i didnt get my item

On april 21 i purchased 2 smart tv form XPXN.COM and paid them through western union 797usd. and they told me that i refund the money with reason for 30days i called the chinapost and they told me to call the sender. Apparently until no May 18, 2013 the item are still now arrive. and i tried to contact them for so many times, as soon as they sa my order no. they stop reply and responding to my question. they ignoring me everytime i talked to them on the live chat. My order no. 20130421104549. and my tracking code is. RA583934086CN

I have called the chinapost for this tracking no. and they told me that I should call the sender for more information for this tracking code for the privacy act...and I called the Shenzhen post office and they told me that they pick up from the site is just a letter which is they cancel. but not the tv. so now the chinapost wont say anything they just told me to call the police for the insurance. sad that we wont get our item... Chinapost are very bad service they never updated their system..

I don't think it's China post..I think you have been scammed by XPXN.COM, they lures me in from ALiexpress I almost made a purchase but I decided to research them and all I keep finding was people telling the same story you are, friend you have been scammed by XPXN.COM
