Xtreme Trip confirmed reservations for 5 day/4 night trip to Nassau Bahamas which included hotel, transportation and spring break package. Received notification from Xtreme 2 days prior to trip that hotel was overbooked and travelers would have to change hotels half way through vacation. Inconvenient right...but willing to go with the flow. Checked out from hotel #1 Wyndham Resort and arrived at replacement hotel, Sheraton Resort to find that rooms were not ready for transfer. Luggage for group had to be stored in UNSECURED area (ballroom). Transfer travelers were told by Sheraton that regular check in procedures applied and group had to conform with normal check in times. Once checked in we were given keys to a room that was already booked as we found people in our beds upon entering. Returned to front desk to find out that we were not the only group with same issue and NO ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE. They too were overbooked. Tried to call Xtreme Trips for help and received voicemail. They were non responsive and groups had to find a hotel on their own. Travelers were left stranded in a foreign country with no place to stay. **BEWARE** Xtreme Trips has a Release of Liability clause in their contact Terms and Conditions. It reads that Xtreme Trips are acting as a travel intermediary and CAN NOT be held liable for the negligence or shortage of services/supplies of said suppliers such as airlines, hotel, transportation and restaurants. SOL another-words which is exactly were we are today. This happened to our group this week (Marcy 5 -9, 12). Total nightmare vacation. Just glad to get home.

This EXACT same situation happened to my daughter during 2012 Spring Break. Nothing was transferred when they arrive at Sherton mid way through their trip . Rooms where not ready until 5 pm and once my daughter was given a key she found out when she unlocked the room that another family was inside. There were no more rooms available. Our daughter called us around 9 pm stranded in a foreign country with no where to stay. We had to pay for a taxis to take her to the other side of the island to a hotel we had stayed at in the past. We had to cover all additional fees such as transportation to the airport b/c she and her roommates were not being picked up from the Wyndham or Sherton. We can not stress enough how dangerous it is to travel under Xtreme Trips. WARNING!

xtreme id a fraudulent company..do not do business with them . Their only goal is to take your money..the cancellation policy is totally in their favor and you will never get money back if you need to cancel. Find another company..the hotels they have are garbage

Xtreme trips tricks students and not disclosing the long term process of non-refundability or name changes. Horrible service, they have no responsibility for the well being the kids or quality of travel. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
