www.yummietummie.com / Seller didn't return money back, because they think that they haven't charged me

I ordered 2 pairs of pants from the company www.yummietummie.com. I got the confirmation email, but 2 days later I have received another email. The seller stated that these paints were limited edition, so I wouldn’t be able to get them. Ok, I replied and asked to return my money back, but the seller’s response shocked me. He told that they haven’t charged me, but it was lie. I don’t know what to do now.
