Yahobby / I have ordered a toy

I have ordered a toy from Yahobby website and later they contacted me and said that my toy was on preorder and wasn't available yet. They said they had no idea when will it arrive and asked me to pick something else. I refused and asked them to cancel my order. They said they were not able to refund me and tried to assure to pick another toy. I was pushy and in the end they promised to think of something and said they'll contact me back later. They never did. I'm still waiting for their final decision and unfortunately for some reason I can't reach anyone from Yahobby.
