SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They refused to give me a refund

I can't recommend Yoybuy, products are of a very low quality and support is beyond terrible. Bought two items from them and one item arrived damaged.
They said that to be able to get a refund I have to send both items back and I thought that was the best thing to do, but when I was about to ship everything back they suddenly contacted me and said that refund was impossible. When I contacted them to get some explanation they only said that in my case they were not able to give a refund. What was so special about my case? Of course I asked but they didn't answer my questions. They only said that was their final decision. Never again!
