to Rump, instead of Trump, was beyond juvenile. It was also beyond bad taste. Good grief, where is Yahoo's common decency. What a disgrace. I am an older hispanic gentleman who served in uniform for 23 years. We must teach our young people better than your display of hatred and lies. I am old, and I am not especially computer savvy. I do wish to get rid of YAHOO in every way possible.

Lately, I have been noticing adult rated articles in yahoo. I always respected yahoo as a great website and I have been using yahoo email for more than 15 years.
Shame on yahoo to publish such sex-related articles.

Your coverage of the brexit situation is very biased and I feel it is unfair to the people in our country who were the majority in wanting to leave the eu.
You are interfering in uk politics where you have no place. Its bad enough that the bbc are biased towards undermining the democratic process of law, but as a foreign company to do so is outrageous.

I wonder how it happened that another person is sharing the same email address with me. I received an email today asking me to verify my account on a dating site (dating.com), which I haven't even joined in the first place. When I clicked the link to check who the user is, it showed eyeymacapagal, which is definitely not me so I am enraged knowing that someone has access and is using my email address as her. Doesnt yahoo show something like: "this username is not available" whenever someone signs up and tries to use a name that is already taken?
This is unacceptable and is a serious offense to my privacy. And I need you to take an action on this immediately.

Hi,

When I someone sends a reply my [protected]@yahoo.ie account, often an 'i' is inserted to my account making it [protected]@yahoo.ie. and I never receive the message. This is wearing my clients and customers down and subsequently costing me money. What's the story? Please get this sorted.

I deliberately kept my email short sop as not to bore people. Now, it's telling me to write more so, I will get heard. This is absolutely outrageous. I should be able to decide on the length of the email I want to write myself. Is it a case of 'he who shouts the loudest? I suggest you deal with the matter in hand rather than advise me on email length.

Love the home page! However, for a while now, the slide show near the top of the page is not working as it should. After "some" slides, the arrow is on the right to go to the next series of stories/photos. Every day now, the arrow on the right will send the show back several frames instead of advancing. Sounds trivial, don't it? Is this on all the home pages or just mine? It's extremely annoying.
