I was discriminated against by this company during the hiring process. The interview was conducted by Kym Niles, an area manager. We had a group interview with all the other potential candidates present. All candidates were asked the same questions pertaining to the job except myself and another individual who had a disability.We were probably asked one to two questions. Moreover, this violates the Human Rights Code under the hiring process.Imagine sitting in an interview and being skipped, was it due to my ethnicity or the way I looked?This is what was running through my mind. Based on the online reviews about this company, I am convinced that this is part of the Organization's culture. If you want to work for or do business with them, RUNNN!!!
