Wish hair extensions

Hi I have ordered a hair extensions since march 2017.. I was told I will receive it march 24th 2017 but I still harvent received it.. I paid £190. I have not received any confirmation for me to be.. Wish promotion code

I am really disgusted my mom send me a code for promotion on wish for a 50% in my first order, I download the app, i created an account, and I started choosing the products I loved and then when I was about to pay I add the code and it doesn't work, I think is not a good idea to make people happy because you are offering a discount and then the discount doesn't work like it suppose to

Wish my account is restricted and I want my money back

This is my 100th problem with wish and I'm ready issue out a lawsuit against this company I have order several items and not received them or my money back and I have recently purchased item and the still say processing and not only that my account is restricted what in the world is going on this app was my favorite online shopping app now it's just pissing me off I not only have a restricted account so does my husband what going on I need answers, my product or my money back

Wish an item that was never received

I am trying to get a hold of you for my sister. She asked me if you can give me any whereabouts as to where her items are at. I have had this same problem with your website where I ordered something and never received it. I would like to talk to an actual person but I see thats impossible. But if some actual real person can get back with me Iwould greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Wish unauthorized order

If enough people report their horror story to the FBI internet crime unit, something can be done. I had items falsely order from my account and then said delivered items were sent to heaven knows where. They cannot even track them. No one wanted to refund my stolen monies and I was tired of the back and forth from your lame customer service dept calling me a liar, thus the next step, contacted my bank and the Feds.

I will continue to spread the word of your fraud and continue to help others involve the FBI for your crimes. Stealing is a felony and I am certain there's enough stolen funds and items to draw an investigation.

Wish stilinski hoodie red color

I ordered the maroon red stilinski hoodie and when I went to check out payment price was 10. Once I clicked order you had the same hoodie available for $5. I have a screen shot of this included as well. I talked with a friend and she said you honor pricing. Please let me know if you will honor this transaction please. Sincere appreciation. I'm ok with a credit to my account if needed also.

Wish I was scammed by wish!

I was scammed by Wish! They took my money very fast and never delivered my item. The worst part was that when I contacted Wish hoping they'll help me, but instead of that they called me a liar. They said that my order was delivered and that I received it but that was not true!
I explained them many times, spoke with different reps, but they simply did not want to listen.
I was telling the truth, my item never showed up! Maybe it was delivered to the wrong address, or maybe it was lost, or maybe they never even shipped it. To be honest I don't even know was my order shipped or not, because they never gave me a tracking number. Don't buy from Wish, this site is a scam!

Wish dial vision

I purchased the Dial Vision glasses which is an adjustable lens eyeglasses and it looked very intriguing on the image shown on the site but when I received the product I was very, very disappointed because it literally felt like a kids toy product, the lenses were pure plastic, as well as the frame around the lenses supporting it, it was also plastic and it was a bendable, cheap plastic. It was fragile and could easily snap and overall it really affected my vision despite the fact that I had really high hopes for this product. I spent $20 for a crappy product and I would like a refund as soon as possible.

Wish items still missing

My fiancé and I have ordered several items over 3 months ago and though we have contacted them several times our items are still missing! Horrible customer service. I am going to report them to the BBB and tell everyone I know not to order from them. We have yet to hear anything from customer non support after contacting them a dozen times or more!

Wish fidget spinners

I'm running a business with friends in which I sell fidget spinners to people for $6.50 each, I received 24 orders lately totalling $150 in profits made.

The company that I'm getting the fidget spinners from, known at least to wish.com as 'GOOD MARK INC', was known as a reliable seller, average rating 4.8. Their prices were cheap as well.

So I decide to order from them around 25-30 units, over 2 orders. The second order hasn't arrived yet, but the first order was VERY shady.

First off, I ordered 12 spinners: 3 - white, 3 - black, 3 - blue, 3 - red
And wish.com changes the order for no reason at all: 3 - purple, 3 - black, 3 - blue, 3 - red
The box arrives, saying there are 13 inside, with the colors purple, blue, and Chinese.
Inside the package are 10 spinners: 4 - purple, 3 - black, 3 - red.

