XR Radio / Not receiving service I PREPAID for
XM is billing us for Lifetime service of the XM radio when we call because our service had been interrupted. Our last bill was over 1600 dollars for our one vehcile unit. Currently we do not have any service because our account was suspended because we didn't pay the 1600 dollrs, that we don't owe. We had pre-paid for a 3 year plan and upgraded to a Lifetime plan and despite this we have no XM radio and an ridiculous bill. Whne we call we get teh run around and we are just not sure what to do now.
