Tried to email them, not delivered, rejected by the system. Called the customer service for so many times, all the staffs are busy. Are they really busy or not doing their job? Poor customer service ever!
Gemas-Padang Besar ETS broke down for three hours but no official announcement was made. Just kept asking us to wait n wait n wait. I decided to go back to KL as they said the ticket can be refunded. I did so and request for refund in KL Central, but the staff was so arrogant, saying no refund for delayed trip. So, it is not your company problem that the ETS kept breaking down so many times in a year? So there is no need to compensate the passenger for wasting their time and energy to climb down and up the ladders, especially the elderly? Your service sucks!
