xozz Worst hosting ever

Xozz really sucks...

I had written below review as I was running in to serious issue because of xozz.

“Xozz is the worst hosting provider I have come across, and their support team just sucks. They don’t care about their client nor their websites, their server is mostly down. If at all you approach their live chat support, they will just ask you to open a ticket, which on the other hand is never answered.Hosting website on xozz server is a big risk. You might lose all your website data without a single notification.

It happened me twice. A week ago, their server went down. I approached their live support (Mr William & James Patroic).These guys informed me that their server has crashed. They asked me to change the DNS of my website to switch to their new server. Now, after changing the DNS their server started working fine, but my website data from the old server has not been migrated to the new one.Ive been reaching out their support team every single day, spending hour and hours to get some positive response from their end but no luck yet.

I do have the backup, but when I try to upload it, I get the below error message.“Unable to upload the backup file. The file either contains modified or corrupted data, or it was created on another server or in an older Panel version. To restore data from this file, contact your hosting provider.”

It clearly says, “Contact your hosting provider.”I don’t know in which other way I need to contact them. I have tried all possible ways of getting help from their end, but they really don’t care. It’s been almost a week my website is down.

So with all my frustration, I am writing this review just to inform others that don’t even think of hosting your websites on xozz. Else, just like me, you will spend most of your time in cursing yourself for choosing xozz.”

Yesterday their Operational Manager (Abdulla Ajmal Roshan) dropped me this email.

“Dear Client

We have noticed your posting on
forums and our management has been decided to Provide a notice to Move
YOUR HOSTING TO A BETTER Provider as xozz.com hosting are semi managed and it clearly
mentioned on the plan and SLA and XOZZ will not be interested to cater you any
further & We would like to Inform you that with in 20 days please find a
better provider Thank You For Your Corporation

I don’t think any other hosting provider will play such cheap tactic with a user who ran in to problem because of them.

This kind of reply from an Operational Manager proves that Xozz doesn’t care about their users. No matter they run in
to issues because of them or their own.

Finally, I am switching to some other hosting provider and will also recommend my other friends to do so.

xozz reseller linux hosting

xozz.com provide reseller hosting, i am using this reseller hosting RL1 plan .Some Day After Get Most of problem email sending problem, server downtime, still at this stage error database, since 10-17 Day most of time error database error problem .
Our company reputation down.xozz doesn't provide proper answer and when connect using live chat, when they are come live chat problem solved, but next day again error .

still this company not provide proper solution, i am very disappoint using xozz services .

I am a user with xozz.com i am hosting 12 domains with xozz.com, it seems like a false review i am very much happy with services provided by xozz.com and i am getting good support with xozz.com, It seems like some compitator had put a false review

I have used a number of web hosting companies. xozz.com is on their business and their customer support is the best I have used. There has never been a long wait. I am happy to say they have gone beyond their hosting support and helped resolve issues I have had. I recommend them for personal sites or a business plan

I ALSO FACE THE SAME. I HAVE REGD WITH THEM 18 DOMAINS AND I IN THE HELL. I COULD NOT ANSWER MY CLIENTS . THEIR WEBSITE CLOSED DOWN I DON'T WHOM SHOULD I APPROCH FOR HELP. EVEN THEY HAVE CHARGED FOR A DOMAIN AND FAILED TO REGISTER A DOMAIN, MEANWHILE ANOTHER PERSON REGISTERED THE DOMAIN AFTER FEW DAYS OF PAYMENT. REDICULOUS. SUCH NEGLIGENCE. AFTER THAT THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION. NO REFUND.

No actualy their Server HDD is crashed. I LOST ALL MY DATA, MY CODE(which was damn imp), EMAILS ETC.
After tens of times of trying to pull them in to chat, I got one guy online. First they told that their Server HDD has crashed and they're restoring it. NOW THEY'RE TELLING THAT THEY DON'T PROVIDE BACKUP FOR NON PREMIUM CUSTOMERS.
WHAT THE HELL? IT DOESN'T"T MEAN THAT THEY DELETE ALL THEIR NON-PREMIUM CUSTOMERS DATA WITHOUT A WARNING?

I WANT TO PULL THEM INTO COURT.

Guys, Never have a business with XOZZ...

Finally I Got them on live chat so when we check with them the reason of offline of live chat they are saying they were on migration of their office and now there support is back online

Today also their servers are down, we are in big trouble because of this..
