[Resolved] Xenium Holidaysholiday packages really unprofessional

Unprofessional company The hotels given in confirmation mail and later provided is really different and downgraded.
While taking the booking advance it was a different hotel provided but on arrival it was found the hotel has been changed for all the 4 nights. It's really big fraud.Also on enquiring to provide the Tax invoice it was refused telling later we will provide.Really bad service.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    Greeting from Xenium Holidays!!

    In response your feedback on the platform, please provide your Name and booking details if you have done with us, we are unable to recognized you due to details not filled by you. so i request you to send us the full details of your package deposit slip, sales person name etc.

    We are working on our commitment and fulfill every time as before the trip we are sending all the confirmation voucher on company letter head and after done the payment to all hotels we are send the voucher to our client that means all the service and hotel confirmed according to the voucher after issuing the voucher no body can change any service without client request. as you said is impossible with our organization,

    we send our tour manager and 24x7 service team numbers for the service of our guest we always care of our guest, and if you have ready any issue then why we are not receiving any complaint on our website as we are already given the facility to resolve if any issue. we can active imitatively if we received any complaint from the guest.
