XM Service / Terrible customer service

XM's customer contact center is horrible. They are unable to accomplish simple tasks like the cancellation of service for one of the radios on my account. I spent over an hour being transferred back and forth between various departments but never accomplished the cancellation. They refused to escalate my call to a supervisor. This company is the worst! Once they have your money, they don't care about satisfying your needs as a customer. I would never buy another XM product!

I agree. I have managed to get myself into similar situations with XM however the last time I called XM I used this new service called 321calllog that records any phone call you make to any toll free number. It is free, easy to use and fast. After I used this service, XM promised me full refund however it never came in the mail. I called back, played the conversation to them and shut them up. They then quickly sent me my refund. Check it out. This service works. I hope this helps. The website is www.321calllog.com
