Our deal with the company www.yourcasaparticular.com was really bad. We booked the apartment with the view to the sea through the website. The customer services’ team was very polite with us and really helpful, but we were surprised, when we arrived and the apartment was completely different. Its windows went to the street and it was smaller than the guy from customer services told us. We stayed in this apartment, but the impression of the company and their services were ruined. Not recommended.

Second review written almost in the same moment as the last one. Very interesting because so far we never had any cusomer from the US.

Anyway, if a customer arrives in Cuba and finds out that the property booked is occupied, he or she can claim downpayment money back. In addition to that, PayPal puts in place refund mechanism aimed at protecting customers who purchase online services through its payment facilities.
