I used Yapta a lot in the past and liked them a lot, but things changed. Last time when I booked a flight with them they charged me twice. Their customer service rep was nice and said that was an accident and promised I'll get a refund, but unfortunately they never gave my money back. I don't know what's wrong with them, they always seemed trustworthy, but now I'm afraid to use their service. I don't want to lose more of my money and I will book with another and more reputable company.
