Purchased one on Dec 6th, opened it up for christmas and charged up only to find the battery will not charge. They say I need to shop it back, at my expense to have it tested. If its' defective it will be replaced. I can't wait to find out the next step, send back the scooter and my expensce for a repalcement as well.

this is a horrible company - stay away!
