In January my computer froze and a window from XP Security popped up running a scan and showing that I had 27 infections that needed to be removed. When I pressed the remove button it brought me to another window stating that I had to purchase the full version to remove the infections. When I tried to run my other antivirus it wouldn't work.So I purchased the lifetime version of XP Security. One I did that my computer worked again. On July 2nd the same thing happened even though I was suppose to have protection. When I tried to find contact information I couldn't find an email address, web site, phone number or address. All that I could find was that my checking account was debitted $80.59 by skysoftshop.com.Come to find out XP Security is a fake software put into your computer by a trojan.

Sorry try Malwarebytes Anti- Malware...you can download it download.com
Yes that's an oldie, but goodie. Next time that happens, start up in Safe Mode and do a system restore and then run your own program (you should be able to without the pop ups unless it's a root kit). Get Norton Anti virus, that works best or try Malware program that's decent as well.
the person is new to the interwebz.
this is how these businesses stay in business...tsk tsk tsk