I tried contacting customer service and they were trying to drag me on. They ask me to provide photos of the order. I take pictures of the 10 received and the mislabeled package.

They respond by telling me to provide the "ACTUAL" photo of the "entire order". I left them a nasty note telling them that's exactly what I did, and they haven't responded yet.

Those two orders will be the final two orders I made.

Wish the add on pandora

The awful, Satan inspired hellscape that is that add on Pandora that starts off with "here's a haikyuu, from me, mike" makes me so uncomfortable I could cry. Could y'all not find a better person for the job. I'm a relatively peaceful person but Mike's voice makes me want to castrate someone. It's so awful and it makes me was to never use the wish app. I wouldn't use this app if a gun was held up to my head. What are y'all doing? That add is so bad I want to tear up just thinking about it. Please stop advertising that way or change something, God, anything. If I have to hear "adrenaline rush, cool kicks" one more time I will literally stick both of my hands into a blender.

Wish I got charged but haven't bought anything

I got charged when i haven't even bought anything at all due to the fact that my card doesn't have my name on it & when i tried to check out it kept telling me to go check my billing address. I want my money back if I'm not getting what i was gonna pay for. & just now i got charged for i don't know what reason. I need this money i didn't spend & there isnt anything in my order history or email or anything about my checkout being complete please give me my items or money

Wish everything disappeared.

I've ordered a few items about 3 weeks ago. I regularly check the app to view the tracker so I can stay up to date on where my items are. Today when I wanted to check my app, it logged me out, so when I logged back in, all of my orders are completely gone. The app says that I have not made any orders? My level is level 1 again. I did not receive any refunds. Where is my stuff.? Where is my order history.? Why is NOTHING showing.? No wishlists, NOTHING.?

Wish refund

Can not get Wish to respond for a refund on extremely poor quality shoes.
I have followed all instructions with no response from Wish.
Very dissatisfied and quite irritated with this company. I need instructions on how to send the merchandise back and receive my refund. I should not have to be under such stree to make a return.
This is the most unfriendly user site I've ever seen!

I have not yet receive three of my items and still waiting on my refund also I have not receive the black bell pants in a 2x. What further steps do I need to take...All items have been photoed and submitted.

It's been two months since i order items from Wish and i have yet to received them. I've tired contacting them several of times and all they can tell me is to call my local post office, but when i call my local post office and provide them with the tracking # they advise me the items don't get ship there, i would need to contact Wish. This is beyond frustrating! I would like to know where my items are or i would like to received a refund.

That happen to me. I call sent pictures as required and I still cannot send the two shirts back and get my money. They are a scam when trying to return something. I even sent it to their California office and they return it back to me. I am at a lost at getting my money back.

Wish wish's poor service

I've placed an order and a few days later it said that my order was declined and refunded. It has been a month and still haven't got my money back. It does not take that long for a refund to go through. They also are horrible about contacting you back. I still have not got anything back from them. I do not recommend shopping off there site. Also there products are fake and cheaply made but I guess you get what you pay for.

Order came to 74.10 and has been charged to my financial institution account debit card for chess equipment ordered on wish.com. I am in the need of the order at my p. O. Box :attention andrea edwards-james, 18640 mack ave. # 1236, grossepointe, michigan 48236.

Wish no response for missing items

I have ordered from wish for such a long time. I have sent the support team 4 messages asking where the items are & I got not one acknowledgement. I want my items asap> received part of the order to my work like I always do & these two say they were sent to a pobox. That is not possible. I am going to file a complaint to the bbb if I do not here back in 24 hours.

Wish order is missing

I bought an item from Wish three months ago and I have no information where it is or when will I get it. I can't contact the seller or Wish, and no matter how hard I try no one replies.
I want to get my order or a refund, but that seems impossible to do.
I saw all the reviews only after I realized that something was not right.
Please, do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from Wish, they are really bad and there is no guarantee that you will get what you paid for.
